Localización muy buena. Pero el servicio puede mejorar, no nos cambiaron las toallas ni vaciaron las papeleras. Entiendo que para dos noches no limpien, pues no es necesario, pero las toallas y la papelera es básico. El desayuno no lo puedes elegir, pero no está mal. No hay recepción 24 horas por lo que si llegas tarde tienes que contactarles para recibir instrucciones de cómo sacar la llave. En general para el precio que tiene podrían mejor el servicio.

The area is fantastic, close to many landmarks, fantastic shopping and food. The property itself was quite run down, it did not live up to the photographs, the room felt basic for a suite. It was clean but quite scuffed and in need of a refresh. The breakfast and coffee were nice and good value.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THEIR PROPERTY PICTURES ARE DECEIVING! We stayed there on September for 1 night in a Superior Double Room for which we paid about $430! There was so much noise in the room that we didn't sleep for 5 minutes! There were crickets/roaches in the walls that chirped the entire night. There was sound of water going through the walls like a river gushing on rocks. In the website description it shows tall windows with a bright room, our room #5 had one 3x3 foot square window facing a tiny square patio shared by other rooms in which all the air conditioning units were plugged in making a lot of noise. There was molded wood floors right outside the shower, clearly a poor choice of material to hold water when guests have exited the shower. There is no one there on the property overnight to go and ask for a new room so we were miserable til morning until the staff came to work. I complained to Dmytro, the supervisor, and he promised that management would contact me for partial refund. I flew back home and no news from the. I emailed and still they gave me the runaround with no remorse for mis advertising about the quality and comfort of this expensive room! They said they would give me 100 euro refund but I have to send them my bank info and wait 20 days. A month passed and still nothing!!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PROPERTY PICTURES! They are a 2 star hotel at best! I wish I could attach the pictures and videos I took of the property!

Es gab nur ein fenster und das schaute in den innenhof wo die ganzen klimageräte waren, deshalb in der nacht ständig die geräusche. Neben dem bett war eine dusche und beim eingang zur dusche war der holzboden morsch. Gute an der unterkunft war die lage, alle sehenswürdigkeiten war gut zu fuß erreichbar.

The stay was excellent in all respects. We had a very late check-in and they gave us detailed instructions for the self check-in. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast in room service was excellent and it provided great start for the day. The bathrooms were very spacious and shower was great. The only one thing we were not informed of the little early checkout at 10 am We assumed it to be around 11am which is standard. Though it was displayed in the room, only if we were informed verbally it would have been great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was central to so many beautiful places in rome.

We enjoyed our stay, it has great location walking distance to all historical locations plus it has great breakfast and spacious rooms with very nice bed, good showers, quiet room, Excellent management, from 7 or may be 8:00 am to 6 pm they are available to help you to have great experience in Rome, we highly recommend this establishment.

Great location within walking distance to many of the monuments. Nice room with large en-suite and comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast served in room. Only down is reception has limited hours, so difficult to get assistance or information.

The room was an ok size, pretty tight for two people. The shower tub combo was hard to use without getting water everywhere, thankfully they will replenish the towels each day if needed. The breakfast delivered to the room was great, it was a decent variety although we didn't really care for most of the food choices. The air conditioning did not work very well and you def need that during the summer.

The property was located in a very busy area, lots of foot traffic. The lady that checked us in was quite rude. When asked for advice in trying to navigate the local area, she was unhelpful and short. The unit was nice enough and is centrally located to many amenities.

Quando fiz a reserva, imaginei que fosse um hotel; mas na verdade é um apartamento do airbnb com café da manhã no quarto, serviço de arrumação da dependência e troca diária de toalhas. O único problema é que não há portaria 24 horas. A recepção que fica no segundo andar, funciona somente até as 18horas. Mas é possível conversar com eles pelo WhatsApp. A nossa estadia foi excelente. O apartamento era enorme e muito confortável. Café da manhã é servido no quarto (você escolhe o horário) e a pontualidade é britânica. O café vem muito farto, com leite, suco, frios, pães de sal e de doce, dentre outros itens. É possível visitar os principais ponto turísticos caminhando. Fontana de Trevi fica a 3 minutos à pé. E a Via Del Corso é a principal de Roma, onde se localizam todas aquelas lojas de grife que amamos. Foi minha segunda vez em Roma e posso afirmar que não há melhor lugar para se hospedar.

Great location within walking distance to many of the monuments. Nice room with large en-suite and comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast served in room. Only down is reception has limited hours, so difficult to get assistance or information.

Excellent experience. This place is in the perfect location. Centrally located so that you can easily walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Coliseum, and Roman Forum. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. And the woman at the front desk was very helpful, cannot speak more highly about her. Arranged taxis for us, gave us helpful info about the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The area is fantastic, close to many landmarks, fantastic shopping and food. The property itself was quite run down, it did not live up to the photographs, the room felt basic for a suite. It was clean but quite scuffed and in need of a refresh. The breakfast and coffee were nice and good value.

The penthouse apartment was like home from home. Had everything you could need. Cleaned well each day with clean towels and bed made. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and on time each day. Minutes walk to all the best places, Trevi, colosseum, cafes, restaurants. Due to being on a main rd it was quite noisy, which we felt was ok given how close we were to all the attractions.

Es gab nur ein fenster und das schaute in den innenhof wo die ganzen klimageräte waren, deshalb in der nacht ständig die geräusche. Neben dem bett war eine dusche und beim eingang zur dusche war der holzboden morsch. Gute an der unterkunft war die lage, alle sehenswürdigkeiten war gut zu fuß erreichbar.

Quando fiz a reserva, imaginei que fosse um hotel; mas na verdade é um apartamento do airbnb com café da manhã no quarto, serviço de arrumação da dependência e troca diária de toalhas. O único problema é que não há portaria 24 horas. A recepção que fica no segundo andar, funciona somente até as 18horas. Mas é possível conversar com eles pelo WhatsApp. A nossa estadia foi excelente. O apartamento era enorme e muito confortável. Café da manhã é servido no quarto (você escolhe o horário) e a pontualidade é britânica. O café vem muito farto, com leite, suco, frios, pães de sal e de doce, dentre outros itens. É possível visitar os principais ponto turísticos caminhando. Fontana de Trevi fica a 3 minutos à pé. E a Via Del Corso é a principal de Roma, onde se localizam todas aquelas lojas de grife que amamos. Foi minha segunda vez em Roma e posso afirmar que não há melhor lugar para se hospedar.

Localización muy buena. Pero el servicio puede mejorar, no nos cambiaron las toallas ni vaciaron las papeleras. Entiendo que para dos noches no limpien, pues no es necesario, pero las toallas y la papelera es básico. El desayuno no lo puedes elegir, pero no está mal. No hay recepción 24 horas por lo que si llegas tarde tienes que contactarles para recibir instrucciones de cómo sacar la llave. En general para el precio que tiene podrían mejor el servicio.

The room was an ok size, pretty tight for two people. The shower tub combo was hard to use without getting water everywhere, thankfully they will replenish the towels each day if needed. The breakfast delivered to the room was great, it was a decent variety although we didn't really care for most of the food choices. The air conditioning did not work very well and you def need that during the summer.

Terrific location. Great staff. Bfast was timely and very personalized. Daily housekeeping was great. As is common in EMEA, small wall unit for AC was ok but limited for those who really need/like moving air. All around - super positive experience.

Location was amazing, all other more to wish. Rooms need urgent a fresh up. Entrance and room smell mossiure, definetely not worth the money. On photos it looks ok but in real a different story
