Parking entrance around the block and they charge extra for it which was a surprise. Elevator to parking garage was out of service so had to carry bags up the long flight of stairs.

With no elevator service in the garage area and charging 15 per night parking fee I would think this hotel should reimburse every guest this particular weekend. Elderly people hauling luggage up and down stairs is a disgrace in a dimly lit area did not help either. And one of the elevators in the courtyard by marriott had black blankets hanging inside the elevators on the inside walls. All the buttons needed redone so you would know where you were headed. Several guests felt uncomfortable. This was the weekend of September 20th.

The stay was ok but more so not prepared for the influx of guest. Only 1elevator was working and it was having trouble, we had to take the stairs a few times…we were on the 8th floor. Expedia listed prices for parking and continental breakfast were not up to date. Thankfully the hotel honored the breakfast rate listed. Staff was friendly and helpful just those couple inconveniences during our stay

Only con: Hot tub was down during our stay. The hotel is connected to the hotel next door and there is a great bar inside of the lobby. Hotel is connected to the civic center and hoops across the street is a great place to get late night food. Would recommend for the price.

Thought bathroom was very nice. Only one elevator was working which caused delays. The one elevator from Parkway garage to 1st floor was an inconvenience. Room assisted to be in good condition. When getting ready to turn it in for the night we discovered the comforter to have a large red stain on it. Bedding kind of had a musty smell to it as well. TV also appeared to be damaged and had a large line through the display.

Stains all over the floors, debris crumbs on floor. The comforter was stained with pink something all over it. Poorly cleaned and taking care of. If it hadn’t have been late night of getting in, we would have chose to go somewhere else.

The only elevator to get from the parking garage to the hotel was tagged out of service. The stairwell was full of grafitti. The front desk staff were very nice. When the hotel elevator opened to the 3rd floor it smelled "off". Stain in the carpet and no soap for the shower. Trying to shower the next morning the water was either scalding or ice cold.. we dis report to the dront desk that it was going to hurt someone.

We were in Peoria for a concert so we stayed only one night and didn’t eat there. It’s nice that the Pete Marquet is also right there for food and bar needs. The room was nice and my only negative comment isthe temperature when we walked into the room was 63. That was way too cold and took a long time to warm to a more comfortable temperature . The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The outlets next to the bed didn’t work and the shower wouldn’t get hot. When we told them at check out, they were nice and took the parking charge off. The room was nice and modern. the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff when we got back after being out was so friendly and nice and overall it was a great stay!!

Front desk staff was kind, attentive and generous. We ended up switching rooms due to an internet issue, but it wasnt a big deal and was handled professionally well. Both rooms were decently clean and heating/cooling systems worked well. We only stayed one night with just overnight bags but there was plenty of space. We would have liked a mini fridge and/or microwave for the room price. Beds were quite comfy. The bathroom was well stocked and clean enough. We noticed there was no fan in the bathroom. Not sure why. We were there for an event at the Civic Center so it was extremely convenient which was nice. The lobby was impressive. I hate paying for parking...why? Overall we enjoyed our stay. We will recommend to others! Thank you!

We had a room next to the elevator but it was very quiet. The room was spacious and the beds were nice and comfy. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint i have was the guests in the room next to us in the morning started fighting.

The front desk staff was amazing, very helpful with directions, explanations, and my questions. We did not interact with any other staff nor utilize any of the amenities, although we were informed of them by the front desk. Room was clean for the most part, wasn't sure how well it had been vacuumed. Parking and skywalk was easily accessible.

Check in was smooth and the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. My room didn’t have a blow dryer and I had to call 3 times before someone brought one to me. I had an appointment and was on a time schedule so this was not a good thing. The number to housekeeping directly was not being answered. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was good.

I was harassed and continuously lied to by the staff members all of them wxcept one named Andrew who worked the night shift. No one wanted to help, if i had to "Its not my job" this place would absolutely get an first place reward. On top of all the terrible experience there i did book one more night there in hopes of speaking with the manager kn duty at check in only to flat out ignored to my face by both of them in the lobby, after the day before i left a note requested for a higher up to get in touch with me due to my service during my stay. .

Outstanding experience! Room was spotlessly clean and fresh, very comfortable. Common areas of the hotel were also very clean. But what made it so fantastic was the staff. Lawrence and Celeste at the front desk, and the young woman at the bistro cafe were wonderful, cheerful, friendly, warm people who made us feel so comfortable and welcome during our stay. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Perfect location for Broadway in Peoria trips.

Stay was very good. Great location. They told me where to park in parking deck but never said there was an additional charge. Only one of the two elevators worked and it took forever to get to your room and back to the lobby. Many people had to wait for their room to be ready and it was 4pm. Like everywhere, understaffed and lacked maintenance, Room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The heating never reached the temperature we set at 69F. The shower door handle is soon to fall off. A trainer of the young front desk receptionist was demeaning towards her as she was checking us in. It made us very uncomfortable and I’m sure she was embarrassed. We were very happy with the easy of access to the venue/show we came to attend.

I did not know prior to booking that there is a skywalk connecting this hotel to the Peoria Civic Center. That was a wonderful surprise, especially since it was cold after the show and we didn’t have to go outside to walk back to the hotel.

A great stay at an aging hotel. My room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was terrific -- very helpful and friendly. The building itself is a bit run down: the elevators are a little slow, the "bistro" is a counter with a convection oven, and the carpet is stained and fraying or torn in places (the threshold at my room door was just a ragged raw edge of carpet, though it was never a tripping hazard). It\'s extremely convenient to the convention center, and offers discounted parking at the convention center garage. Unfortunately, there\'s not much in the way of daytime dining nearby (there were a couple of places within a 2-3 block radius, which were immediately overwhelmed by convention attendees). Obviously not the hotel\'s fault, but it\'s worth noting. Overall, I\'m very pleased with my choice. I\'d definitely stay here again if I\'m in town for another convention.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff at the desk was great. The woman working the cafe for breakfast on Saturday was rude. I walked to the other hotel for my coffee. Otherwise, the stay was great— the bed was super comfortable and the space suites our needs.

Beds were comfortable, but I was highly disappointed that they do not clean the rooms each day. Paying almost $700 for 3 days I would expect more. One of the days we were there we were brought more towels but the used towels were left. Front desk people were very friendly. The breakfast was $20 for the buffet which was ok. They make omelets there for u which is nice but the guy doing them looks like he hates his job. Told us to come back in 10 min so he could prep (it was 7:05!) and when we did he said he was busy and to come back in 15 min. He was making one omelette…We did not have time to wait so we paid $20 for some sausage links and toast.
