Hampton Inn & Suites Pensacola/I-10 Pine Forest Road

$75 surprise pet fee, for a "pet friendly" hotel, ridiculous.

Excellent property, pet friendly.

This place was spectacular. It was clean and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. Only issue for me were the elevators, with it being 4th of July weekend it would have been nice if both elevators were working.

Friendly staff, rooms are spacious and updated, bed is very comfortable, fitness center was excellent and breakfast was also excellent, good variety.

This property is very clean, the front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They have an EV charging station that is free for guests. This place is also very convenient to many places in Pensacola. Would highly recommend and will stay again in the future!

Stay was comfortable, quiet and around everything you may need. Staff was super friendly and the pool was great. Not super cold and very kids friendly.

This property is under major renovation. There was nothing in the lobby except a desk. We were not offered any compensation. Had to visit a neighbor hotel if wanted breakfast. So surprised when I arrived late in my day. It will be nice when complete but be aware. The beds were very comfortable.

I thought this hotel was brand new! My mind was blown when I asked when they opened and I was told about 9 years ago! They have taken great care of this property - it is beautiful. Our room even felt brand new - very clean and fresh. By far the nicest Hampton Inn we've ever stayed in. I highly reccommned this hotel.

Gave it a low rating because our sofa and sofa bed was covered in old blood stains and the spare sheet for it also had blood stain. They only had front desk working so he went up to switch the sheets. We weren't offered to be moved to another room or something in return other then the manager would get in contact with me which I have yet to receive. He did say he took pictures of it to and in his EOD report but thats about all I received.

Stayed at property about two years ago, property was excellent during that stay. Room was dirty, couch stained, and bathroom was not properly prepared for guessed.

Microwave did not work. Had to wait a while for someone to come to counter to check us in. It was after 3:00 but was told our room was not ready. Had to wait until they found another room for us.

Older furniture in room, but everything appears very clean and smells very clean. No trace of unwanted guests “aka…bugs” that plague other hotels in the area.

It was a good stay. If I had one issue it would be the water pressure in the showers was very low

Hampton Inn was a beautiful refresher from a long drive. Staff, hotel, and room layout were beautiful. Wishing for extra space book the 2 bed studio.

Easy check in, safe area, clean property and room, good breakfast options. I have been traveling cross country from Vegas with all 4 of my kids so the manager Rylie really was thee most helpful person when my bank initially flagged my card for fraud and they had to cancel my original reservation. Due to our travel time we arrived in Florida at almost 2am so it was awesome that Rylie just handled it and took care of me so me and my family could just check in and get the well needed rest in the middle of the night. I really appreciated her hospitality and customer service! The little things put a smile on our face too, like the tv saying “welcome Florita” it’s really the little things. I definitely would book this location again in the future!

The staff was awesome. They allowed us to check in early and were very helpful when needed. The facility was clean and breakfast had lots of options. Will stay again.

We were about to give up on Hampton Inns until we stayed here. Our last 5 HI stays were awful, dirty and outdated. This property was very nice the staff was friendly and professional. This place was exactly what we used to love about Hampton Inn. Great stay

Initial attendant checked us into the wrong room and we had to move rooms. Manager on duty tried to help keep us in room given. But, since it was an Expedia room we had move. Disappointing that we hand to up and move all our luggage, again. John

Pulled up at hotel during a hurricane and couldn’t see. Two families taking up the entire front entrance, mind yin can’t see anything. Two men standing there and I honked like can you move up a little as they took up an entire front entrance. Two cars together and it’s a big entrance. Didn’t see one had a small child until after I honked. Two men up to me outside cussing at me for honking. I went inside as I’m by myself with 4 kids in my car, wet from head to toe because of people taking a whole over hang entrance. It’s dark out as well! Two men approach me inside the lobby same ones that cusses me outside, I’m a woman btw. Yelling at me and cussing asking where my husband was, over one honk. I’m by myself and they continue to cuss at me, I’m shaking. I told them I’m by myself. They approached my vehicle my kids are honking the horn scared. I can’t Jew e as these men are outside wanting to beat me up and my husband who isn’t with me. They come in again cussing and leave. I’m scared to death and the front desk does nothing!! He gets his manager in the phone who tells me I wasn’t patient! That these men are gentlemen for not wanting to fight me but looking for my husband. What??!!! I asked for a refund and left the property, I didn’t feel safe after being threatened and they knew my vehicle, we all have TX plates so I wasn’t hard to find. I went next door wet and crying and got a room. This hotel refused the refund so I’m out $209 and never even got to my room.

Ramiro was awesome when we check in and through out our stay! He was very kind and professional! He also was very knowledgeable about the beaches in the area!

Can't even check in without a deposit. Sucks. Took forever to get a person to come to the front desk.

Perfect location off the interstate but secluded enough to feel safe.

I was using this as a stop for the night in my way home from Miami to Arkansas. The hotel is convenient located - close to the highway and several food options nearby. Staff was pleasant. Hotel is clean and quiet. The parking lots are well lit!

This was our second stay at this location, it was just as great as the first time. The breakfast was excellent, a good variety of choices for everyone. The rooms were clean, beds are very comfortable. We definitely will be back! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
