The beach was close, great snorkeling saw a lot of fish near the rocky area. Swimming pools were great. Barbecues at the lawn area very convenient for doing your own cooking. Ceiling fan in our bedroom didn’t work. Over all we loved the place. If you show up late you have to find a Security guard to check in to your room no counter help after 7:00 pm.

It's an older complex and a lot of construction was going on to maintain it, but it was very clean and comfortable, and the views and proximity to Napili beach can't be beat. Our kids loved the pools and koi pond, and seeing all the wild anoles and geckos. The on-site surfboard and beach gear rentals were amazing to have. The Gazebo restaurant was just outside our door. The front desk got us everything we needed when asked, and having laundry access onsite was so helpful. The pull-out beds were comfortable, and we loved having a full kitchen to use to make food and save money on going out to eat. The grounds and garden area were lovely. One shuffleboard stick was broken so it was hard to play, but that's the only complaint. Otherwise so lovely and we miss it already.

It was a very nice property to stay at. Everything was clean. The only thing I would have to say negative is that while we were there they had to trim trees and there was really nowhere for anyone to park and that was very inconvenient. But overall, it was very nice place to stay

The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Snorkel gear available to rent on site, Bbq and laundry access was a plus. Just steps away from a beautiful beach. We traveled after Labor day so missed the crowds. It was quiet and the property grounds were well maintained. We can't wait to stay here again.

They are under construction. Digging hole with excavators. Walk ways blocked off. Tree pruning making it hard to get your car in and out. Orange temerity fencing blocking views etc. Digging trenches to run water and gas lines. Need I say more???? We work hard to save for a trip like this, had we known we would have picked a different place to stay. We absolutely deserve some sort of refund.

Nice, quiet, and clean hotel with full kitchen. It even has all the utensils and kitchen appliances. In addition it even have spices for bbq (which available to guest free to use). Next to Napili Beach with hot tub. Free parking with 5G WiFi.

We loved everything about Napili Shores and will definitely stay here again. Our studio room was clean and had everything we needed. The grounds and the view were beautiful. Staff checked on us twice to make sure we had everything we needed.

The room was great. But aging. The view was exquisite. The shower pressure was quite weak. But the enclosure was very nice. The cable sucked and we had a firestick controller that the tv was too old for. The coffee pot heating plate failed. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean.

There is a cockroach infestation at this property. The first unit we stayed in had an extensive cockroach issue (large and small). We attempted to have the issue resolved by having them treat the unit but the issue continued. We then requested to move to another unit, and discovered that the cockroach issue was worse. We were unable obtain assistance with the issue because it was after 5:00 pm, and the front desk closes at 5 pm. We suffered from cockroach bites, asthma exacerbation, and now we have unwittingly transported them to our home. I would NOT recommend this resort to anyone, as it presents a significant risk to the health and safety of its customers.

The property was really nice and well maintained. We had a room with a kitchen which was very nice. Full kitchen and fully stocked. Our issue was the walls were very thin between the rooms. We could hear their alarm go off in the morning, one morning they chatted with someone on speaker phone and we could hear everything the person on speaker was saying. We also had ants in our room which was warned about, and they did come spray but we ended up taping the grout where they were coming in so the counter was covered in them.

The room I am in has roaches. We saw at least 8 in two days. The front desk acted like it was no big deal. The security guard was super nice and friendly, she was also ver knowledgeable and helpful.i wish i coukd say the same for the the girls at the front dedk and maintenance. The view is amazing, the furniture very out dated, but the bed was comfortable.

The property was very beautiful outside, The pools were sparkling and very relaxing. Our room had ants! and the bathroom light was out. We asked the maintenance man to change the bulb and get rid of the ants. The bulb was changed and the ants stayed. They supposedly sprayed 2 days later and the ants were still there.

It is very good location. But!!!! Attention to visitors!!! Cockroaches everywhere! Big, small! While you cut bread or fruits they get to the cutting board! We feel terrible there! Left the note at 5pm, because no one was already at the reception and no response on that. We were afraid to bring them home with our clothes. At the checkout I just heard “sorry, I will let know our cleaning lady” Cleaning lady? Really? The whole resort need to be closed for few weeks and do pest control 24/7 everywhere!

