The hotel was lovely and very comfortable. However; there was never fresh coffee on the 2nd floor. We were told coffee would be available round the clock. When we returned each night, there was NEVER any coffee. Not even stale coffee. Very disappointing. We also had problems with the gate in the garage. Our room cards and the parking cards NEVER worked. We had to call the desk whenever we needed to go in or come out. It was inconvenient.

The hotel room was nice. There was a lack of blankets for two people with different body temperatures. What really annoyed me was a fee for parking and then an absurd fee for Level 2 charging. So even though there are level 2 chargers they have hefty cost per hour for charging overnight. Its so high your way better off finding a Fast DC charging. The free breakfast coffee was mediocre and the included breakfast it self was just OK. So in general the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable but, if your an EV driver looking for a place to sleep and wake up to a full charge without emptying your wallet, pass.

Hotel is great, comfortable and clean, breakfast was amazing, the only issue was not to disclose the parking fee upfront..is ok to charge but they need to disclose such fee before booking. So disappointed and even the parking garage wasn’t easy to manipulate, so many columns and walls with narrow and tie parking spaces..

Everything was great here except for the elevators. We had to take the stairs multiple times after waiting five minutes for an elevator. Sometimes they stopped at every floor even though the buttons weren’t pushed and no one was waiting. It was a major issue. Hope that it’s corrected because we would like to stay there again but not with those elevators. Also they ran out of breakfast on Sunday. Literally everything was pretty much gone by the time we got there, 20 minutes before the advertised closing time.

I had issues with lady bugs in my room. They kept flying around the room. Found them in my room bed and restroom. They offered to take them out, but I told them there was too many and would probably come back in. Not sure where they came from. I also had problems sleeping too noisy. Doors slamming and people running in hallways. My last issue was the pillows were absolutely uncomfortable. Flat as a pancake. I was there 7 nights so normally it would not have affected me, but I think it was the length of time I stayed. Cleaning ladies were amazing, not sure why I was left a card with tip information. I don’t like being put in a situation where I’m expecting to leave a tip? I think that’s part of their job.

There was a very strange smell throughout the hotel. Luckily the room smelled clean. There is a charge of $30 a night that you have to pay for parking. It can be difficult to get your luggage in and out since the parking garage is not attached and shared with an apartment building. Only if you are traveling alone. Both Saturday and Sunday morning there was a very friendly man that works in the breakfast area. He is a very pleasant man that offers to assist when needed. The breakfast was really good. The rooms were very quite which was nice unlike some places where you hear everything your neighbors are doing.

Stayed after Christmas to meet family for the New Year. Room was neat and clean. Staff was cordial but not overly friendly. Beds were not comfortable and did not sleep well. Breakfast was okay.

We were here 8 nights for a big birthday celebration, and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Big room, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. They have a breakfast included in the hotel, but we mostly ate in our room. The hotel is away from Broadway, but an easy Uber/Lyft straight into downtown, and so much quiter!

This hotel feels brand new and they have clearly trained the staff well. Each person I encountered had a “yes” attitude and tried to make my stay the best ever. I look forward to staying here again next I'm in Nashville.

Very well maintained hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Perfectly located, walking distance to the Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. Also several restaurants nearby. Parking is a bit pricey, but within range comparing with other hotels in the region. As always, Hilton is a safe choice.

Location was perfect away from the hustle, bustle. Easy to get to downtown with Lyft and we were able to walk to many destinations on our bucket list. Hotel breakfast was hot and delicious with a variety of selections to choose from. Highly recommend this location.

We were not impressed with the breakfast. It lacked options for anyone with gluten issues. The only option on one morning was a hard boiled egg and a green apple. The next morning there was a very cold (supposed to be warm) egg and green apple again. That was the only fruit. The 2 different people that we talked to at the front desk didn’t seem to care at all. Room was clean and nice.

The hotel was great as far as front desk, they were extremely nice, fun, friendly and accommodating. No complaints there. The rooms were great. The complaint was with the breakfast that we purchased. The options were terrible for having to “pay” for a breakfast. It was a breakfast you would get for free at any other hotel. The waffle mix ran out 3 times. The topping for the grits (cheese, bacon and onions) were all dried up and inedible. The staff was not the friendliest. We stayed in room 308/310 and had 6 guests total so paying for a wonky breakfast was annoying.
