My stay was a 8 out 10 . I've stayed there several times this time they were remodeling so it was a little dusty . They moved me to another room and everything was perfect after that I had a 4 night stay

Unfortunately they were replacing wallpaper in the hallway outside our room. The chemical smell was very strong inside the room. The first night wecwere able to open the windows in the room. But, there was a storm coming in and we wouldn't be able to open windows, so we chose to check out early. They would not offer a refund. The bedding provided for the fold out bed was not sufficient. We asked for more and received a very very thin blanket. We ended up using the picnic blanket from our car. Waffles were only available at breakfast one of the 3 nights we were there. The workout room was closed. Overall I think this would be a nice place to stay. But, when there are special circumstances like wallpapering chemical smells - they should make acceptions to their no refund policy.

The staff are so friendly! And the breakfast buffet was probably the best I've had at a hotel. The only thing I didn't love was initially finding parking, but realized there was a bunch of it I just didn't see right away.

Pros: friendly staff in all areas. Especially breakfast staff. Rooms are stocked with kitchen stuff. Rooms are pretty decent condtion. Breakfast was good with a few variable things like different eggs and breakfast sabdwhich along with oatmeal and a variety of toppings. Yogurt available. The pool is a decent size and kept warmer than most Ive ever seen. Cons; while areas were mostly clean or still in good shape, we pulled a broken plastic piece from the bottom of the pool and it stayed on the floor of the pool room for 3 days. So obviously they arent doing the pool cleaning like they are supposed to, also there was sand (who knows how) at the bottom of the pool and that was there eveyday as well, public pools in most states are supposed to be vacuumed every day. They show a picture of their breakfast and it shows a waffle maker. We get there and there are no waffles Monday through Friday. This is a big deal for some people. I want my picky kiddos to have a good breakfast so I always check the pictures for waffle maker and if the hotel doesnt have pictures then will call and ask and if they dont have it then i generally dont stay there. I have never seen a picture of a waffle maker on the website breakfast and then found out they only do it on weekends. Obviously that will be on my radar now. There is co structuon going on, and it must be done sometime, but it was frustrating but to know it was happening, ie. No mention on the website, no email recieved etc.

Love the room and its amenities. The pool was perfect. The variety and taste of the breakfast was amazing. Best staff ever. All were very polite and helpful. My only complaint was the bed was uncomfortably firm.

Hotels.com had the wrong photos for the King Suite I purchased. There photo shows a one bedroom suite, so I booked it for my mom and her dog and I was staying in the other room. This was for my moms 81st birthday and we live far away form each other and met here Plus the pool, was super hot like a sauna? You can't swim in that hot of a pool. I tried to go again and I finally asked why so hot? They were waiting for a part? So I lost 5 days of swimming and not having my mom in a room with her dog. I aslo spent 2 hours trying to get moved or get reimbursed by both the hotel and hotels.com

Amazing hotel! We had different reservations at different hotel and had to leave because it smelled SO bad! We found this hotel at 9:00 at night and were very skeptical because of the first hotel disaster! It was a very friendly helpful lady at the front desk! It was new years eve so there was a party going on. They put us way on the 4th floor so us and our exhausted kids could get a good quiet nights sleep! Breakfast was amazing! Pool was nice! Only thing that would have made it better would have been a hot tub! I would give it 10 stars if it would have had a hot tub!

The bed was great and the staff were very friendly and the room was big but my overall experience wasn’t good! I can easily see how this could become a 9.4 hotel but unfortunately today I could not rate them above a 6.00. I was there 9 days before having my room cleaned, blown lights in the room and fridge.. I really found front desk staff and maintenance staff to be awesome and once the housekeeping Manager was informed about my room, things turned around!

Stayed here for 3 days nobody cleaned any of those days !!! We asked everyday At the end they charged us $150 because the room was extra messy they said !!! No damage or anything like that just too many dishes and messy , they scam people don’t send anyone to clean ever and the charge them Also the pet rooms smelled of urine and the breakfast area was dirty

I was surprised how every staff person was so friendly and helpful even if they were just walking by me. Very efficient check in. Good price. Good shower. The only downside was noise. Walls were thin. When people walked on the room above us, the floor would thump and have a creaking noise. None of this noise bothered my wife.

Everything what so amazing , the staff ,the pool, my room was huge. So clean. The Breakfast area was so care for by many staff members. They all worked so seamlessly together ensuring that every individual task they had was done perfectly. . . . Until, we were done with taking our girls swimming a few hours before check-out. I ALWAYS ensure that we all have a good shower after swimming. So I went first and THE SHOWERS WATER PRESSURE JUST KEPT WORSENING!!! I literally had to fill up a cup and rinse splashing myself to rinse for the gorentire shower. It took a forever before I felt clean enough to get out. To my surprise the pressure seemed to be improving right before I out. I STUPIDLY DECIDED TO PUT MY TWO YOUNGEST DAUGHTERS IN TOGETHER TO QUICKLY SOAP UP & RINSE OFF. MISTAKE!! I used the amount of bodywash&shampoo THAT WAS FAR TO MUCH, with the possibility of the pressure going to LIKE THE drinking fountain AT MY DUGHTERS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. It took 45 mins to get all the soap/shampoo off. Completely ruined the entire stay. We were very late for an event we have to When I pay for a nice , more expensive and I believe a 4 star hotel. I EXPECT EVERYTHING TO BE IN WORKING ORDER. I have been to many hotels with low water pressure. I'm honestly super impressed when I get a room with a normal water pressure. With that said THIS HOTELS SHOWER WAS VERY DISCOURAGING , AND UTTERLY UNEXCEPTABLE!

We love this hotel and have stayed here on two separate occasions. They have nice rooms that are clean and comfortable. They have a legit breakfast buffet and awesome serving staff. Location is central to wonderful amenities and even walkable to coffee ships and restaurants. We’d stay here again and again when the opportunity arises!