"OUTRIGGER" Is what initially caught my attention. I've stayed in Outrigger hotels before. But this place is not an Outrigger. In fact, upon arrival, there's absolutely nothing that mentions the Outrigger brand. It's an "aparthotel" that appears to be independent. The WiFi in my room never worked. The staff suggested I use a different rooms signal. Whatever, right? The place was clean. It's an older apartment complex that's been turned into a hotel. The location is alright. The nearby beach is fine, though consistently crowded. I would give it a 6 out 10. I won't be staying here again.

It’s all about Napili Bay it is so beautiful and stay at Napili Shores was simply wonderful. Stayed in a studio sized room with ocean view, definitely a bonus. All items for bathroom, kitchen or comfort are perfectly provided and well thought out. Pro tip, stop at Costco after landing at airport if they’re open for food, drinks and snacks.
It’s all about Napili Bay it is so beautiful and stay at Napili Shores was simply wonderful. Stayed in a studio sized room with ocean view, definitely a bonus. From the moment we arrived at Napili Shores Resort By Outrigger, we had a pleasant first impression. While the exterior may have an older charm, it is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which immediately puts you at ease. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness and modern amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home, including a traditional coffee maker that brewed a perfect cup to start our day. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our adventures. One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site dining options. We had the pleasure of dining at the Gazebo Restaurant, and I can confidently say that it’s a must-visit. The food was delicious, with a fantastic selection that really showcased local flavors. We didn't have the chance to try the other restaurant, but based on our experience at the Gazebo, I have no doubt it would be just as enjoyable. Overall, our experience at Napili Shores Resort was delightful. The combination of a clean, comfortable room, great dining, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a memorable stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Maui!

Was located in nice easy location. Close by lots of great hiking trails. Was nice and clean, had everything we needed. The king size bed was comfy, the single pull out bed wasnt bad, the double sized one wasn't comfortable as you could feel the bar in middle but we put all the cushions under the mattress and it made it so comfortable. The pool was nice and the Hot Tub was actually hot and felt amazing. Only downside was that the resort doesn't have glass windows just screen and metal shutters so if your a light sleeper you can hear everyone getting up early for different events, trash truck and other vehicles. We were in the building closet to road. So maybe others might not be so bad.

Great property and the rooms were perfect. You have a full size fridge, stove, microwave, etc. Obviously, it's not like a lot of the upper end resorts, but for the savings well worth it! My only complaint was the mattress in our room was sagging horribly and back breaking! So, rest and sleep quality were poor, but the overall visit was fantastic.

Comfortable motel-style complex with full kitchen. There are 2 restaurants on site although we did not try them. The room decor was somewhat dated but the room had everything we needed and the property is well maintained. A grocery store for when we preferred to cook was nearby. The soundproofing is not ideal (we could clearly hear our neighbour). Our unit had a nice balcony with chairs/table facing the inner courtyard. Overall, it met our needs.

Have stayed in the area a few times but first time at Napili Shores. Would stay again. Many places require 4 or 5 night minimum but we only needed 2 nights. Good location for access to beach and snorkeling. We accidentally left something in the safe and didn't realize it until we got home. Contacted them first thing the next morning and they located the items and held them for friends to pick up. Good service.

Room was not cleaned properly. The location is great, very close walk to Napili bay. Not worth the money. You cannot reach anyone after 7pm if there are any issues with the stay. Poor customer service.

This is a beautiful clean property located in a convenient, excellent area of Napili. The beach is right next door with easy hiking trails along the coast. There is no "resort fee" added and parking is actually free. It is quite affordable. However, the downside is that there is limited service and staff. Bed sheets and linen are not changed. If you want them washed, then you need to bring them to the office for cleaning. The main office is only open 9am - 4 pm, so good luck if you have any problems between that time. Unfortunately, we had a laundry problem. We came back from a long day at the beach (after 4 pm) to find that our towels/sheets left at the office to be cleaned were not returned to our room. There was nobody to contact to get our linen. Thus, we did not shower that night and slept on the uncovered mattress! So, beware about getting your towels/sheets laundered...

The staff at check in was super friendly and allowed us to keep our cold food items in the office fridge until we were able to have our unit later that afternoon. Loved our unit and the view from the lanai was awesome. Napili is an amazing area and we will definitely be back.

