Open Hearth Lodge

We had a lovely stay at this property. We were impressed overall with the accommodations (VERY pet friendly), the continental breakfast and breakfast room was refreshing, and the grounds and rooms were spacious and well kept. We found the pool and hot tub area to be a tad dated, and a little lacking in ambience. Lounge chairs might have helped, and more wood in those areas would have made it seem not so sterile.

This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The hotel is very clean. Fire pits were on most the day which was beautiful (since I often fall asleep before dark). The hotel is very tub was nice. Friendly staff/owner. Great place to stay!

The room was clean. The staff was great. We dealt with Carl at the desk and enjoyed his banter and his help with ideas of what to do . Our one and only complaint would be the abundance of Chlorine in the Hot Tub.

Staff was helpful and awesome. Great place to stay. Always feel welcomed!
