This hotel is on a nice quiet street of Sorrento and a very quick walk from the train station (less than 5 mins). It was easy to find and the hotel staff are very responsive over WhatsApp for any questions or guidance. Our room overlooked the city and a lemon & orange grove which was magical! The free breakfast every morning is also a great perk. The bed is also comfortable the room was very clean. As other reviews and the hotel description indicates this is on the 4th floor and only has stairs, which was not a problem since we knew this but noting for others. Our only issue was the shower since the hot water heater only has water for about 10 minutes at a time and the shower has one of the 1/2 glass walls so it's not fully enclosed which we didn't love. However, we would not hesitate in recommending this place and would stay again.

Pros- Friendly staff and house cleaning in the mornings. They had a nice breakfast menu each morning that was included. There was good air conditioning also. Cons- This was originally listed as a waterfront property. It is nowhere near the water. When I inquired about it, they blamed it on Expedia and offered no credit back to me. The listing has now been changed. The rooms are on the 3rd floor which is 6 flights of steps up with no elevator and no one there to assist. Parking is across the street and the charge is $25 per day even though parking could be available directly in front of the building, Also, the ground level and floors one and two in the building are not lit. Therefore if you get in after sunset, you’ll be walking the stairs in the dark. There’s no staff on site in the late afternoon/evening either. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone and everything going on around you. The pillow are super thin and need to be replaced and the shower is the size of a small camper sized shower.

The place is conveniently located just a few minute walk from the train station. Check in was easy and convenient, as they sent me clear instructions for our stay. The room was clean and spacious for us, and also included a glass bottle of still and sparkling water which they refilled for you each day. Breakfast is served daily, but it is very minimal, but a nice feature. Our biggest complaint was the shower. It was not setup well so constantly soaked the floor. Not to mention, the hot water wouldnt last for even one short shower, which was incredibly frustrating.

Great place to stay. One negative - the walk up 4 floors with luggage is brutal! This place REALLY needs an elevator. I am not sure how I would have been able to get to my room if I had any type of handicap or physical issues.

The staff wereexcellent. They served breakfast to room as promised and on time. There wereplenty of choices enough to get started for a busy touring day. The only thing I would suggest is to inform guests how to turn on stair lights at night. Otherwise, you can't beat this quiet and comfy oasis for location and convenience. I highly recommend Guarricino Ristorante at Piaza Tasso for great food and warm service. It's worth an eight minute walk.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located…great for a short stay and a backpack, but the description failed to mention the FOUR FLIGHTS of stairs and NO elevator. I’m 60 and my husband is 63. We are on a three week vacation and as such we each had a suitcase weighing just shy of our airlines 50 lb limit. Needless to say, my husband had to carry both suitcases up and then down the stairs. Also, although it says the manager is available 8-8, they are not always on the property and it took over three hours to get a simple response during working hours. And finally, it was hit or miss whether your tiny shower would be cold or scalding.

Great location and deal. Many shops and restaurants around. Great at communicating check in information prior to arriving, and available to help us as we had some trouble initially finding the spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Staff was attentive and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Room was spotless, bedding was clean and extremely comfortable. Room service came every morning and made sure toiletry was stocked, espresso machine stocked and everything left clean! Location was excellent, very central. We had the best time!

Fabulous room in the centre of sorrento. Conveniently located right near the train station makes it accessible to everything you need on foot. Room was clean and modern with all amenities required. Staff were lovely and very helpful! Excellent breakfast provided to the room each morning also. Would stay again.

Hotel is conveniently located, three minute walk to Sorrento train station and five minute walk to city center, restaurants, market and shopping area Room was very clean, modern, quiet with nice bathroom Nadia provided detailed instructions to location, early check in, and made very good made to order breakfast including smoked salmon She also provided helpful information with our visit and transportation needs Thoroughly enjoyed our stay since it was very reasonable and nice. Highly recommend this four story walk up accommodation

Well maintained 3rd floor apartment house converted to bed and breakfast style hotel rooms. We got the corner room with garden and mountain view of Sorrento. The room is well maintained, good shower and a welcome bottle of wine with my rewards membership. Made to order breakfast, complentary water bottles were included.In room coffee machine and 2 biscuits were nice as well. Property is close to all attractions of the town, all walkable with in minutes.

An sich eine schöne, etwas ältere Unterkunft. ( 3 Etage - ohne Aufzug )Alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar und das ist denke ich sehr wichtig. Personal ist sehr freundlich da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Check in & out hat alles wie beschrieben funktioniert. Leider einige Aber: Unser Zimmer war extrem hellhörig was uns gestört hat. WLAN funktioniert einige Minuten dann wieder nicht. Matratze war recht durchgelegen. Frühstück ist OK und ich verstehe ja auch das man sich nicht die "Wampe vollhaut" aber ein Spiegelei sollte denke ich mindestens aus 1-2 Eier bestehen und nicht aus einem halben. Die Croissant sind dafür lecker. Im großen und ganzen OK und für ein-zwei Nächte ausreichend.

