5 cars maybe more got broken into. Some low life broke the windows and things got stolen. There are no cameras around the hotel no security either. Not a very safe hotel. Oh but they charge 15 dollars for parking lol.

I needed a central location to Seattle and surrounding area. The location was perfect. Express bus to Seattle was less then a mile walk. The front desk was always manned and Anna and Lucy were outstanding in every way. Room was clean and comfortable with a strong hot shower. Breakfast was not your typical Hampton fare it was much better excellent every day and varied. I used the fitness center and pool both were well taken care of. Very happy with my stay here.

Great breakfast, comfy beds. Pool was a little bit cold and no hot tub to warm up, but it was clean. Some parts of the hotel are in need of some updating but the location is great for what we needed. Lots of food choices and groceries within walking distance and cheaper parking than the other hotels i was looking at.

The property was fine. Exactly what you expect at a Hampton Inn. They need to install outdoor cameras or hire a security guard to police the parking lot. For being in a nice area and being charged $15 to park I should not have woken up to my car being broken into. They refused to refund my parking and did not have any cameras to help the police. I was one of 6 vehicles vandalized and broken into last not alone. Do better or at least don’t charge for no security

The property is located in a great area but our room had issues with bugs in the room. I discarded two bugs from the wall in the 1st hour and another when we returned from dinner. My family was worn down from Christmas shopping and we did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room. They move us to another room and we had to pack up all of our belongings and move again to get to a clean room. This was very much an inconvience, especially with two small children. Not a good experience.

The soap dispenser leaked all over the towel holder (looked disgusting). The side of the sink on the wall had splatters of something. The cover sheets on the bed had some dark stains. I think the sheets were washed but stained.

It was a disappointment because we found blood stain on bed sheets pillow case and on duvet. This is disgusting and not hygienic specially during pandemic. Unfortunately we didn't realize the stains until next morning because obviously the housekeeping did not exchange the bed sheets. They flipped the pillow down so the stain is not visible unless you checked 360 degree view. I am very disappointed on the cleaness level. On the other hand, the front desk staff named Moises was very polite and excellent service.

Shortly after we checked in we discovered that the first room had limited power. The tv and microwave would not turn on. The lady at the front desk came to see she could get it to work, but had no luck, so we had to change rooms. Upon arriving in the second room, we had noticed that there was trash in both trash cans and the room was not very clean. The rooms could also use an update. Overall, I am not satisfied with the stay.

We travel often and have been choosing Hampton Inn in several states due to consistent cleanliness and comfort. This ended that streak. The beds were rock hard, hardest Ive ever encountered in a hotel. The pillows look fluffy until you touch them, then they go flat. See photos one with my home pillow as comparison. *Sensory Warning* They also had a diffuser placed right by the elevators. It was so strong I had to cover my face, it then follows you into the elevator so youre trapped with it all while reading a sign that says "Breathe in the fresh air of the PNW" It was so strong I could feel it on my lips and hands an hour after we drove home. My 19 yr old who never complains actually suggested we drive home instead of trying to sleep on the beds for our 2nd night. We checked out early, no refund for 2 day parking charge even though we were in their parking lot less than 24 hrs. Staff said sorry but no offer of partial refund.

Our fridge in our room was unplugged so we plugged it in and let staff know. In the morning the fridge still wasn't working. I have an allergy so brought my own food and we lost all my food in the fridge. Very expensive loss of food. We let the staff know of the issue!

My family of four had a great experience. Staff was friendly, warm, and very helpful with information. Rooms were very spacious so my kids had room to play while my husband and I relaxed. Close walking distance to grocery stores for things we needed/forgot to pack! Close to downtown but removed enough from chaos of downtown traffic. Will definitely book here again for our next visit.

Everything was great except that both nights and both mornings the person staying in the room above me was so disruptive that the mirror and the dressers in my room would start shaking. It sounded like they were doing construction in the room above me. It happened both mornings between eight and 10, and both evenings starting around 8:30.

Great rooms and felt very clean! However the service was not good. When we checked in the lady at the counter did not seem happy, looked upset (not sure why). We also advised that we had to cancel the 2nd night that was booked and was told by Expedia it would be refunded. However staff did not advise that it would be no refund. When checking out, i also advised the staff again that we are canceling the 2nd night and unable to stay. Again, they did not provide any info on if or when a refund would be provided. If they had known there is no refund, they could have told us, this way we would stay one more night!!! Now we are at a big loss because the staff provided no info!!!

The front desk person checking us in was short and terse and acted like he was inconvenienced when we checked in. The sliding entry door was locked for security and you would use a room key to open it. But we had not checked I . Of course he was on his cell phone texting and was interrupted which I am sure he had the attitude.

We had a great overnight stay. Shopping center across the street with dining option nearby. Pretty walkable. The facility was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. Well worth it in my opinion.

Normally the Hampton is my families first choice because of the breakfast options, this time however my son and I both got food poisoning and narrowed it down to the only thing we both ate- breakfast sausage- my other 2 family members were fine but avoided the sausage because to them it look undercooked. I think the person in charge of food management should take a look at how things are stored... It did sort of ruin my husbands fathers day and we weren't able to celebrate together due to my vomiting...
