Good variety for breakfast. Parking was available in a gated lot as well as just outside the entrance. Since the blocks surrounding this hotel didn't have the safest feel, we were happy to be able to use the gated lot. Room was in great condition. Staff (aside from 1 housekeeper) was excellent. Every other person I encountered was friendly and helpful. The front desk went above & beyond when we ran into an issue.

My husband and I would go back highly recommended. We arrived late and saw homeless people walking around at first it didnt feel safe but to know your vechile will be safe and is in a locked gate made us feel welcomed. Customer service exceeded our expectations when we mentioned the homeless and the surroundings. They even have a security guard at night just to make it feel safe at night. There was nothing really we didn't enjoy.

The hotel room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Also, the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, and everything was labeled. My only issue was that the orange juice was out of service. Nonetheless, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its beautiful decor and modern amenities.

Front desk staff were pleasant and informative as to places to go in the area. Carpeting in the hall outside our room was coming up in places and were a hazard. Noise of dehumidifier outside room was very loud. Road noise was disturbin gto our sleep.

The rooms were comfortable and excellent. The bathroom wash basin water drain cap was not working and water was stagant reported to the front desk and said the technician would look into tomorrow but no one came to resolve the issue i myself took out the cap with my hands to allow the water drain out.

Customer service was good; breakfast was good (standard fare for this level hotel); there were 3 adults in our room and the sofabed mattress was like a flimsy box spring. I can't imagine anyone being able to sleep on it. BEWARE!

Did not like noisy air conditioner. Interfered with sleep. When I complained and asked for another room I was told all the air conditioners sounded just as bad. It was like trying to sleep next to a running washing machine.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel needs a thorough update. It looks rather dated. The breakfast room is right next to the automatic sliding doors that open to the main street. Every time somebody enters or leaves, the doors slide open, making it almost feel like you are having breakfast on the curb. Furthermore, I would expect a hotel in this price range to offer an extensive buffet with real tableware, espresso coffee, a cook who makes your omelet to order, etc. Instead, you get a “Motel 6”-like continental breakfast of less than mediocre quality with paper plates plastic spoons, knives, and forks. I would expect better from a Marriott chain hotel.

Our stay here was pleasant, some of the staff members were courteous and professional some of the others were indifferent. Overall I would stay here again. A woman at the front desk by the name of Florida was absolutely amazing. Flo was extremely pleasant and helpful she did everything to make our stay pleasurable.

Our tv stop showing so we called the front desk he said unplug the cable wait 20 seconds then you'll be back on did that waited 15 minutes nothing did it again still nothing 45 minutes later call the front desk back he tells it's not his problem. Horrible service

We had a two night reservation and were pleased with the location, the quiet, the breakfast and the accommodations. The staff were very helpful and gave us great suggestions. We arrived early and it was not more than half an hour and we were in our room. Very good experience.

Too many homeless people around. Vehicle in locked compound but the gate wouldn’t lock. Anyone could go in. Local gas station bulletproof, gas very sketchy hotel was well inside, but the neighbourhood was not good.

Very nice hotel. Our room was clean, except like most hotels they neglect to clean the AC filters. Our breakfast buffet was very nice with a good selection of food and both mornings the ladies attending the buffet were friendly and kept it well stocked. I will stay here again when I return to the area.

The room was fine but the staff was rude at times. Like they were being inconvenienced. I went to the lobby for breakfast Sat and the coffee was empty for 10 min at least. When I went down to the lobby today, the food looked like someone spit it out. Supposedly eggs they were scrambled eggs and a crustless quiche. Quiches have crusts, those were not quiches I think they were some kind of egg bites but the staff couldn't be bothered to update what it was on the sign. All of the bananas were green and not ripe Yes bananas not plantanes. Overall, disappointed.
