Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Little Rock Benton

The beds aren’t comfortable. The towels are rough. There was a lot of noise in the building. The room smelled strange. The pool was too small. The shower was nice. The breakfast area was nice. The parking is good. Essay to find.

The property was great! Pool was closed and this was the very reason we booked this hotel. We should be notified when pools will be closed so we can change to a different hotel

Hotel was in the process of remodeling and some things weren’t available. Refrigerator didn’t work in the rooms and ice machine on our floor was out of order. Front desk personnel was very helpful with getting our rooms beside each other and notified us that the pool was not working either.

Parking was great. Room couldn’t be better. Lady checking me in and out was personable and kind. Good job!!!

No hot tub makes me sad.

Updated rooms but some issues with facets in the sink (did shut off correctly)) and shower (hot/cold were backwards). Pool was nice and we enjoyed using it. Continental breakfast was also very nice.

This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Parking was convenient, and the staff were all nice and helpful. I used the exercise area, and the treadmills were in excellent shape with working TVs. The only negative is that there is quite a bit of construction on the roads around the hotel and in adjacent parking lots.

Limited parking is the only thing I can say need improvement.

The hotel is nice. Nice gym. A lot of breakfast options not sure why hotels don’t offer fresh fruit anymore but a few bananas would have been nice. However the mattress in my room was not nice. Luckily it was just me so I slept on the other side but one side was not even sleepable. Basically a huge deep hole that would have tore your back up if slept in. If it would have been two people I would have asked for a different room. It was shocking considering the rest of the hotel is very nice.

Close to restaurants and coffee! Pool was not open that was disappointing.

A stay! Super comfortable beds, excellent shower with lots of water pressure, extremely clean, friendly staff. Just wonderful!!

The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain correctly. The floor by the air conditioner was soaking wet. And the shower constantly dripped.

We stayed here on a family trip and the location was very convenient for us. The room was very comfortable, the shower was great. Check in was very quick and ALL of the staff members were very friendly on all shifts (front desk, kitchen, house keeping). Often overlooked, but there was citrus infused water in the lobby, which is a small addition that I love. The only negative I can comment on is that the couch in our room had stains on it, which we used a spare sheet to cover it. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

There were two issues that kept the rating from being 5 stars across the board. The most frustrating was the door would not lock consistently after entry/exit. I'm not sure if it was an alignment issue with the door or the electronic lock itself, but had to open/close multiple times to get it to lock. The only other issue was the upholstered chair in the room had a large tear in the fabric. If they want to give you room 316, you might want to ask if these issues have been addressed.

The employees were all very nice and helpful. I didn't encounter anyone who wasn't friendly and willing to help. The location was both a positive and a negative. It was right off the highway so easy to find but that also means you could hear the traffic noise all night so if you're sensitive to that you might want to ask for a room on the back of the building away from the highway. I would definitely stay here again.

When we got there, they were trying to get a delivery through the front door. For some reason the check in person was in charge of that. The place states it has a lounge with alcohol. It was still being built. Check in person said it’s been that way for a year. Terrible advertisement. Room was loud with some type of fan running in a shaft all night.

Nice stay, located within walking distance of some restaurants and a movie theater. Our room faced away from the freeway so it was quiet. The refrigerator has no freezer compartment, so your cold packs will not freeze overnight.

The stay was great, my daughter complained that the sofa mattress was not comfortable enough because it was too thin. Our king bed was wonderful and so comfortable. The breakfast was great as well. Great options a lot to choose from.

So for the most part the hotel appears to be pretty nice. When I get to my room, the bed has a “sag” in the mattress that’s over half the depth of the mattress. That mattress should have been replaced years ago. I finally get moved to another room but it’s about half the size with just barely enough room to walk around the bed. Also I was told that room service only comes every 4th day.

Room was clean, staff was friendly enough, but bed was awful. Mattress had huge dents on both sides, no way to get comfortable. Staff seemed apologetic but not surprised. Definitely not the quality I've come to expect from this chain. Will not stay here again.

Property is clean, relatively new, and the staff was very friendly. However, there are several things we did not like about our stay. Marriott properties now only service rooms once every three days. And while I could rant quite a bit about that, my problem with this property is that when we asked for service we were refused. I can understand that if it was just one or two people in the room, once every three days is fine, but when you have 4 people, including kids, sometimes you just need service. The rooms come with minimum amount of towels and it's nearly impossible for 4 people to keep track of which towels are theirs, especially considering there are only two hooks. And when your kid spills chips on the floor, you don't have access to a vacuum to clean it up yourself. There are just times when we should be able to request service. Furthermore, we found the business center to be almost useless because the computers run Linux instead of Windows and also don't have MS Word. Lastly, the rooms have plumbing issues. We had two rooms and in both rooms the faucets leaked and the shower handles were extremely loose. We were also at breakfast and heard another couple informing the staff as they checked out that their sink dripped. The staff was really nice though and the location was excellent.

Overbooked and turned away at 2am…

I’ve got to be honest this used to be our best hotel when visiting Arkansas, which we do about 4 to 5 times a year. This time around I gotta say I would never return. Stormy is amazing, but the rest of the staff are terrible. Our room wasn’t cleaned for three days. Our towels weren’t replaced. There was no shampoo in the shower. When we asked for a room cleaning, we were flat out told no that it happens every three days and if we want towels, we’d have to come down to the desk to get them and just to leave all our dirty towels for a four day stay underneath the sink. I don’t know what’s going on with this hotel but we probably won’t ever come back.

Had to wait on two different occasions for a front desk attendant to show up. Breakfast consisted of watery eggs and soft, chewy, greasy bacon. No biscuits. Coffee canister was empty, went back to my room to make coffee and found out that my inroom coffee maker was broken. Average hotel that charges above average rates.

The room, check in and property were fine. I think all hotels should be required to put their incidental fees on their websites. Those fees vary with each hotel and some are surprisingly expensive. It was $20 here while other hotels charge $100 or more. Although it is only a hold, some banks take weeks to release your funds. I would like to see transparency and i should not have to call the hotel for this information.

It’s our go to whenever visiting. Staff is fantastic.

Among the 2 dozen hotels in which we’ve stayed in the last 2 years the staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites of Benton, Arkansas was the most accommodating. Simply the best!

We usually stop in LIttle Rock when driving to see our TX grandkids, but have not had great experiences, so we tried the new Fairfield in Benton this time and loved it. It was close to a few restaurants, a movie theatre and there’s a Starbucks across the parking lot. We will definitely stay there again! :)

Right off the interstate. Very clean.

Was in town for a softball tournament. Close to the places we needed to go. Several good places to eat within a 5 minute drive.

New location but in a busy area. Highway entry difficult.

The hotel was on the route for our 2-day drive, so we only stayed 1 night. It was clean, easy access to the interstate and the staff was very friendly.

We did not have enough towels for the 4 of us. we asked at front desk and told they weren’t dry yet. This was about 9 pm. Breakfast was over at 10 but when we went at 9 there was nothing left, no hot water or coffee, no cereal, no yogurt, no apple juice, etc.

I stayed for 10 days. Clean and friendly staff, but the breakfast menu is same everyday. I hope they introduce varieties in the menu each day.

Good place to stay. Only issue ever was they ran out of breakfast one morning before the time was up on the free breakfast. The lady at the desk knocked off $20 or $30 for the trouble. Not bad at all. Great service and happy to stay there again. This was our second time staying there and where we will stay now when in the area.

This is a very nice hotel on the South side of Little Rock. It was a convenient stopping place for our trip. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and the breakfast was good.
