Your front desk employee Daniel is not a customer service oriented person. Our phone was not plugged in and I thought it was broken so I rushed downstairs to get him to order our breakfast. He basically told me to go order at the restaurant. I was in a jacket and my pajamas in a big hurry. We were short on time. The brochure in the room said food service was 505 but that was wrong too. The outlets were not all working and we really needed them. The restaurant had good food but limited and we ordered eggs and bacon but got the two mixed together instead of separately plus foods we did not order. There was not tea in the restaurant.

The hotel was really nice, staff was very friendly but one of the beds did have sheets with stains on them, which was kinda gross, I usually bring spare sheets and blankets anyways but that was still disappointing because everything else about the room and hotel was nice.

Always a good stay. New rooms are a bit smaller. No dresser and limited closet space. Booked a 5 day stay. Vehicle valet was a nice new service. Clean and quiet. Revolution street entrance is very convenient.

Greetings, this was our 3rd time staying there. Everything from check in to checkout was easy and fast. The entire hotel is clean , safe and in great condition. The rooftop terrace has amazing views. It's a great place sit back and have a drink or snacks. There's also restrooms there so you dont have to ho back to your room. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, local shops and other fun stuff. Looking forward to our next two weekends in June. Thank you, James Rodriguez
