Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bozeman, MT

Very nice hotel, right across Costco and Target, and next to Outback. Staffs were friendly, room is clean. And airport shuttle service was great! Just to remember to book at least 24 hours in advance. I booked pickup 10pm at the airport and 9:30am drop off at the airport, both with no problems.

Clean, good breakfast, nice location. Hot tub did not have keys, but was clean. Nice fireplace outside to hang out by.

I specifically sorted my hotel search by pool only, because my 3- and 4-year olds had been begging to got to a hotel and swim in a pool. We got here and the pool was closed. It's really frustrating to me that hotels (or Hotels.com) doesn't notify people when that is the case (unfortunately this isn't the first time it's happened to me). I would have switched hotels. I also feel that there should be a discount on the rate for not having a key feature available. Beyond the pool issue, the service was good. The beds weren't very comfortable to me, but my back is touchy when it comes to beds.

Property is nice, staff great. Only ussue is pool was out of service.

Second time here. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The hotel is very nice. Outback Steakhouse in walking distance next door and get a card for free onion from front desk.

Close to airport. Pool and hot tub. Dinner options were within driving distance.

I paid for this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub, just to find out it was closed eithout notice. Pretty disappointed!

Carpets were dirty throughout the property. No garbage bags in the trash cans. Leftover food from previous people was still in the fridge. Overall nasty.

Black mold in bathroom , something spilled on, possibly in the air conditioner, curtains half hanging off the rod and holes (small) in the curtains. Staff was very nice. Building needs updating

The room looked as though it had not been cleaned. The carpet had stains and caked on material that appeared never to have been vacuumed. The bed skirt also had multiple stains and the linens appeared unchanged from the prior visitor. I travel often so I know that the bed skirts and top cover typically are not washed but this was especially disgusting and made me feel as though I was at an hourly motel and not expected for a room that cost $200/night which I feel should be better than motel-quality. For example, I found random hairs and lint on the linens but it was hard to tell so I just bared it. I tried changing rooms but the hotel claimed there were none available. I complained to Expedia and asked the hotel again the following night and magically, there were plenty of rooms available. I was placed in a different room which was also not the epitome of clean but a lot better than the first room. It also confirmed my suspicion that the first room’s linens were not changed based on the appearance of the linens in the second room. All in all, I was disgusted by my experience but I was there for work so I just needed to focus on that.

We had a 12:30 am check-in due to flight delays. When we entered our room it looked perfect, but when we pulled back the covers there were no sheets on one bed. There was just a mattress cover. On the other bed there was just one full size sheet on a queen bed, so it wouldn’t even tuck in as a bottom sheet. We were exhausted and just went to bed. We weren’t hopeful that we could handle the delay and we just wanted to crash. In the morning we discovered that we just had one towel for the two of us. Also, there was a tissue box but no tissues. I reported all of this to the front desk in the morning. I did not ask for a refund nor discount, nor was one offered. It was a very bad overnight stay, so I would not recommend this hotel.

Very clean room and linens, property was modern and well kept, comfortable mattress and nice toiletries. The free breakfast was also great!

Bathroom was not clean, used bar soap in bathroom with open soap cracked on the counter, hair in shower especially in drain and on walls. Toilet had BM on seat, mirror had smudges like lotion by the handle to open mirror closet, desk had crumbs and a calculator left behind. It seemed as though the room was just used prior to me getting there, staff member maybe? Clean bed linen and towels but was definitely used recently and no recleaned before I arrived . Floor above very noisy at 6am, not sure if guest or cleaning crew

Decent hotel. Breakfast is good. The walls and floors are paper thin. I was on the 3rd floor and could hear everything the people above me and beside me were doing. It was loud.

Everything was good overall but did have a fire alarm go off at 7:45am one of the mornings that turned out to be a false alarm. Couldn’t get rest after that and also was unable to connect to their wifi the two nights we stayed there. Went to the front desk for help but was unable to connect. Good thing we had good reception and just connect to our laptops via our phones. Other than that, the place is in a great location and beds were comfortable.

The wifi does not work, i could not use my phone or laptop at all.

The property was fine but cell phones dont eork in the building and the wifi is too weak to do anything. We were a group of 4 business travelers and it was very frustrating.

Decent for an overnight stay but wouldn’t stay longer. Bed was comfy, however floor tile in room was cracked and cigarette ashes all over outdoor cushions by fire pit area, despite “no smoking” signs. Staff were hospitable and friendly.

