I love this hotel. Location is great, parking is excellent. BUT almost everytime I stay there is very crowded. That is not the problem. Problem is that people is outside on the hallways up until midnight or later talking and you can hear them from your room. I asked staff to do something unfortunately nothing was done to sleep quite. Other than that I really love everything in this place.

very dirty bedding and blankets. Looks like it hasnt been washed in weeks. Outside of that, the room was what I expect from a cheaper hotel in tijuana but at least other hotels in this price range will have clean sheets/bedding. Will not return

They gave me a dirty room. The sheets with hair of all colors. I asked them to move me to another room. They moved me to another room with the same problem and the toilet bowl full of urine. I told them to the reception and not even an apology. I don't recommend this place.

Llegamos por una noche mi familia y yo. En las 3 habitaciones SUCIA la cama y las Almohadas lleno de cabello señal de que no las cambian constantemente, habitación 322 salimos con piojos y fue ese lugar porque no estuvimos en ningún otro , pesimo. Ya anteriormente nos quedamos en ese lugar pero decayó a pesar de sus “remodelaciones “ .

They have renovate few rooms but the one that I got this time need it to fix the bathroom door, it was to noise every time we open or close the door sounded like broken glass and I told the manager about it and he said that the maintaince person was not available on the weekend.also the walls are not sound proof you can heard all the noise from the next room.

I've stayed at this location multiple times ,keep coming back its a nice hotel but the Staff is rude . Its alway a bad experience talking to th e receptionist seems his always in a bad mood or he takes his role as a receptionist as he was the owner him self . This would be the last time staying at this hotel .

Estuvimos hospedades mi hija y yo en el hotel casi una semana, el personal del hotel recamaristas muy amables y educadas. Pero los de la recepción (una mujer) ni un saludo, despota y preporente ni gracias da.,ni buenos días o tardes contesta muy despota muy mal trato con el cliente debería tomar clases de atención a clientes.. esruvimos ahi por que estaba mi madre internada en el ISSSTE elos lo sabian mi madre fallecio y ni un pesame entregue las llaves y los controles y solo me dijo es todo ni gracias ni nada.podria haber estado otra semana ahí pero por su actitud me fuí a otro hotel.

Very clean and nicely updated. The check in process is in the 80s. I don’t see the point to ask you to fill a long form if all the info is on the online booking and also on the ID they take a copy of.

It was a good stay. I do think it was overpriced based on the conditions of the room. I’ve paid less when staying in Las Vegas and the rooms are in good conditions. But I will say the bed was comfortable, WiFi was reliable and the hotel restaurant was convenient.

Cuando hicimos el check in nos dijeron que el desayuno lo servían a las 7 am lo cual estaba perfecto ya que nosotros teníamos que salir del hotel a una cita consular a las 7.30 y resulto que no había nadie en la cocina ni si quiera había llegado el cocinero y su argumento del de recepción fue que no había cocinero y que no había llegado por el trafico. asi que nos fuimos sin desayunar
