Parking was not included and so it was a $35/night hidden fee! The TV was UNUSABLE because the remote was so slowly unresponsive! Absurd: it took 5- 10 seconds to react to any input. Fix the TV and validate guest parking. I would NEVER stay in this propery again.

This hotel does not have the pool and spa facilities on the premises (but are available on the other locations few blocks away). This was not properly mentioned in the Expedia description. Also the second level terraces were closed.

Our new room was fine except for the fact that the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and we had to call three times to get them refilled and when they tempted to refill the dispensers, they just left the bottles on the counter. Otherwise our stay was fine.

The baseboards in & around the bathroom were filthy as was the bathroom shower & floor area. We stayed for 2 nights & there was only enough body soap in the shower for 1 day for 1 person. When we checked in we were made to have a $220+ hold on our credit card for 2 nights & the agent at the front desk could not define to us as to how the total was $220. The valet attendants & the staff in the lobby bar were wonderful. The area was very nice & clean & accessible to shops etc.

It wasn’t so good. There was a blanket that looked nasty. My son called three times to have it replaced and they didn’t bring us a new blanket. The blanket had brown in the inside of it… So,.. he didn’t have a blanket… thank goodness the sheets were clean. I called down and the girl at the front desk says, “Oh, I’m sorry they weren’t supposed to use those ones.” I call back down the next day to ask… and the lady says that the brown is from feathers gathering. Even though the other blanket didn’t look that way. I’m not one to complain… but when i pay $1,300 for two nights… it wasn’t even worth it. I know they were just, but show some customer service. I got the room, so i could go in and rest in between games, and not have to worry about parking, I really don’t know if i want to go back. I’m so bummed? Because it is right downtown Spokane.

The guest services were excellent. Very knowledgeable about places around the area and recommendations. There was an issue which was brought up to the staff and they took the issue seriously and addressed it right away. We did notice some orange fingertip smudges on the walls and light switches, I am assuming from housekeeping, looked like foundation (makeup) smudges. But overall a good stay and would return in the future.

Beautiful lobby, clean and true luxury room - toiletry from l'occitane, powered blind, 2 king beds! Right next to Riverfront park! Great price for the room - cheaper than 2 stars hotel we stayed at Leavenworth! We paid a little extra to have breakfast included! It’s worth every penny! Best freshly squeezed orange juice! Food is delicious - the only negative is that the egg Benedict is too salty, but everything is tasty! Will definitely stay here again in our next visit to Spokane!

We have stayed here before, but this time every interaction with employees went poorly. One of our rooms was not ready at check in time, then they wrote down the wrong room number and sent two disabled people on a wild goose chase for their room. The check in person did not ID us (weirdly). The reservation included parking, but because we had disabled people in the party we wished to use valet. The hotel refused to either refund the 2nd parking fee or apply it the valet, which I felt was very unfair. The room we waited for to be cleaned was not clean, and the tub was had hair and an ant in it. Despite being a "junior suite" the only different from the standard king seemed to be a bathtub. I did not think it was noticeably bigger, and the view was terrible. It was much closer to the elevator, which was nice for the disabled members of our party. When we checked in there was food from room service and dirty laundry sitting around in the hall, and it was still there 3 hours later when we left for dinner. No one would answer the phone at the valet desk, so it took 30 minutes to get our car out of valet. The beds are very comfortable.

Beautifully appointed hotel and rooms. Clean and quiet. Directly across the street from the theatre making it an easy walk to the show. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Appreciated and utilized Valet parking, but free parking is available in a lot across the street. We opted for a late dinner after the show in the bar. The food was well prepared and presented. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we were meeting friends for breakfast elsewhere. Enjoyed our stay, and will definitely book a future stay.

Would have been 5 stars all attend except for staff in lounge. It was only venue open. Others were eating appetizers. We sat at the bar but the 2 employees - 1 male & 1 female - ignored us. They turned & looked at us at least twice & then continued their conversation. So we left & had dinner instead at a lovely Italian restaurant around the corner.

Room service was terrible. This was our second time ordering and it being incorrect and not hot. Tried to call room service for about half hour to get it corrected and no one picked up. Called from desk and they said they would have someone contact us asap and never got a call. Will definitely not ever order again, other than that the hotel is very nice and clean and we love the beds.

We stay at this hotel every time we travel and need to get to the Spokane airport early in the morning. Unfortunately, this will most likely be our last stay at this hotel. It just isn’t the same since they took out the steakhouse and replaced it with a taco & tequila bar..the food is terrible now. We were celebrating our anniversary and were planning on going to the steakhouse for dinner. We soon realized that would not be happening. We ordered appetizers, realized how poor the quality of the was and did not order entrees. We decided to order room service instead. Again, the food was terrible! We didn’t eat either of our meals. My fiancè only ate his ice cream and both entrees went to waste because of a burnt, dry burger and room temp chicken tenders. Not how we wanted to celebrate but oh well! They upped the amenities charge and took away the best part of that hotel, the amazing food at the steakhouse! They are also giving out $20 vouchers to be used in the hotel. Not sure what’s going on with this Davenport but it sure isn’t what it used to be.
