El ESTACIONAMIENTO no es del Hotel. Hay que pagar la diferencia, ya que el hotel solo cubre de 8 pm a 8am. La hora de estacionamito es de 20 pesos (agosto 2024) Las habitaciones son muy amplias, (con humedad propia del Estado). El Baño no cuenta con ventana. La habitacion muy limpia. La ropa de cama fresca. El trato amable.

They advertise as parking included, when you check in they ask you what kind of a vehicle you have, if it is a SUV they will only cover the cost from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. The hotel is outdated.

Great value hotel close to city centre. Staff are friendly and the room is cleaned daily and well. No windows in the bathroom mean it’s a bit moldy but otherwise it’s great.

Nos dieron una habitación que olía a caño y con manchas de sangre en las sábanas, nos dieron otra habitación en la planta baja en mejores condiciones aunque le falta mucho mantenimiento y que fumiguen la propiedad. Miles de mosquitos.

El hotel es lindo y su personal muy amable ,solo en la habitación el box sprin estaba con hongo y la pintura en alguna pared estaba levantada por humedad .aún así todo muy limpio.

Es un hotel económico y rústico, pero no significa que debe estar sucio. La habitación triple estaba llena como de bichos negros como si fueran maripositas pequeñas, las que salen por la humedad o por el olor sucio de la regadera. El baño esta lleno de eso y se sentia muy polvoso, no daban ganas de bañarse. En el cuarto había bichitos en las esquinas porque tmb se sentia el cuarto que guardaba humedad, al parecer no las ventilan cuando están desocupadas. Luego el segundo día nos quedamos sin agua, y yo debía ducharme para mi entrevista. Si fue amable el chico encargado en ese horario, pero es un servicio muy importante que no debe faltar en ningún momento. Esta muy céntrico, estaba en el lugar perfecto para los lugares que tenía que ir. Pero…. Honestamente no me quedaría nuevamente ahí.

Beautiful, qauint, clean, and colonial style hotel just blocks from Centro. Great eating options all around. You can walk to bus station and great dinning. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and well presented.

I have stayed at Hotel Montejo on several occasions (4-5 times) over the last 10-12 years. This last time, we (my adult son and I) stayed in two separate rooms. It's charming, nice and quiet. It's downtown (two blocks from the main square), yet it is not super busy. I like the colonial architecture, the courtyard and the fountain. The artificial lighting in the rooms and in the bathrooms is deficient. The water pressure is low in the bathroom sinks. The beds are comfortable. There is no coffee or coffee maker available in the premises. They converted the former hotel restaurant into a clothing store. Because of this I will not be staying there again.

Se encuentra en pleno centro, a sólo dos cuadras de catedral por lo que da la facilidad de recorrer caminando los alrededores. El check in fue muy fácil y rápido, sin embargo las camas y el aire del cuarto no se encontraban en condiciones, la cama ya estaba en mal estado y el aire ruidoso y no enfriaba lo suficiente, aunque por el precio pues se pudiera compensar.

Se encuentra en pleno centro, a sólo dos cuadras de catedral por lo que da la facilidad de recorrer caminando los alrededores. Hotel avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Joli patio mais pas de piscine comme indiqué. Le pdej est servi dans un hotel de la rue voisine. Possibilite de parking public à proximité pris en charge partiellement (de 20h à 8h seulement) puis 20 pesos de l heure. Receptionniste femme souriante, tres aimable et disponible avec de tres bons conseils... Receptionniste homme beaucoup moins sympathique ! Au coeur de la ville entre la place Santa Lucia et el zócalo ! Emplacement parfait !

The day manager was excellent the night manager was inefficient. We had an issue Where the top of the barn door lock had come off and it was a safety issue he told us it couldn't be fixed until the next morning. I had to get a stone and hammer the lock back on the door,it made sleeping difficult. As anyone with a little effort could push it open and have access to the room.

Hotel avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Joli patio mais pas de piscine comme indiqué. Le pdej est servi dans un hotel de la rue voisine. Possibilite de parking public à proximité pris en charge partiellement (de 20h à 8h seulement) puis 20 pesos de l heure. Receptionniste femme souriante, tres aimable et disponible avec de tres bons conseils... Receptionniste homme beaucoup moins sympathique ! Au coeur de la ville entre la place Santa Lucia et el zócalo ! Emplacement parfait !

Excelente ubicación. Hotel sencillo, pero con todo lo necesario. Limpio y funcional. Las personas en recepción variaban; algunos de ellos muy amables, otros jóvenes e indiferentes a ciertas necesidades de los clientes. La cuota asignada para el desayuno incluido (100 pesos) no cubría el total del paquete de desayuno en el hotel con quien existe el convenio (110 pesos). Hola el estacionamiento esta muy lejos el hotel esta bonito los cuartos para mi gusto muy austeros, los trabajadores super amables no cuenta con restaurante o servicio al cuarto.

The photos do not show the real hotel and rooms. The rooms are not the best. The worst part is that we requested a refund on the meals because we were charged again for the meals that are at another hotel and we were very upset. We never used the restaurant again after two times. The only wonderful thing at the hotel were the people working there.

This is a comfortable no frills hotel, right in the heart of the action in Merida, the only downside was no coffee or breakfast. Salvation came in the form of Marago coffee at Hotel Merida c.60 & 57.

Nice small older hotel. Rooms around a small courtyard. Gabby at front desk was kind and helpful, cleaning staff as well. Room was simple, sparse, clean and large, comfy firm bed, quiet (thick old walls) and a/c worked well. 2 blocks from the center. No restaurant on site but they gave me a ticket for breakfast at a nice sister hotel around the corner. Pool is nice but cold in January! Not ideal for young kids. No wifi TV, but lots of channels. I will return.

It is located near the city center, interior is really nice, room was clean. It doesn’t have parking. They gave us a voucher for parking in a close parking lot from 8 pm to 8 am and the rest of the time is charged. Overall was a good experience.
