Nancy was so nice and friendly. However the hot tub was not working. I went to purchase 2 body armors and they tried to charge $10. The price shown was $4 a piece!!! Wow that is very expensive. There are no vending machines just the price gouging in the store. The staff is very friendly.

Hidden behind an Asian Buffet and a Texas Roadhouse, you may miss it driving by. (BTW we went to the Asian Buffet, so I can safely recommend the Texas Roadhouse.) The common area of the hotel was clean, as was the room, although it smelled as if the previous guest had fumigated with Axe body spray. That smell dissipated over a few hours and wasn\'t really a bother. My kids used the pool and hot tub and said the pool was cold and the hot tub took too long to get warm. The only real complaint is the breakfast. I had better food in the Navy. Actually, the same food: reconstituted scrambled "eggs", steamed, pre-cooked sausage patties, and mushy, flavorless "fried" potatoes. At least in the Navy the food was HOT. This mess was a little above room temperature. And there was quite a fruit selection - bananas OR oranges! The saving grace was the waffle maker. As I was eating my waffle, I was looking wistfully at the Asian buffet, hoping it was open for breakfast. I\'d have been willing to even give it a 2nd chance.

Staff and lobby nice and clean. My room had some carpet damage and furniture had some stains from wear and tear. Bathroom was lovely and bed was comfy. Hotel is pet friendly and provides many doggie stations with grass areas to walk them around. Hotel has a snack bar only but restaurants are close by. The hotel does have free hot breakfast for the guest and was the best I have seen from a hotel. Waffle stations, hot buffet style options, bagels, fruit, juice bar, just to name a few. Everyone staying at the hotel were also friendly and respectful. Overall would recommend.

We chose this hotel because other Hamptons have been great and this one did not disappoint. The indoor pool was ideal for my grandson and having a variety of breakfast foods was appreciated. Coffee and hot water were available 24/7. The beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful visit at this hotel.

This had to be one of THE cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Even the towels smelled fresh instead of the usual hotel burnt cotton smell. The staff were more than friendly, they made sure my needs were met and exceeded. Thank you for giving me a wonderful stay!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious but the upholstery on the bench and chair needs to be replaced. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The lobby and breakfast area was well lit and very clean. I enjoyed the complementary snack and water. The breakfast items were fresh and appetizing. The bonus part of my stay was being able to use the indoor pool and Hot tub in November.

We had an handicap accessible room and were surprised with just how much open space that allowed a 90 yr old who needs a walker to EASILY get around the room and bathroom. It was the LARGEST accessible room we have ever had. The shower had 4 support handles, more than any other hotel room we have seen. This is what an accessible room should be!!!

The staff was very nice and they let us check in pretty early. The room was clean and parking was easy. Everything was fine except we were stuck in the room more than usual due to weather and the tv options are terrible. There is no ability to stream movie services, the guide only showed the name of the Channels not what was on AND the reception kept going in and out. Not a big deal for some but a smart tv in 2024 should

The beds were very high and hard. It was not worth the time to try to get comfortable. My sister, who has an injured leg, was unable to get into the bed. She slept in a chair for the night. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane hanger. I called to front desk many times from the room phone and my cell phone. No one ever answered. It is a horrible hotel.

Room was perfect and immaculate. Front door was friendly and helpful. Best part was the breakfast. There were so many great options! It is very well maintained and hands down the best part of my stay! Nancy is in charge of the the incredible breakfast buffet and it is obvious that she puts her heart and soul into the job. It’s her efforts that sold me on this location. She is a treasure and deserves to be recognized!

Our stay was great. They accommodated my bf and I and my dog. The hotel is very modern and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. The staff was super helpful, we were there for a graduation which was unfortunately rescheduled for the next day. We were given a late check out so my dog was able to stay in the room while we attended the graduation.

The list is too long…but for the major issue, there was a leak coming out of the sprinkler head in my room on day 2 of 10 of my stay…they gave me a new room and offered no apology or compensation of any type for the inconvenience…so much for customer service…also no phone service in the room, so no way of contacting the front desk for any needs…ridiculous! I expected more from Hilton as they has always been my hotel of choice due to being a Hilton Honors member. I will never stay at that property again! And will be writing a Google review and will be reporting this also to the Hilton corporate headquarters.

No fault of hotel, reservation apparently not released by Expedia. Clerk saved last room, turning down other room requests on our say so until reservation came through. Hotel appeared short staffed, desk manned by one clerk doing double duty while on shift.

Stayed here with my wife for a weekend, and discovered a $250 fee for breaking their no smoking policy charged 3 days after we checked out. The problem is, neither of us are smokers! Asked manager Dana why the hotel believes we were smoking in the room and was told that cleaning staff reported a smell after we left. That's all they went on. No one mentioned any of this to us during our 2 night stay. Doing some reading online, I doscovered this is a common scam among franchised hotels. It is borderline legal and there is very little recourse for the accused guest, especially if you live out of state! I'll probably just end up eating the charge, but TRAVELER, BEWARE! You may want to stay somewhere else, especially if you are visiting friends who do smoke (which we weren't); from what I've read, just bringing the smell into the room from outside second hand contact is enough to give them cause to bilk you!

Visiting friends in the area for the day. It's near the main drag of shopping and restaurants so many choices if you need them. Very comfortable room and the property, while in the middle of a shopping area, was relatively quiet. We would come back when visiting in the area.

Amazing place surrounded by restaurants within few minutes to less than 10 Min drive. Highlight Costco is just walking one block away .. we had 5 rooms for a family gathering and Hampton never disappoints.. enjoyed our stay .. highly recommend for families and couple anytime

Very comfortable and clean, lovely staff, I would and will happily stay there again. The only thing that I would change is the flimsy plastic utensils provided for breakfasts. Can’t pick up a piece of bacon with a miniature plastic fork.

As usual, the bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The breakfast had neither a turkey nor a non-meat option for the sausage, which was disappointing, and there was no oatmeal option that I could see. Otherwise, you would have received a 5 star.
