Need to greatly improve sound-deadening walls with remodeling.

Ants Hotel entry was a hot mess Broken Concrete Plastic tarps No one remotely was helping guests with their Luggage through construction zone No wash clothes Need to ask for toilet paper every time / left with half of roll Completely empty conditioner bottle No trash or towel service when asked to do it at front desk at 1100AM. Even though do not disturb not on door. Temperature can’t put heat on it goes to 74 despite set at 68-70 The room I received was a newly renovated room according to front desk but the furniture was old and worn.

Problems encountered : Ants in my room Broken Concrete and Plastic tarps at the only entrance into hotel. Construction zone No one to help with luggage through construction zone trying to get luggage to room difficult No wash clothes available one night when I got in and found room not serviced Needed to ask for toilet paper every time . It was never left in the room. Completely empty conditioner bottle Missed trash and towel service when that was all I asked them to do the entire stay. Heating system malfunction Could not put heat on it goes to 74 despite set at 70 / Tried multiple ways Air did work but a few nights it was in the 40 degrees temperature range. Staff was nice. This is not the front Desks error. They were Overwhelmed. I felt sorry for them. The establishment should have compensated guests knowing this is how this part of the renovations was going to be.. Hotel entry was a hot mess.

The only thing that was wrong that the elevator didn’t work for a whole day and we had to climb stairs

Breakfast was good, lots of close parking. Their posted policy stated that they refresh towels and make bed every other day. We stayed 3 nights and they did not enter room. I did tell the front desk on check out. Other than that, the stay was very good.
