I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights around the Tokyo marathon - arriving Friday straight from the airport and leaving on Monday morning to go to Kyoto. The hotel is really easy to get to - on a direct line from Haneda Airport. I was able to check in early (for a small fee per hour) which was a lifesaver after a 14 hour flight. I was showered, changed and off to the expo to pick up my bib before the regular check-in time. It's right next to Highashi-Nihombashi station but also connected to 2 other stations via the underground walkway so it was super-easy to get everywhere I needed to be. The cafe on the ground floor was good and was an easy option for my pre-run pasta the day before the run. My room was comfortable and large for a single. I would definitely stay here again.

Area was really nice and away from a lot of people so it was quiet and safe. Right next to the train station so it’s quite convenient if you need to get to Haneda airport. There’s a pronto restaurant downstairs as well as a few restaurants next door. If you need a 7/11 there’s one conveniently next door. There is no laundromat in this hotel but there is one not too far. I will be looking at this hotel again next time I’m in town.

Plus point: right next to the Higashi-Nihombashi Station! The better option (¥) train takes you from this station to NRT airport directly in about 1 hr! Adequate convenience stores & cafes, all walking distance. Check-in & out using kiosk. Room very small like most hotels in Japan, hilarious for 2 persons. Generous amenities. Very comfortable bed. Pricey rate but considered most affordable if compared to most hotels in Tokyo. APA quality consistency. Would use APA hotels again next time.

I always stay here as I can take the train from either Haneda or Narita without transfers. Less than a minute to get to the subway station. About 10 minutes to the Japan Railways station. Coffee shop in hotel. Convenience store nearby.

This hotel served our needs. The room was small and difficult to maneuver in for two people. The toilet and shower had heavy staining. The duvet was also very yellow with staining. The elevator was very ineffectual and there are no stairs available. We waiting 25 minutes to get to the main floor to check out because the elevator went to the top floor first and as such was always full when it hit our floor. It was very frustrating. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, it's a bed in a relatively convenient spot, so if that's all you need, go for it, but I wouldn't stay again.

I liked the close proximity to the next subway stations. Grocery stores like MiniStop or 7eleven are in walking distance and convenient for stocking water or snacks in the hotel room. Property is in a superb position close to metro station and so easy to navigate to any part of Tokyo from this station. Staff are polite, friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean, well kept and provides an excellent service. Room size a bit on the small side but not a complaint. Would definitely recommend.

This location was very close to the Shinjuku and Asakusa lines but you have to transfer quite a bit. I didn’t care for the location as a tourist. It’s a nice area but the walk to tourist areas was at least a15 minute walk. Also the staff did not speak English until they told me the check out time.

Great location - right next to the Higashi-Nihombashi metro/subway station entrance. Direct train services to Haneda or Narita Airports are available from this station. The immediate neighbourhood doesn't offer too much in the way of dining or shopping. Not to say nothing at all as there are a few convenience stores, cafes, bars, restuarants, but it's more a residential and business area. But you're only a 10-20 minute walk from busier precincts such as Akihabara, Asakusabashi, or Nihombashi. The room is small, as is the norm in many Japanese inner city hotels, so if you want a bit more space, you should be prepared to upgrade. This shouldn't be a surprise though given that they list the room dimensions when you look for rooms on Expedia. In saying that the rate overall is still competitive. The lobby is cramped but functional and staff are helpful. And cleanliness is good.

Comfortable bed, pillow was hard as had beads in the bottom. Language issue for english, the staff did not understand they needed to take the voucher for collection of my bags. Location is good, 711 next door. Close to 3 stations. Easy access to tokyo and Haneda and Narita airport. Lots of food places to eat. A4 exit has elevator. We stayed here for 6 nights. Very good experience. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, and the shower water pressure was excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, and I felt safe walking around at night. This hotel is steps away from the subway exit B4, which is next to the Hisashi-Nihombashi Station (Asakusa line) and a short walk away from the Bakuroyokoyama Sta. (Shinjuku Line). Lastly, there are many exceptional food locations around this area. The best advice is to get your Google Translate augmented reality open on your phone and just go read menus until you find something you like.

This Hotel in Tokyo had good transport connections and very good opportunities for shopping and sightseeing nearby. The hotel itself was nothing special. The room was really very small, with standard amenities including a refrigerator, shower, and television. The catering was very good. Fresh towels were provided daily, along with slippers and also toothpaste. The refrigerator was a bit too loud and could be disruptive at night, but aside from that, the small room was bearable as long as you didn't spend the entire day there. For two people, it was really quite small, but if you're just using it to spend the night, take a shower, get ready, or rest briefly, it was fine. Overall, the price-performance ratio was reasonable. However, the breakfast selection was quite meager. It didn't affect us personally, but, for example, there were no options for vegetarians or vegans, and you could only choose between two breakfast options each day. Over the course of two weeks, as in our case, it became rather monotonous. It also wasn't a buffet, but instead a fixed portion size that was served each day. A breakfast buffet would have been more appropriate for the price. The reception staff were neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly.

Very good location, right next to B4 exit at Asakusa Toei line stop. Chuo-ku means city centre, here îs where the hotel stands. Very nice and efficient staff, good fresh breakfast, room and common spaces impeccably clean, standard APA comfort and amenities. I admired from my window the Skytree shining în bright colors, every evening and night. Yes, I would stay here again.