Would not stay here again. We rented three rooms, the view is amazing, the secilurity lady is awesome, the bed was comfortable. However, we had an issue with the air in one of the rooms being locked at 74, the other two rooms were locked at 66 and 70. The first night my daughter and two grand kids were miserable. I went to the office and requested it be turned down. The girl sent maintenance but the other girl there with her said thst they are set to go no lower than 74, i explained that two of our rooms were lower and that 74 was too hot.i heard them call maintenance to go look at it. The next morning my daughter tells me thst they did nothing yo it, that they said ot cannot go lower. I then called the office back and once again explained the issue. She ssid that it was up to the maintenance person on call but that she would make sure they lowered it to 70. He finally came in amd lowered it to 72. Ridiculous! For the price you pay here you expect good customer service and to be comfortable. Not burn up, have to deal with rude people and have roaches. The system will not allow me to post pictures!

Everyone was super helpful. When we asked for a late checkout the front desk went above and beyond and helped us out. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to do so again

Not a friendly place check in some man just walked in to our room with out notice check out was 11 but at 915 returned to our room maid was in there and had thrown out all our drinks and food did not get to check for personal items feel like we were evicted at 830 am will leave bad reviews and not recommend this property to antone

Stayed here 3 night in January and it was a beautiful location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return! Kapalua Bay is close by and snorkeling there is amazing.

We loved Napili and the beach right next door. We liked Kapalua beach more but that is not walkable! There are no sidewalks on the main road in most so you must drive everywhere.

The property is right on the beach and a very short walk to Napili Bay. There’s a store right in the property to rent snorkeling gear as well. Two restaurants, I only purchased to-go from The Gazebo as the line was long. Food was quick and good. Room was neat and clean and had everything in it with the full kitchen. Parking was ok, there was some maintenance and construction going on, so it was to be expected. Overall a great experience.

We love the location of the property and the Beautiful grounds. Being right on the water, had easy and amazing views of the ocean, the whales, and sunsets. Easy to get to nearby grocery stores and cafes. Very comfortable for two in our one bedroom unit with everything we needed in the kitchen for preparing simple meals. Mostly quiet at all times of day and night but rooms on the parking lot can have disturbances, which we experienced during our stay. Also, hard to have a very dark room for sleeping because of lighted walkways. If you have the windows open to allow a breeze, then you can't close the shutters to make it more dark. Perhaps my only complaint. Both on-site restaurants have good and tasty offerings. Definitely do take out from the Gazebo instead of waiting in line! would stay here again.

Napili Shores is paradise. Absolutely stellar location without being pretentious. My only suggestion would be to include a cooler and a couple of beach chairs with the unit. Breakfast at the Gazebo was easily the best pancakes and omelette we've ever had!

The property unit and grounds were clean and gorgeous. The food at both of the restaurants was delicious. The pineapple cake at the main restaurant was the best I ever had. There were long lines for breakfast at the Gazebo restaurant but watching the whales while we waited was amazing. We saw so many whales breach that we lost count. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Maui.

The property was well kept. The only thing is that it wasn't right in front of the beach, it had beach access. The pool wasn't warm enough. The restaurant that does only breakfast and lunch has no alcohol beverages and very little seating. The hotel's view is breath taking. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Loved everything about Nāpili Shores. Our trip started with a free upgrade to an Ocean view room. Spent the entire week looking at Molokai which was awesome! We had a couple of good dinners at Kitchen 5315 which was never crowded. And, we rented snorkeling equipment onsite and snorkeled everyday at amazing Napili Bay which is next door. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation!

Nice ocean view. Pleasant garden grounds. Poolside ocean view. Very nice restaurant on-site. Easy walkable access to the beach. On-site shop to rent or buy all necessities for the beach. I would stay here again.

The room was great. But aging. The view was exquisite. The shower pressure was quite weak. But the enclosure was very nice. The cable sucked and we had a firestick controller that the tv was too old for. The coffee pot heating plate failed. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean.

The property is right on the water with magnificent sunsets. It had 2 pools and a spa. There were 2 great restaurants onsite as well. The apartment was in godd condition but was not stocked with anything. No chairs or beach gear, the kitchen was devoid of anything but the basic utensils. Napili beach was very close to walk to with great snorkeling.
