En general el hotel esta bien ubicado, tiene estacionamiento, hay muchos restaurantes por la zona, la atencion del personal es muy buena. La limpieza en el cuarto fue buena, sabanas y toallas limpias, solo que falta una adecuada limpieza en las puertas de la regadera.

Soy cliente frecuente pero desde que me agarro ahi el terremoto del 2017 no regresaba..ahora noto cosas remodeladas y otras que urge lo hagan: la tina de baño esta horrenda y huele mal, la calefaccion no sirve. El internet disponible es de risa. No sirve para nada. Se desconecta cada 5 minutos. No da mas de 10mbps, una latencia espantosa. Soy discapacitado y NO hqy unq rampa para acceder al loby. Estuve a punto de caer carias veces.

Un lío el estacionamiento, hay que dejar la llave y quieren q lo dejes en una rampa cuando tienen una explanada, los recepcionistas fatales, tienen un bar en la parte de abajo del q me tocó ver unos muchachos embriagados, peleando y con palabras altisonantes, las habitaciones rescatables pero con mucho paso de ruido y las cortinas con mucho paso de luz

The floor in the room was extremely dirty. Toilet was dirty when we arrived. We asked a cleaning lady to clean the room when she was directly outside of our door, she said she would and did not. AC was only air, didn’t have cool air.

La atención es siempre buena, la ubicación es muy buena porque de ahí llegas en uber, caminando o metrobús a todos lados, el tema es que en el baño habia moho en el techo, los plafones se ven dañados, una en una esquina se veía amarillento y con muestras de humedad, la limpieza la la hacen pero esto es de mantenimiento profundo que el hotel no está haciendo, no se si por querer precios bajos justo no invierta en temas de mantenimiento en sus habitaciones

Muy buena ubicación, fácil transportación y amabilidad del personal en general, el restaurante cumple y tiene variedad. El único detalle fue la limpieza de la habitación, prácticamente era tender camas y sacar basura, ya que ésta y el baño tenían rastros de falta de aseo, así como ausencia de toallas y shampoo que se tuvieron que solicitar a recepción eñ una ocasión...

Las instalaciones están bien lo que no se vale es que no respeten las reservación, hicieron otro cobro aparte del de la aplicación diciendo que haber reservado por aplicación no era reservación y que por aquí no se hacía cobros y ahora en lugar de haber tenido es uento tengo un doble cargo por una habitación que tenía mucho ruido. Las camas estaban súper mal y todavía me dijeron que mi reservación no era válida. Me di cuenta hasta que ví mi cobro en mi estado de cuenta porque no llegaba el recibo de ustedes. De verdad que pésima experiencia reservar con ustedes

El hotel está extraordinariamente bien ubicado y cumple con todo: cama cómoda, buena presión del agua en la regadera y buen restaurante. Pero lo mejor, es el servicio. Todos los colaboradores con los que interactué son súper amables y serviciales. Quisiera agradecer de manera especial a Estefanía de recepción que diligentemente hizo todo lo posible para corregir un error que había en mi reservación y en menos de 15 minutos me encontraba ya descansando en mi habitación. Encantado regresaría.

El hotel está extraordinariamente bien ubicado y cumple con todo: cama cómoda, buena presión del agua en la regadera y buen restaurante. Pero lo mejor, es el servicio. Nos quedamos en este hotel para poder quedarnos cerca del Hospital Siglo XXI. Se encuentra a dos calles del hospital. Los cuartos muy limpios, y con buen servicio. Todo el personal muy amable, sobretodo Juan Jose, que trabaja en recibir a los huéspedes en la puerta. Muy amable y servicial. Muchas gracias por toda tu ayuda! Si algún dia necesitara llegar a esa area, me hospedaría en el mismo hotel.

Honestamente el hotel está muy bien, buena ubicación. Llegando al hotel un momento antes del check in, súper mala cariento el colaborador de la recepción. En el restaurante me dejaron a media orden. Llegó otra persona del restaurante a rescatar la orden. No creo volver a hospedarme.

Definitely walkable and you can go to a lot of tourist spots to visit within an hour of walking. Even Constitution Square is just less than an hour walk, for me. Place was great. Located in a safe and reputable area. Lots of street food along with many restaurants. Just a few steps from a shopping center. Great location at a even greater price. Staff very friendly and eager to lend a helping hand. Only thing ac did not cool down through out the day. Was cool not cold even at night.

Very nice and simple hotel, perfectly located in the Roma Norte neighborhood. A few things to note, on the negative side: - Internet speed was very, very low - On some days we only had one bath towels and when we called for more it sounded like an annoyance - Food at the restaurant in the basement is very, very blend.

El hotel no es tan moderno, las instalaciones en general son viejas aunque en buen estado, los colchones y almohadas no son de lujo o súper cómodos pero cumplen la función, las habitaciones no tienen un olor agradable al entrar, requieren algunos minutos para ventilarse, el personal super amable y eficiente, check inn y check out súper rápidos y fáciles, la comida del restaurante rica, en general bien, buena ubicación respecto a vías de transporte público, acceso fácil a centros comerciales y restaurantes.

Place was great. Located in a safe and reputable area. Lots of street food along with many restaurants. Just a few steps from a shopping center. Great location at a even greater price. Staff very friendly and eager to lend a helping hand. Only thing ac did not cool down through out the day. Was cool not cold even at night.

My wife and I had a wonderful 10-day stay at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job throughout our stay, the rooms were always spotless, very clean, and amenities were consistently replenished without us needing to ask. They were helpful, diligent, and clearly took pride in their work, which made our stay very comfortable. Also, the front desk staff and security guard, who were always kind, helpful, and made things easy for us whenever we needed assistance. The drawbacks during our stay was some pavement repair work happening outside the hotel, which caused a bit of inconvenience, and the gym needs and update to better look However, the staff did their best to make things easy for us.
