The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and very comfortable. Our only tiny complaint was that the WiFi was very weak.

We were greeted by Antonio, who was very nice and welcoming. He showed us how everything in the room worked, the lights, windows, and air conditioner. He took extra time to make sure we understood where we were in relation to all of the attractions in Rome. The room was comfortable and all necessary amenities were provided. It was quiet and a solid stay. I would definitely stay again. Great location!

Very helpful staff who had great communication with us before and during our stay. Simple accommodation. Clean and in a lovely historical building. Open the window and listen to sounds of the street below. Great location and easy to walk everywhere.

Tridente Suites was a fantastic stay — super clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Antonio was courteous and absolutely wonderful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were modern, quiet, and spotless. Highly recommend for a smooth, friendly Rome experience.
