The room was very clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. The Keurig style coffee pot was very convenient. You can walk to restaurants, bars, art galleries and shops. Parking was right outside the room.

Was easy, clean and convenient. However, parking is not included they charged $15 and if you wanted to extend your stay after 11am (check out time) by an hour or so even with availability , there “discounted” price was $111!!!! I wouldn’t go back unless I needed an easy stay.

Very easy to make reservation, excellent text comm about how to check in, and location is excellent! Unit itself is okay - no space in bathroom for wife to lay out her "stuff" much less share with husband. Unit has a nice amount of space, but again, a very small table and the dresser where the TV sits is it for putting anything out like a tablet, phone, laptop, etc. Needs another table somewhere. Housekeeping missed us (had to call and they did take care of us). Surprise after we left, there's a $14/day charge for parking there. At $250+ a night, parking should be free.

Great little spot just 2 blocks off Atlantic Ave. Rooms were clean, outdoor space was clear, and the off street self parking is excellent for those of us who like the car handy and/or get tired of needing valets other places!! Great price for location, will return.

Rates were ok and room was clean. However, it is a long walk to go to the restaurants along most of the avenue toward Swinton, which are the better ones. Very dark around that area and some of the property. Noisy by the road as much traffic and difficult to cross the road there. Bed was ok. Hot water took forever and lukewarm shower. Ok if none of that worries you. Staff was nice. Phone call to # they give and good response since there's no real front desk. But they do try to help right away.

The room and bathroom were extremely clean and lovely. However it made me feel uneasy that there isn’t staff at the office 24/7 (or at any time when we were there coming in and out). We also saw a cockroach in the unit unfortunately. Location is very convenient but didn’t feel totally safe to walk around at night.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely filthy—sticky floors like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, terrible plumbing, and a toilet that wouldn’t flush at all—even after staff supposedly came to fix it. On top of that, we found a live lizard in our room. Yes, a lizard. In our bed. Completely unacceptable. What made it worse was how the staff handled our complaints. We reported these issues multiple times, only to be met with excuses, delays, and zero accountability. Eventually, they even had the nerve to call us liars—as if we made everything up. The dishonesty and lack of respect were outrageous. The property is poorly maintained and even more poorly managed. The toilet clogged after every single use and had to be snaked outside and plunged inside repeatedly. The place claims to have 24-hour service, but no one answers the phone and no one is present in the office. They don’t care about their guests—just the money. We were told we might get a $25–$30 refund, which is an insult considering the experience. This place is a health hazard and a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and stay far away. Total waste of time and money.

Building is rundown. Our room looked like it was a shed. The room was clean, but the floors were slimy, likely due to soap residue. The mini-fridge was loud, so we had to unplug it at night. The room was mostly updated. The location was walkable to some things. Not sure if we could have walked to the beach. It seemed pretty far away.

Expected something a bit cozy from description. It was bare-boned-- a clean room (could smell cleaning products) with cheap furnishings, a tiny bathroom with the lowest toilet, and an uncomfortable mattress which sagged on the edge. Tiniest bars of soap, no washcloths,very little stream of water from faucet which was outside bathroom. Altogether not worth the cost. If you're looking for charming, look elsewhere.

Property is on one way street and GPS didn't recognize that. Renovated room, but all three remotes (ceiling fan, TV and Roku Remote batteries were all dead. I went to nearby Walgreens to buy batteries, as hotel did not staff office 24 hours. Contactless check-in, all online, which is fine, but when battery problem came up, there was no help. They gave me credit for my out of pocket expense, but was a hassle to deal with.

Super quiet room (could not hear anyone else) and the area was quiet. Noisy air conditioner, and a strange cracking/pipping sound that came from the closet area, however. The beds were on the hard side - if you like those you’ll sleep well…unless the air conditioner wakes you up.

There are some very necessary upgrades and renovations needed. Check in was not the smoothest process as I wasn’t aware of the office had hours of operations at 9 am. The number I was given to call answered after my 3rd time calling. Room was decent to sleep and shower in.

The remote control wasn’t working. They wouldn’t let me even if I wanted to pay to watch Fox News. There was no channels TV didn’t work and it was aggravating for them to clean the room. One night I left in the morning came back. The room was not touched the bed was never made only once of the eight nights that I was there horrible pathetic the worst motel hotel, and I like staying in local places instead of big hotels this place don’t recommend it to anybody.