Fantastic bed and room, gorgeous lobby, gray for out outside, excellent breakfast options. All in all a great stay. Will be coming back on our next Bozeman trip

The air conditioning compressor and blower in our room, as well as that in the room of friends who stayed on the floor above us was LOUD. None of us (5 guests; 2 rooms) got a restful sleep. We were woken up throughout the night every time the AC kicked on. We were not able to crack the windows (late August), so the only solution for relief from the thunderous noise was to turn the room thermostat up...which made it even more uncomfortable. My report at checkout did not seem to surprise or concern the hotel concierge, but he did offer a half-hearted apology.

It was a nice place to stay in Bozeman. Beds were comfortable. The only negative for me was navigating the television channels.

It was a good stay, but for the price it was not worth it. At $250 a night, I expected a much nicer stay. Rooms were outdated and could use a facelift. It was fairly clean for the most part. I probably would not stay again. The price was not worth it in my opinion.

Great manager! She went out of her way to accommodate us when our flight was cancelled. Great property and great staff.

The professionalism of the staff. When we arrived River was on the desk. He was veryvpolite and courteous. He quickly gotnour room and explained everything. When we got to our room we realized we had mistakenly reserved a handicapped room instead of a room with a sofa bed. When i called the desk River was quick to handle it and gave us a room we wanted, ON THE SAME FLOOR!! What a relief that was. That alone made our trip worthwhile!!

They went above and beyond to get us some breakfast as we were up early & also took us to the airport early! They were amazing! Amanda set us up initially & Karli took excellent care of us! Excellent people & place- glad to see someone still cares about taking care of the customers! Well done! Much appreciated!

Front desk staff were amazing. Kitchen worker was unfriendly and did not keep food well stocked during breakfast hours. She needs training in customer service. She was too busy eating in the back to do her job.

We were having a good stay until our second to last day when housekeeping decided it was ok to enter our room while we were gone when our do not disturb sign was on the door. I had things left out including personal items (hence why I left the sign on the door) that were touched and moved around. Clothes that were left on a chair that were picked up and thrown into a plastic bag. Personal items in the bathroom that were touched and rearranged. Even if the do not disturb sign wasn’t on the door and I wanted the room cleaned, I’ve never had housekeeping move so many personal items to the point where I couldn’t find things. You change the towels, restock toiletries, make the bed and move along…the worst part is that we came back to the deadbolt open so the door wouldn’t latch. It was left open. Super unsettling as anyone could have entered our room!!! I will not be staying here again. Please explain to housekeeping what a do not disturb sign means.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with any hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM and had to wait for nearly 2 hours in the lobby to get a room. The receptionist told us their computer was down but he did not give us any straight answers on how and when he is going to give us a room. He finally gave us a basic room after a 2-hour wait in the middle of the night, even though we had reserved a king suite. In the morning we complained to a different receptionist on duty and she said that their manager had resigned and there is no one else to complain to. She also said she could not offer any refunds because the room was booked through Expedia. Overall, dealing with this hotel was a nightmare.

Great location after a long drive. Perfect for skiing or visiting MSU. Good restaurant in the parking lot and Taco Bell across the street. What else do you need? Liquor? That’s also in the parking lot.

Great location to airport. Serve yourself breakfast was nice, hit and cold options.

Great experience. We had come in from days of hiking and were anxious to get cleaned up. We were contacted as soon as our room was ready. Room was very comfortable and reasonably spacious. Had to leave early for 5a flight and the desk had breakfast bags made for us at 3a.Only downside was awful construction in the area- we really struggled to get to the location because so much of the road was closed and no posted detours.

The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. The room was sufficient for what we needed for a 1 night stay. Staff was friendly and gave a great waterfall suggestion. Overall happy with the hotel.

Hotel is very clean, the beds are super comfortable, however, the food and the coffee are awful. It made my husband and I both sick with stomach issues. The coffee in the rooms is by far the worst coffee I’ve ever had. The coffee at breakfast was not much better. The guy at Night Shift was very friendly upon check in. The morning staff in the breakfast room seemed a bit rude and always in a hurry to get you out of their way. The housekeeping staff that we pass was very friendly.

The room was nice and spacious. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I didn't care for the TV setup. It was digital over the air, but yet based out of Denver. I couldn't find a local channel for news and weather. The internet was also based out of Denver. All default searches were for Denver. After experiencing breakfast at other hotels (like Hampton Inn) the breakfast was average at best. Bacon, scrambled eggs, and a rock hard biscuit (hockey puck). No gravy. No seasonings. No thought but into the breakfast, but the bare basics. Good cereal selection, but only whole milk was available.

BF was fresh and food quality was good. Dining area was very clean.

The staff at the property were very pleasant, made you feel welcome and very accommodating. The breakfast also was great, more than your usual standard free breakfast.
