I don't know why this place has bad reviews. Staff is lovely and nice. Rooms are clean but obviously not 5 star. They do clean the rooms everyday which is more than I can say in the States. For the location and cost, definitely worth the price!! The wifi does is not great so be wary of that remote workers! Also breakfast was delicious and they did have a few veggie options as a vegetarian.

Located by the Metro Insurgentes Station, Ubers to downtown or Lucha Libre were very affordable. Breakfast was delicious (from Chilaquiles to French Toast). The room was comfortable, we got extra toiletries, and the staff was friendly. Our room on the 4th floor was quiet. The A/C was great. The rooftop and some areas are under construction. Jacuzzi is out of service. But still great views from the rooftop. Definitely a hotel we can return to.
