We have stayed here many times and always found it very comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have a covered, safe parking garage for $15/day. We will definitely stay here again!

Return guest. Overall great property right near the freeway with great amenities! Kid friendly. Would like to see some sort of cafe or coffee shop open on the weekends inside the property. Shared expansive lobby with Springhill is not an issue and it is a very good area to meet travel companions. Parking was $15.

Location was great. Always had parking. Very quiet. Staff were friendly and very polite. We chose a room with a kitchenette and although I thought the room to be on the smaller side, it worked out perfectly. Ice maker in the fridge freezer was a pleasant surprise. I have to say that I really enjoyed the breakfast. Great, well thought of options. Most hotel breakfasts are too salty for my taste but this was perfect. I would definitely comeback to this location.

The Hotel was nice, and the rooms were nicer. I enjoyed my stay. I took advantage of the market they had in the lobby and the complimentary breakfast. Parking was 15$ which sucked but I guess the breakfast pays for it so it was okay. Will definitely be back

At check-in the man who assisted was short and didn't explain parking permit until I recieved a ticket and had to go in (same man at checkout) The check-in experience was not a good experience. However the rest of the stay was excellent. Bed was so comfortable and room was exceptionally clean. The housekeeping manager lady Esmerelda was exceptionally helpful, polite and gave the Hotel a 5+ rating. Thank you for the overall experience, but I would definitely RE Train the counter gentleman. He was not good at all. Left me in the dark and not helpful, by getting on the phone in the middle of my check in and left me standing there with many questions.

The breakfast included was awesome. It had a variety of foods from different ethnicities, and also standard eggs, sausages, toast (breads), and fruits. What a pleasant surprise. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and everything worked in our room. A good value and I highly recommend it.

The complimentary breakfast was great! The front desk staff were all responsive and courteous. The light bulb in the bathroom was flickering and they replaced it right away and the bathroom faucet was leaking around the base and they repaired it the same day. The only complaint I have is that the faucet was dirty when we arrived and, even the repairman didn't wipe the faucet clean of his dirty hand prints.

Our favorite part of the trip, to watch the 49ers game, was the hotel. It was a perfect suite for a family of 6. I was able to wash my kids cups/bottles & even got a free scrub mommy sponge! I loved it so much I wish we had stayed for more days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was so clean & organized. 10/10

This place was hands down for me and my wife one of the really better hotels we’ve ever stayed in as far as generalizing everything from the cleanliness of the place and room we got, the view from the 5th floor Overlooking the hills, the bed, the sheets, the kitchen, the fridge, and the bathroom. The staff was very nice to me and my wife from getting a room last minute due to leaving the Arena Hotel’s disgusting room we had booked since we don’t come often to San Jose and coming down to the front desk late night/early morning for snacks/drinks and being very accommodating. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast, so many options to choose from and it was all very delicious and well prepared/presented as we served ourselves. Overall, this hotel is where we’re choosing to stay at whenever we come back to visit San Jose because it really did leave a fantastic lasting impression on us !

Our one night stay was great. We will definitely return again as our child will be attending school at SJSU in the Fall. Our room had all the amenities. We didn't get to use the pool but will do so next time. The breakfast was great and had a variety. All the workers were great! Especially Raul at the front desk. Raul gave us a room w/ the view of the mountains, which was gorgeous. He was so kind and gave us extra water bottles because he could tell we had a long drive and were so tired when we checked in. Everyone we ran into was just so kind and courteous and didn't judge us or make us feel inferior. We only had 3 towels in our room and when we called to ask for more, they brought us extra towels. The only thing we felt the bathroom needed was a vent to air out when you shower. The pullout bed on the sofa could use a newer one w/ better springs. Otherwise we loved our room. Kitchen was great and had all the amenities. We will be visiting SJSU a lot in the next 4-5 years and this Residence Inn will be our go to place to stay.

Front desk was very helpful. They really did their best to help. The room was clean but the pull out sofa bed was not comfy at all. The full sizes bed was hard to sleep on too. Oh, the breakfast wasn’t too. Ad either. I just wished they had bacon. Other than that, it was good.

We've stayed at this hotel several times, and find it to be very convenient for our visits to San Jose. The room is comfortable, and has a very good shower. The one item needed for improvement is the bathroom lighting. It's way to dim!

I was in San Jose for Fanime (a big ComicCon). The Residence Inn is right on the light rail line so it was easy to hop on the train and be at the Con in about 10 minutes. Beautiful hotel - the room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was also great. I would stay there again.

There’s not much around within walking distance. There’s an Italian restaurant we ate at (the food was good, by the way) and an Indian place we didn’t try. There’s no shopping nearby, and a lot of the buildings around the hotel seemed empty, which was kind of weird. That said, the hotel had a full breakfast in the morning, in general, this hotel worked great for us! If we ever come back to San Jose, we’d definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy. The clerk was extremely friendly and even offered a welcome gift. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and welcoming. Bar was great and the complimentary breakfast was a huge plus. Will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.
