The property was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The drawbacks are that due to renovation and construction it is a bit difficult to figure out how to get there. you can see it but it is challenging on how to get to it. Also due to renovations the fitness center was not available and the breakfast is the same dull fare everyone else does. I always thought Hampton Inns were a step above on the ammenities.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pools heater was broken and it was freezing. My daughter and granddaughter were upset they couldn’t enjoy the pool.

I can highly recommend this property! Staff was great! When we checked in the manager on duty Tammy was so welcoming and helpful! The pool was clean and so nice and warm. the breakfast area was big enough for the busy hotel and the staff was always ready to fill up or clean up whatever was needed. It was close enough to all attractions in the area and restaurants. Will definitely go back!

Friendly, helpful front desk. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. There was a huge television in the room. There is coffee, tea and flavored water 24/7. The "free" breakfast was better than average with plenty of fresh fruit, oatmeal, eggs, etc. The parking was easy. and the cookies in the pm were a nice touch. This is a well run and well managed hotel.

Amazing hotel in Bensalem. Everything about this property is top-notch: the room was wonderful, the breakfast buffet was excellent had lots of healthy options, and the gym and pool are great as well. Very convenient to route one and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab and the walls were so thin I could hear the person in the next room sneeze. Wasn't the best Hampton Inn I've stayed in but it was clean and the service was fine.

Great place, very clean. Everything you can ask for in a hotel stay. Not happy with being charged $100 over the reserved price. When I mentioned it to the staff at check-in, she blamed me for paying Expedia instead of the hotel. But I did pay the hotel. Expedia made the reservation and I paid at the hotel. She told me to call Expedia???

Upon arrival, we were informed at check-in with two infants in tow, that there was no power in the building. This was the first time we were made aware of the situation. There had been no prior notice or communication, which left us completely unprepared. With all nearby hotels fully booked, we had no choice but to stay in an uncomfortably hot room with two babies. We had to repeatedly go down to the lobby to get their milk because we had no fridge, which added to an already stressful situation. Breakfast the next morning was very limited, and to make matters worse, staff refused to provide bottled water even knowing how difficult the conditions were for all guest, especially those with infants. While I understand the outage was due to a natural phenomenon, the lack of communication and poor contingency planning were unacceptable. There was no internet access, but phone lines were working yet no effort was made to notify guests in advance so we could make alternative arrangements. Had we not been traveling with infants, we might have preferred sleeping in the car. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had, made even more difficult by the lack of support and empathy from staff. I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement stronger emergency protocols and guest communication going forward.

The checkin was not pleasant. For the first time, the room wasn’t ready at the designated 3pm. We came and tried to check in early and were told to wait. They couldn’t give any estimate on when the room would be ready. The support staff worked really hard but it wasn’t ready until 3:30. Not too late, however was surprised that they didn’t seem too concerned and were like we will let you in when it is ready. Not happy and not professional. The second person at the desk was more helpful and tried helping.

She told us everything we needed to know about the property and said she's around if we need recommendations for dining, etc. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing! So much more than I thought it would be. Make your own waffles, hot eggs and bacon, oatmeal, cold cereal options, and more. It was great.

it fits our needs-easy in and out of NE Philadelphia right off I 276 and US hwy 1 We've stayed there at least 6 times now, usually for 3 or 4 nights. We like it Seems safe.Good breakfast only negative is that there is nowhere to walk to -

Walls were paper thin. You could hear everything next door. The sink stopper wouldn’t stay up and kept clogging the sink. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. They put all this butter in the scrambled eggs so we had to throw them out. The fresh fruit had all this sugar on it. Tammy the front desk lady was fine. The neighborhood wasn’t great. Philly has a drug problem.