Everything was good. Only complain to put 3 stars is for the mattress. It was terrible, old and hollow in the middle. My back splitter in half! If they change the mattress I would give 5 stars all over the board

Madrassen var så nedslidt at vi stort set ikke kunne sove første nat og vi krævede en ny madras eller et andet hotel. De skiftede madrassen næste dag og vi kunne sove ok de resterende nætter. Køleskabet som står i samme værelse larmer rigtig meget og kl 07 møder personalet ind og det høres tydeligt på værelset, så alt i alt så skal man være støj følsom på dette hotel. Hotellet liger godt i forhold til byen men billederne er virkelig taget på en god dag, værelset er dødsyg og vi fik et uden altan (hvilket måske er vores egen skyld) så vær opmærksom på om du bestiller med eller uden altan, den er god at have.

Was expecting a terrace, didn’t see it mentioned anywhere that it was only one room, tried to find that info on the page and didn’t see it anywhere Very noisey from the start of breakfast service in the morning, wasn’t able to sleep in, coffee machine, room etc were lovely, comfortable bed, and great aircon. Good location Manager was quite abrupt

Had a great stay in Sorrento and at the hotel. Good instructions on how to access the building and room. It is unmanned and you pick up the keys yourself. Good location with good walking distance to the center, train station and harbor. Quiet building on a back street. Near instant text response when we had questions. Ordering breakfast was very easy (you order on the previous day). Delivered to the room with a knock. Nothing special but absolutely good enough!

Every things was so nice until I want to give more than 5 stars! This place was so clean, and the soft beds and delicious breakfast. Walkable to every single thing in Sorrento. Love this place and the staff so much.

Excellent location and friendly staff !! BEWARE this is NOT a hotel where you can show up and check in. It is a private room rented out and you must have a cell phone (charged) with ability to communicate with the owner before you arrive (ie without wifi so roaming charges, etc will apply). Taxis are unable to locate entrance door which is marked only by a doorbell button. By the time I reached Sorrento my cell phone battery was almost dead and would have been unable to communicate for instructions to locate my room.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located…great for a short stay and a backpack, but the description failed to mention the FOUR FLIGHTS of stairs and NO elevator. I’m 60 and my husband is 63. We are on a three week vacation and as such we each had a suitcase weighing just shy of our airlines 50 lb limit. Needless to say, my husband had to carry both suitcases up and then down the stairs. Also, although it says the manager is available 8-8, they are not always on the property and it took over three hours to get a simple response during working hours. And finally, it was hit or miss whether your tiny shower would be cold or scalding.

Beautiful B&B, perfect location, right in the heart of Sorrento - a few minute walk from all the restaurants and shops (...and only around 30 min drive from Positano!). Our room was very nicely decorated, clean and cosy. Bed was very comfortable, had a balcony too. Breakfast served to your room every morning. Easy check-in. No free parking on site or off site either however that's what it's like in this part of Italy so not a surprise to us. 24h car parks easy to find in the area, can always ask the hosts and they will help you book one. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying there 😊

It was very close to the train station in Sorrento which made it easy to get to Pompeii, Vesuvius and Naples. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was delivered on time every day. Located just above the city in a quiet location but close to restaurants and shopping.

Everyday we had a breakfast wheeled to our room which was so lovely and convenient. The room was perfect and the staff superb. I would highly recommend staying here because of the location as well. It was so close to the train and walkable to cafes and shopping. Loved it!

While this hotel is a bit hard-to-find at first, it\'s worth it once you arrive. Considering you are just a block away from the main train & bus station, the street the hotel is on is very safe and quiet. The in-room breakfast here is also just wonderful! Many choices and they serve it in your room to you after you fill out a "wish list" the night before and give it to them. A word of caution to those who are older or with leg injuries, the hotel is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. Aside from that, the hotel is a charming and cool choice for couples spending time in Sorrento and don\'t mind a non full service hotel (there is no 24 hour front desk here...they are only around part of the day).

Very nice place to stay! Easy to get there either you come by boat, bus or train and the city center is just around the corner. We were in Sorrento already in the morning, but were able to leave our luggage there. Very friendly owners! The room was very clean and cosy. Exellent breakfast was served in to the room.

Literally minutes from the train station and centre of Sorrento. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast delivered to your room. Great facilities. Only downside is the 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartments with no lift option which is difficult with heavy suitcases.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Staff was attentive and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Room was spotless, bedding was clean and extremely comfortable. Room service came every morning and made sure toiletry was stocked, espresso machine stocked and everything left clean! Location was excellent, very central. We had the best time!

Absolutely loved the location. Beware if you’re walking from the ferry with luggage, there is a lot of stairs but location of the hotel was amazing. We are just back from a lovely trip to Sorrento and really enjoyed this little place. We felt the room was clean, well accommodating and very spacious. We had no issues with noise and found it very quiet, based in a very peaceful little street. The 24hr check in was extremely helpful as we arrived late at night and the information given for our arrival was very straight forward. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly and the breakfast was a lovely touch. We also used Marco for our transfer from the airport, which they can give you contact details for should you require it and can confirm he is reliable and very friendly. The location is brilliant, and central to everything you might need and want to see, taking only minutes to walk to any bars, restaurants and shops. The shower temperature and aircon could be temperamental at times but this wasn’t a huge issue for us, and didn’t impact our stay in any way. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this accommodation and would definitely recommend to others! Thank you for a lovely stay!
