SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Jose Airport

This hotel provided us with a great nice sleep and wonderful breakfast. The fitness facilities are on point too!

Easy check-in. Convenient to the airport. Shuttle service to airport with park and fly. Friendly staff at check-in, check-out, and when returning from our trip to pick up our car. Room was very spacious for our six travelers.

The pool was amazing

Clean rooms, free breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Fitness center was nice and clean. The area is quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

After reading a ton of reviews, we booked Springhill Suites. Our one night stay was fantastic! When we called for pick up at the airport, the shuttle driver was on lunch. Instead of making us wait, we were requested to call an Uber and were reimbursed upon arrival to the hotel. We arrived at 9am and our room was ready which we didn't expect since it was so early. We requested late check out the following day and they had no problem with us hanging out at the pool for a few more hours until our flight. All of the staff members were very friendly, the gal working the front desk was accommodating and helpful to us navigating the light rail to get to Levi Stadium for the Niners game. It was a convenient location to light rail a couple blocks away. Hotel is modern style, our room was very clean as was the entire property (we did not have a car so I cannot speak to the parking area). We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and were all happy with our meals (chicken quesadilla, burgers, chicken & apple flatbread). The complimentary breakfast had a good selection - waffles with blueberry compote, eggs, sausage, potatoes, tofu, kimchi, oatmeal, cereals, bagels, fruit, hard boiled eggs. There was also a Peet's coffee & espresso bar that you could order from (with charge) which I appreciated! My husband and son went to the gym, there were assorted exercise machines and weights. He said it wasn't a super fancy gym set up but it worked! I would definitely book this hotel again!

We loved our stay at "Springhill Suites by Marriot" at SJ, CA. Staff is amazing, kind, always willing to help. They offer the services of airport shuttle and luggage storage free of charge. Since our room was ready, they let us in it before the usual check in at 11am; check out is at noon. Room was clean, beds confortable, smelled good, we slept nicely and warm. Buffet breakfast was delicious, abundant and varied. They have on site laundry service by the guest. Overall, we very much recommend this hotel!

Clean hotel, nice rooms and breakfast

The stay is nice the staff not all happy to be there. No towels in the pool area had to go ask both nights for towels and then got dirty looks when I asked. Because I came in wet. The floors are dirty they haven’t vacuumed in a while you can see the dirt so bring slippers so you aren’t walking around in Bare feet. Bathrooms were clean the doors don’t close all the way and they have cracks and you can see the person on the toilet. The beds seemed clean no bed bugs the sofa was just as dirty as the carpet. Breakfast was good. The staff made sure everything was full coffee was good too.

The trash for the day was not removed from our room. Did not clean the room or straighten out the beddings. No clean towels the next day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions I had. The only complaint I have is the linen. There were at 2 stain spots in the linen. It was not completely white and stainfree.

Room was dirty and not up to par. Would not stay again very upset with it. To make it worst I had to actually pay for it. Look at my pictures how are you supposed to shower with no soap? Look at the black mold that don’t grow over night and the refrigerator wasn’t even cleaned out just nasty

This was our secibd here. It is nice hotel especially when traveling with kids, but the rooms do need sprucing up. Our fridge was dirty and I had to wipe it out. The lamp was wobbly and almost fell on my son. The drain plug was broken so the water was not draing out and we had to take it out to drain the tub after showering.

Everything was nice but the doors on the shower room and toilet room was uncomfortable. No locks and they are sliding doors. The doors don't fully close so there is easy ways to see into the rooms while someone is inside.

We stayed for 3 nights. First night was bad due to the bathroom door stuck, had to pull with two hands which made loud noise every time open and closed. The other door missing bottom rail and roller resulted in loud noise when open and closed. We changed room the next day and the refrigerator didn't work. We don't want to move again so we managed. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Breakfast was great. Everyone at the front desk and food servers were super nice and friendly. I didn't like the fact that they automatically charged $15/day for parking without telling us and no coffee or water in common area.

Like that the room had separate shower and toilet areas that made easy for all the members to use amenities.

I stay here often and the room and staff are always up to par. My room on the second floor was a disappointment because I had to keep the blackout curtains drawn to block the abusive garage lights. They lit the whole room so no sunrise to wake up to.

Staff was friendly, breakfast decent, parking spaces tight for larger suvs and the internet was a pain.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and appreciated that they let food deliver to the room. We didn't need full room service, and staff was quick and responsive if we needed anything like throwing trash or more TP. The room had a separate sitting area with tables and a separate desk area which came in handy for work and eating. TV swivels so you can watch from either side of the room and liked that it had good channels and you could also stream from several services. Bed was comfy and the AC worked perfectly. Highly recommend if needing a hotel in San Jose and will definitely be saving again for future stays!

The only issue we had was with bathroom frosted glass doors! They don’t slide completely closed- so, when you’re getting out of the shower- others in the room may get flashed! And, not frosted enough, for complete privacy. You will also hear EVERY bodily function/noise going on in the bathroom. So, depending on who we’re sharing room with, probably won’t be staying here, again.

Amazing, Amazing, AMAZING! From being greeted by the sweetest man Wally at the front desk to the awesome breakfast in the morning this place was perfect. Rooms super clean. Plenty of close parking. Towels at pool. Nice gym. Clean rooms, linen and grounds. Comfy beds and updated decor. Can't say enough about Wally who remembers and calls you by name. He took care of every request and concern immediately and with such kindness. You can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his work. This place was a great stay. My family felt comfortable and safe.

The staff was outstanding! Erica and Victor both went above and beyond and were extremely helpful. Their customer service was top notch!!

All the hotel staff were super friendly. I requested early check in and they allowed me to check in at 9:30 am. Easy free shuttle to and from the airport. I would stay again and recommend them for sure.

This property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everyone is not meant to be in the hospitality field. Professionalism should still be required at all times. The gentlemen were very professional and pleasant, their lady co-worker should have stayed home on Saturday. Her tone and body language wasn't professional.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Front dest was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My only negative remark is that as you drive to the hotel, the area around it looks to be somewhat unsafe and homless walking around. However, that is out of the hotels control. Once on the block of the hotel area, around is safe and well monitored.

Located very close to airport. Accommodated our need for early check in. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Limited activities in the area within walking distance, but felt very safe when out walking.

I honestly didn’t even check in. It’s not to say it was the hotel it self’s fault but the area was terrible. I came early and was unable to check in early. My son and I (singlemom) stayed in the car to wait. And I witnessed several drug transactions. I also seen a guy steal 6 rolls of Toliet paper and stash them on the side of the building while continuing to go back and forth to the maids cart while she was cleaning a room. He ran back and put all the stuff in a duffle bag and ran away. There was several people outside the building smoking and drinking in the middle of the day. It was just not a good environment that I felt safe enough to stay the night with my son. I ended up not even checking in and going to another hotel.

Great location for 49ers vs Lions NFC Championship Game. Light Rail System Metro Stop just a couple blocks away made going to the Game & to San Pedro Square the night before really convienent. Hotel lobby adjoins w/Residence Inn.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Very clean. At 1 point the tv in our room didnt work but ot was fixed in an hr. Also the lobby restaurant was severly understaffed during a busy night, 1 waiter who doubled as bartender and 1 cook. After waiting 45 min to have our order taken, we werr told it would be even longer to get our food. We ordered postmates at that point

Very clean and super friendly staff. From check in to breakfast everybody was so friendly. Laarni was especially helpful at breakfast.

A quick overnight stay in San Jose to see a concert. The property was clean and well-maintained. The restaurant (Skyport Grill?) Was not great for dinner, but the breakfast was great!
