Staff was friendly / accommodating. Onsen is not for people with tattoos. Rooms are SO small but did its job. They offer HH some days, which is a nice tough but our limited time we didn’t partake much. They held our luggage for us until our flight so that was the biggest plus for a short stay. Thanks!

Rooms and bed were a bit small, but this was Tokyo. Not ideal for two people with lots of luggage. Other than that the hotel was great. Public bath was comfortable and amenities were great. Very short walk from Tokyo station. Easy to go via the B1 level and avoid having to cross the street.

Excellent location, walking distance to the Tsukiji market and Imperial garden/palace. The hotel feels upscale - it smells nice and is very clean and efficient. The onsen is very nice. The buffet breakfast was nice but cost extra. The only drawback is that the room was very tiny - only big enough to fit the bed and a small desk, barely enough room for our suitcases.

Rooms are small with little or no circulation space and “wardrobe” consists of 3 hangers on 3 hooks. This is standard for hotel rooms in Tokyo. About a third of the rooms have windows with opaque glass, daylight but no view.

Bed very comfortable I missed out on the fluffy pillows so had an interesting nights sleep on what I think was a rice or sack of beads? But overall one of the better located and overall hotels that I have stayed at near Tokyo station. Tokyo is usually only a very brief stopover en route to the snow and Super Hotel was great for this!

This is our second time choosing to stay at super hotel premier Tokyo station yaesu chuo as we really enjoyed it the previous time! And it was the same this round as well! It is very conveniently located next to Tokyo station with - no need to carry your luggage up the stairs if you exit at the yaesu exit! The hotel is also well maintained with a good amenities such as public bath, pillow selection as well as the drinks and ice cream bar open to all guests in the evening! And big thanks to the staff for being so friendly and making our stay a little more memorable this round.

This hotel is in an excellent spot with easy access to trains. The staff is wonderful. They put our shipped luggage in our room prior to our arrival. Breakfast buffet is 1300 yen if you book through the hotel and 1500 if you book through the restaurant. Children pay 600 yen for breakfast. The public bath is situated on a women only floor. Very relaxing and safe. Our room was very small but comfortable. Ok for 1-2 nights. We had a double bed with a single bunk bed above. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze.

The hotel wins on two fronts: location near Tokyo station and its staff. This hotel is a five minute walk to Tokyo stations Yaesu central exit - which is a huge benefit to luggage inundated travelers. Especially at the end of your trip. It is also a five minute walk to the Ginza line at the very clean and nice Kyobashi station. The staff and their professionalism is also incredible. This staff made me feel like royalty and were very kind. Seriously, above and beyond service. The rooms are a standard size and shape for many hotels you will find in the area, and I recommend choosing a pillow (yes you can choose your pillow) on the first floor when you check in. That said, what separates this hotel from others is the staff. And it’s location make this a gem for any traveler who wants to stay in that particular area.

Great location with Tokyo station just over the road. If you can navigate the underground maze around the station you barely need to go above ground to get to the hotel. Ginza line and the Midtown bus terminal also close by so getting around is easy. Room is compact but to be expected in central Tokyo. Staff very friendly and helpful, spoke good English. Coffee machine made a pretty decent latte which was a nice bonus Lots of dining options nearby so we didn't eat at the hotel.

The reception was welcoming and the staff were motivated plus highly service oriented and it made a great first impression upon check-in. Room is small which is quite the norm in Japan for most hotels but otherwise it has everything that one needs and good enough for a comfortable stay. This property is very close to Tokyo Station 5 minute walk. The hotel itself has a small lobby and lounge, breakfast and lunch for a fee but we did not eat there since it is very close to restaurants in Tokyo station with so many dining choices. The rooms are small but comfortable enough for sleeping. They give a choice of pillows. They have a free cocktail bar from 4 pm to 9 pm, with varied choices of wine, beer alcohol, soda and juice with free nuts and snacks. The surrounding area is pleasant and quiet. The free Onsen was very relaxing. Ginza district is about 15 minutes walk from our hotel. The staff are so welcoming and respectful. There is free coffee latte or cafe Americano and mineral water

I was very disappointed that the dining room was under renovation. That was not indicated on the Expedia listing. The listing says breakfast is available for an additional fee. It made having breakfast difficult. There was hot water available, but no coffee or tea. I did like the proximity to Tokyo station. The staff was very polite.
