I stayed for 2 nights on the 3rd floor but was unable to sleep well as there were people & kids late at night (after 12am) talking very loudly outside their rooms. Also the elevator to exit on av. Revolucion was not working so it was not easy for me to walk up the hill on Calle 5 as I have bad knee arthritis. I hope they fix that elevator soon otherwise I would not come back to this hotel!

Overall it was fine. Close to everything, great location. The room was clean and basic. Great big smart TV that worked great. The bed was very comfortable and the HVAC split worked really well. Shower had nice hot water. I was provided with 2 towels, shampoo, lotion, a bar of soap and 2 waters. A few drawbacks: * they really are strict on that 3PM check-in. Don’t even arrive early. * There really is no soundproofing. I could either hear club music or mariachi all night. On Saturday night , it really was like the mariachi band was right outside my door. Like, VERY loud. At 7 am after a terrible night of sleep and the music still blaring, I went for breakfast and just suffered without sleep. . The hotel can’t help the music , but they can figure out some better soundproofing options . * Room doesn’t quite “black out” - this didn’t bother me, but if you want it pitch black room, it’s not possible. * The shower is actually in the room, so if you’re staying with someone, make sure you know them really well. * The one elevator is painfully slow.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and modern. Valet parking is available for a small fee, just pull up to the front door and they will take care of the rest, other wise you will have to find street parking.

No parking available for hotel guests, we had to park at a 3rd party parking lot (yes, we had to pay). Construction going on outside so it looks like the street is closed and its noisy. We got to our room and there were no towels in our room so we had to ask for them. The shower door did not close so water came out and also didnt have a bath mat so we had to use a towel for the floor. The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbor through the walls.

Please don’t book here! It looks nice on the pictures but it’s a lie. Check in was fine, had to pay for parking, hotel is in an unsafe area. Upon entering the room there was female hair on the sink, sheets were stained. This hotel is for one thing only. Definitely not a family hotel.

The place was nice, the area around (outside) is currently under construction. we stayed in a room with a king size bed, the mattress was just right. the bathroom was split with the shower on one side and the toilet in its own room on the other... the toilet room was kind of small.

Music from street could be heard all night long. Light beaming into the room from atrium with no way to block it out. Forget about showering in the morning because of low water pressure and no hot water. Price was good though.

Nice hotel Some rooms are a little louder so worth the upgrade fee of $10 to be on the new private wing All rooms have smart TVs which is a plus Daniel, the night desk attendant, was so kind He made sure I had directions to where I was going and checked in again upon my return during the middle of the night Great customer service on his part!

Our room was not available at the 3 pm check-in time; We were able to check in at 5pm. We asked to check out an hour later, the next day, 1 pm instead of 12 pm; they said they would charge us $20. This is after a late check-in. Good hotel with a nice rooftop.

When I checked in on November 2nd at night, the lady was not helpful. Not very nice. The room was ok. The hotel did not have running water one day. Then, when I came home, my credit card was charged twice and the charges were more than what I expected to pay on Expedia. I tried to reach out to the hotel and they never pick up their phones. Never again. Stay away from this place. I’d rather pay more and stay somewhere else.

Reservamos este hotel para mis padres, dos adultos mayores de edad, y su perro de servicio. Y el personal de recepción les negó la entrada, después de que se había confirmado en la página web y página de expedía que no había restricciones con animales de servicio (no es una mascota). Adicionalmente, la actitud de la recepcionista y la forma de tratarlos fue totalmente inaceptable. Prácticamente los discriminaron por su perro y eso sin contar la perjudicacion que les hizo pues tuvieron que salir a buscar transporte y mas hoteles donde dormir. Hay que recordar que son personas adultas, de otro país, sin saber manejar tecnología, sin internet en sus teléfonos etc.

This hotel is excellent. Great location. Everything to do in Calle Revolucíon is within walking distance. Only setback is the excessive noise coming from the club next door! Please bring ear plugs or you will not sleep!

Mi familia y yo nos quedamos para Halloween y sinceramente 10/10. El restaurante no tiene mucha variedad de comidas pero todo está delicioso, las bebidas 10/01, el mesero 10/10, los cuartos y camas todo 10/10. Íbamos con un bebé de 3 semanas, dormido como oso. No sentimos el cuarto ruidoso!

They have airport transport service and the driver was really kind, everything is stable and good as price but only restaurant service is so bad, unkind. Food service also not good (breakfast was included) i ordered additional plates but i wanna recommend go to around of the hotel to get better options of food
