Very expensive for a parking lot motel room. Very clean but dated. If you stay here book the ocean front rooms and not the parking lot rear rooms which are extremely expensive. No trash/towel service for a 7 night stay. Pool Closed one day due to painting but no prior notification given to guests. Laundry room has commercial facilities. Barbecue area great abs very clean. Ice machine not working.

This property is nice. We had a non-ocean view studio on second floor so looked out on utility poles and wires. No elevator so need to carry luggage up. Easy free parking. Across a road and around buildings to get to beach. Nice beach and resort has a small pool as well but no hot tub. Comfortable well equipped room with nice shower and cooking space. Full balcony with chairs. Think our bed was a full size with decent mattress.

Private owned and rented through company. Nice pool. Right beside a coffee and sandwich place. A little farther from other food locations we went to. Fairly long drive to Road to Hanna and airport. Beach right across the street with snorkeling and turtles and not as rocky as other islands. Easy to get supplies from front desk. Full kitchen. Small a/c unit- a little louder when running but cooled it down for us. Nice shower. Parking is a little limited.

Our room had access to the beach front and outdoor cooking and relaxing. It was beautiful and amazing. We will definitely stay there the next time we're in Maui. The office staff was excellent and very professional.

The room is big and clean for two people and has a kitchen. We stayed on the 2nd floor, which has a swimming pool view and a bit of ocean view. We can hear the ocean clearly at night. The parking spot is a little tight.

A well maintained and clean property in which everything was working. The parking area is close to the rooms. It is a small property on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean and Molokai. Nicely maintained landscaping. Friendly and helpful staff. In the off season, it was quiet and peaceful. It is located in a northern area of Maui away from the larger hotels and the crowds. A bit of a drive to reach other parts of Maui, but that was not too troublesome.

this is a nice property. very clean and the staff is very accommodating for early check in. the beach is literally walking distance. just keep in mind the airport is an hour away. I enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler. i felt safe

Location is great. The place is very dated and with no AC, it’s very hot even with fans, etc and can be miserable. The portable AC in the bedroom helps, but the rest of the sleeping area is very hot even with the slider open and fans.

We had an oceanfront one bedroom with loft. The amenities in the room were great. Kitchen fully stocked. Very clean. Only problem is that the bedroom windows are in the back facing the parking lot and trash pickup so it gets quite noisy, especially on trash pickup mornings and sometimes during the night if a truck is backing up. This would be true of all ocean facing rooms. We realize this can’t be fixed and was the only downside.

Really love this location. I definitely recommend. Plenty of space for activities in the room. Only problem I had was the air conditioning which was a basic window mounted unit. It got pretty hot in the day time. Night was fine. The one thing I really loved was how close to the beach it is. Less then a 5 minute walk and plenty of places to clean off. Staff was super friendly and informative on nearby locations. 10/10 would recommend again and again.

This is a gem of a resort. On the most fabulous beach, Napili Bay. I can't imagine a better location to enjoy Hawaii. The room was a bit dated, but the proximity to the beach and the ability to get to the beach just steps away is hard to beat. Be sure to eat at the Beach House restaurant at Napili Kai resort just a short walk down the beach. We were in the lower section of rooms which are closer to the beach and have the best views.

I was amazed by the completeness of kitchen utensils in the unit and the kind arrangement of late checking in. I was worried about where to eat while checking in late and it ends up with the full kitchen availability so that we could simply cook by ourselves rather than finding a restaurant in the dark. I arrived at about 7:30pm on the day and the office was already closed but the staff arranged accordingly for my access and it's really convenient. Thanks to the staff as well.

Easy communication, clean , nice space. Appreciated that I could check in a bit earlier and do the pre checkin . I didnt like the busy-ness of the street and recommend staying on the beachside part of hotel for a longer stay but this worked out well for the one night i needed.

Comfortable condo with an amazing view! Beautiful landscaping, very peaceful, and the lounge chairs on the grassy area are clutch--the tide gets very high at that beach so having the grass so close to the ocean was awesome! Super close to walk to the Sea House restaurant and Honokeana Cove for some snorkeling with the turtles! Love love love!

Super close to walk to the Sea House restaurant and Honokeana Cove for some snorkeling with the turtles! Love love love!

Beach right across the street with snorkeling and turtles and not as rocky as other islands. Easy to get supplies from front desk. Full kitchen. Small a/c unit- a little louder when running but cooled it down for us. Nice shower. Parking is a little limited.

Amazing sunset and beach views! Fabulous location. Our unit was a little dated, replace the carpet with LPV flooring and it would have been amazing. The walls and pictures had a local Hawaiian feel. The location on the Napili Bay can’t be beat. The unit had everything needed for a wonderful stay.

We had the best time here. The property is right on the beach and has everything you need to be comfortable. It has a kitchenette, comfortable beds, AC, patios and a swimming pool. It’s also right next door to the cutest coffee shop (Island Vibes) and snorkel shop. Everything you need. Also walking distance to the Gazebo restaurant. Napili bay is calm and we saw sea turtles at the black rock point. Fantastic spot, family friendly, we will be back!

This property is nice. We had a non-ocean view studio on second floor so looked out on utility poles and wires. No elevator so need to carry luggage up. Easy free parking. Across a road and around buildings to get to beach. Nice beach and resort has a small pool as well but no hot tub. Comfortable well equipped room with nice shower and cooking space. Full balcony with chairs. Think our bed was a full size with decent mattress.

I was amazed by the completeness of kitchen utensils in the unit and the kind arrangement of late checking in. I was worried about where to eat while checking in late and it ends up with the full kitchen availability so that we could simply cook by ourselves rather than finding a restaurant in the dark. I arrived at about 7:30pm on the day and the office was already closed but the staff arranged accordingly for my access and it's really convenient. Thanks to the staff as well.

Our room had access to the beach front and outdoor cooking and relaxing. It was beautiful and amazing. We will definitely stay there the next time we're in Maui. The office staff was excellent and very professional.
