This hotel is located right on the lake with a walking trail right behind it. Parking is very easy and there's a restaurant onsite. Plus there are plenty of other restaurants just a short drive away.

3rd stay here and we really love the rooms and location. Very convient for family get togethers . Right next to Sanford center. There is a bar/restaurant attached. Views of the lake. A walking trail right behind it. Iys all right there. Pool area is large and well kept. Hot tub is hot not luke warm. Rooms always clean and bathrooms are large.

Receptionist did not greet us coming in. Bathroom in the room was incredibly small. Pool area did not have towels. Breakfast was out of nearly everything and staff member working that area was rude to visitors.

Property is gorgeous! We watched an eagle from the hot tub one night. Breakfast good with plenty of variety. The Tavern restaurant was also convenient, affordable and high quality food and drinks.

Loved the on-site bar/restaurant. Also loved the walking path behind the hotel that runs along the lake

Well, for one of the most expensive places to stay in town, you are simply pay for a view of the lake. If you get one. The rest of the property is dated. Older look and feel. The TV's in the room aren't WIFI capable, so no streaming or casting. Parking is difficult and quite the walk if you don't get there early enough. The elevators are hidden behind doors and are bit of an experience. Overall, I expected more from a place that was twice as much as other rooms in town.

The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. The hot tub worked well. The hotel was in excellent shape.

The room was good. Parking sucked. Had to hunt for a spot. They ran out of biscuits at breakfast and over 15 minutes later still none. The outdoor patio was filthy and needed a wash.

The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were good. Sometimes difficult to find parking when events were happening at the Sanford Center.

This is a stunning, new property with an excellent local restaurant attached. I’d love to stay here every time I’m traveling to Bemidji!

Over all stay was okay other than room was a bit dirty. Probably don’t recommend looking under the furniture cushions as I’m not even sure what was under them. The mini fridge was dirty as well especially the freezer part. The staff was great though.

The hotel overall was a nice place. It was a bit off the beaten path for us but not too far away from the main path. We had a king suite and the pull out couch was the WORST. My husband tried sleeping on it with our toddler and they both rolled to opposite sides. Also behind the couch were candy wrappers and food so the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The pillows were extremely soft while the bed was hard. Breakfast was excellent and the pool was great too.

They must allow pets because when I went to climb into bed I noticed that there was pet hair on the pillows and sheets. I found random other hair in the bathroom :(

We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful place and Lake Bemidji. They loved walking behind the building to the beach. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient. The lady in the kitchen probably could use a little help an extra hand but she did a great job Considering. The room was comfortable and the bedding was nice. The pillows, however did cause neck strain. Not enough support. You may want to bring your own. The male receptionist was so kind because I woke up with a terrible headache from neck strain. He provided me with ibuprofen. I didn't tell him my cause of a headache. He was kind and he also sent new towels to our room the day before when I needed them. The pool was fun, but could be a little bit more warmer, a little chilly for my comfort. But my son loved it. Both my other boys loved the Jacuzzi as well. The cookies were delicious in the lobby, thank you for the treat. They seem to be stocked regularly as well. And Coffee was always available and appreciated My only complaint is the carpet in the room were filthy with lots of stains & need a good carpet cleaning. Big coffee, spills and other stains that made you wanna wear your shoes in the room made it a little less comfy. Otherwise the room was perfect and clean and above satisfactory. We would return here again. The price is a little bit high for us on the weekends so preferably probably a weekday on our behalf to visit our son going to the college.

Quick check in.. efficient and friendly. Rooms clean. Great breakfast offerings. Not really as sound proof as others, but fairly quiet over all.

Clean, well-kept rooms with a lakeside view. The shower was interesting: not enclosed, so water seeped across the threshold, and you have to step around the toilet to get to it. My only real complaint is that the water took 5-10 minutes to heat up. Overall, the facility is very nice and preferable to many other accommodations.

Did not like the layout of the bathroom. You have to step over the toilet to get to the shower. there are no handles to grab in the shower.

We liked the lake view - I wish our rooms would have been on a upper floor so we could have seen the lake a bit better. The fridges in both rooms need to be defrosted - it froze our sodas that we had brought along. Also, there was someone's leftover food in one of the fridges.

The hotel was nice. The front desk staff weren’t particularly friendly. The bathroom was inconvenient since you had to climb over the toilet to get into the shower.

The beds were comfortable with good linens. The walk in shower was great. It was very quiet, and the staff were very professional and courteous. I have stayed there many times and am very pleased each time.

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The place is spotless. Large bathrooms and lobby area. The only thing we noticed was the lamps not working in our room along with the outlet. We were there for a quick night so no time to get it fixed quickly.

