The best thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that this hotel is not worth it. The staff is very rude and uncooperative. There was a restaurant that needed the hotel to call to make reservations, this is common in japan, the hotel just straight up refused to do this. The beds are made every three days and the rooms are not cleaned daily. There is no gym or spa. If I knew all this information ahead of time, I would have looked for a different accommodations.

Location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to Shinjuku station with Exit 4 (stairs only) basically across the street, enabling quick access to much of Tokyo. I appreciated the bathtub and included bath salts. Water machines with hot water are located on each floor's hallway which makes it easy to make tea or instant noodles. Umbrellas were out and accessible for quick use. Employees were friendly. Entrance and layout of the ground floor is quite confusing and I never quite got used to it. Breakfast had very few vegetarian/vegan options, but allergens were clearly labeled. No pool/spa despite the 4 star rating.

We looooooved staying at this property in Shinjuku. Chose it for easy access to Shinjuku station, and it was super easy to get to anywhere we wanted via train. The bed was a little stiff but cozy, shower was awesome, and the whole room was very clean. Had a wonderful view as well! The staff was excellent and we really loved having a refillable water station on our floor by the elevator! It was really nice not having to buy water bottles over and over again.

No change of bedsheets till after 3 nights, which is fine but at least make the bed, unfortunately not. You need to tidy up your own bed daily. Bed mattress too soft and slide off easily when you sit on side of bed coz upper mattress is thin and lightweight. Otherwise everything about this hotel is good.

We chose this property as this is close to the station however doesn't have (no close) any access to the underground. The property is good but not the best. The cleaning is done at the bare minimum, we understood that they call it eco cleaning but we didn't pay eco rates. The breakfast options are very limited and didn't have any wow factors to it.

My only complaint is the plumbing — there’s a persistent odor around the toilet despite it being clean. It seems to be a common issue, as I noticed the same thing in Tokyo, likely due to poor sealing during installation.

Pro: Convenient location, quiet area, well thought design (room 1509), excellent staff, wonderful bathroom toiletries, clean room with view on high floor. Con: mattress toppers were too soft, concave in the middle and won’t bounce back. We asked the staff to change the mattresses but they removed the mattress toppers instead, which made the beds firmer but a still little bit uncomfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time :))

Conveniently located to the Shinjuku train station and a multitude of restaurants and shopping. The staff greeted us warmly and very attentive. While the room is quite petite, it was very tidy and clean. The only bad review is the BED. The mattress topper was well worm. Overall, I give it 4 stars.

We enjoyed our stay at the JR Kyushu Blossom. Fantastic location! I wanted to express our appreciation to Justyna at the front desk, who provided exceptional service and was very helpful to my husband and I, both with our stay at the hotel as well as with helping us with translation and navigating tickets that we had issues with. She truly cared and wanted to make our time in Tokyo a memorable experience. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

The staff is exceptional; always a smile, helpful in answering questions, and providing information. Graciously held our luggage for us both before check-in and when we spent a few days in another city. Both times the luggage was in our room already when we checked in. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice because it was so good!

It was very accessible and easy to get around. You can walk to Shinjuku Station and Shibuya Crossing. It's also tucked in a small streer just a stone's throw away from the bustle of traffic around the train station, so it's surprisingly quiet. The staff have been quiet lovely and respectful and the property is overall quite clean and classy. Personally, we love the convenience store right next to the building. We were jetlagged for the first couple of days so

Fantastic boutique hotel. Very close to Shinjuku station and far away enough from the real hustle and bustle of Shinjuku that you can have peace and quiet with just a 10 min walk to the main area. Hotel was clean and quiet, staff were very nice and helpful.

This is a wonderful hotel conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station, the largest train station in the world allowing easy access to locations throughout Tokyo. Getting back to Haneda Airport at the end of our stay was also inexpensive and easy from this location via the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal. You can easily walk throughout Shinjuku from this location. The hotel is clean. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable. The front desk staff was polite, helpful, and spoke English. The tubs in the rooms are quite large and great for bathing. The television situation was the best we found during our stay in Japan. The television menu could be accessed in English. I was able to log into my personal You-Tube and Netflix. Once logged in, it stayed logged in during my visit. There is a Lawson located next to the hotel, which is a Japanese convenience store. There is also a variety of local restaurants near the hotel as well as a hotel restaurant. The JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku was my favorite place I stayed at during my two week visit to Japan that included stays at six other hotels.

Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Shinjuku station and 10mins from main shopping areas. Room size is small but above average for Japan. They only do a full clean of room every 3 days unless you request otherwise, i found that is very bad for the price they charge! Breakfast is very limited choices and simple dishes and almost the same everyday,only 3 types of same cheap fruits are provided everyday. So.. unless you get breakfast for free. I dont recommend paying for it. You can get better breakfasts at. nearby Lawson or Family Mart or 7-11stores !

Excellent choice for Tokyo. Friendly and great breakfast. All one would need for a city stay. Most importantly on a quiet side street 3 minutes from the exciting activity and restaurants and department stores of Shinkuju AND minutes away from JR line Narita anirport express and metro; really important when visiting Tokyo. Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is so convenient because it is located right next to Shinjuku station. We were able to get to all our destinations in a timely manner because of this. Everything is so clean and they even provide amenities like body lotion and hair ties in the lobby. We purchased the added breakfast plan for our stay and did not regret it. The food they offer is very tasty. I highly highly recommend staying here!