The thermostat in the room is on a sensor and when we were sleeping for a few hours the room temp dropped. I slept in my pajamas, 2 extra shirts and a pair of sweatpants wool socks and neck gator and still shivered.they gave me an extra blanket and said they couldn’t override the thermostat. We sleep at 66 at home with several blankets. The room was 64 and only one extra blanket. We checked out before our last night and drove home even though we paid for the room.

This was a nice, quiet comfortable place. We liked the layout of the room and the comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay.

The entire staff was absolutely top notch considering all the people arriving due to the disaster in Bemidji. We arrived to help our family with the disaster cleanup and had to extend our stay longer than expected. Blake was extremely helpful with accommodating these last minute extensions which took a lot of stress off of us finding another accommodation. We approached Michael and asked if our son and his wife could use the shower in our room while their house was inoperative and he couldn’t have been more supportive by supplying extra towels. Blake and Michael are top notch in customer service. Absolutely clean and a very supportive staff. We will be back because of this very positive experience.

Somehow when we went to check in, we had two rooms booked. The general manager(I’m sorry, I can’t remember her name) was so very helpful in getting a hold of the right people to cancel one of the bookings. Everything was great!

Everything was on par. Just took the front desk over 10 minutes to appear. Not wait on other guests, just no one there. Sign said call 0 and person in front of me did but still took 10-15 minutes for anyone to come and check us in. Otherwise great!!

Arrived 6PM to find NO ONE at desk - just a bell, and a sign that said call "O". After 10 rings, got an answer, and continued to wait....wait....by then, there were about 8 people behind me...Finally got checked in but could hardly understand the rushed rhetoric about password, breakfast etc. in the room, could not make coffee., because the machine was not plugged in....anywhere, and the 3 foot cord meant very limited receptacles. Cheesy. I don\'t complain much, but this check in is the worst in 20 years on expedia. PS the morning clerk explained that the front desk was responsible for doing laundry simultaneously, way in the back, which made it hard to hear the phone. Country inn in Bemidji THUMBS DOWN, both hands...

We waited to check in at the front desk for 15 to 20 min and no one was there. Then someone from the bar showed up but couldn’t help us. Then finally a man came in reeking of weed to check us in. He didn’t even apologize for it. They said there was an emergency but an apology would have been nice. At check out I bought it up to the front desk and they said someone didn’t show up for their shift. They also didn’t really seem to care about it.

The staff at check in and check out were excellent. Very nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back

The place sucked, had reservations for months and showed up and they over sold the rooms. Nothing available and no help at all from the people in the front. Waited for two hours in line. When asked about they problems they said they know about the issues but there’s nothing they can do about it. Big lines and angry customers.

We booked here way back in August for a concert in October. The hotel is right next to the event venue so it was super convenient. Problem was that they overbooked, put us up in a much less that desirable hotel across town and had to find our own transportation to the event rather than walking if we were able to stay here. Made us wait an hour and a half, almost late for the event. Will never be booking here ever again

So wonderful. Pool area was a hit with my grandson. Room was excellent and very clean. Convenient location. Just walked through the breezeway to the event center.

It is connected to the Sanford Center so it is great to stay there for the events at the center. The lobby is large and open. The price is reasonable.

If you are in Bemidji to bike, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s right on the bike trail! It’s also a beautiful spot on the lake, with native plants along the shoreline and a view of the downtown. There is access to the lake and a mini golf course a block away. Lake Bemidji State Park is along the bike trail and definitely worth a visit to hike or bike through.

Beautiful location. The breakfast was HUGE (literally) and the ladies running the breakfast were so sweet, nice, & accommodating. Rooms were clean, beds nice, and pillows of good quality. I typically pick my hotel on what the gym looks like and I was pleasantly surprised to see the size of the gym and the weight options. There aren’t many dining options open late in general in Bemidji but this hotel was close to all of them and easy to get to. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, excellent staff, impressive breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Very convenient also.

The building is connected to the venue that hosted a concert we went to. There is a bar restaurant also connected. They were closed while we stayed due to a gas leak. Other options are a short drive away. We walked a considerable distance to go to the nearest establishment.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. There were no juice cups out when we were there and also not a lot of food left at 8 am when we were there. There were no potatoes left and also there was no regular coffee left only bols

Breakfast got busy at 9am and although there were staff in the breakfast area, we had to ask for glasses and for food refills. They were taken care of promptly, though.

Another excellent stay. Delicious breakfast! Eating area is always clean and well supplied. This is the only place we stay in Bemidji!
