We thoroughly enjoyed the location. Plus the people at the desk went above and beyond with arranging travel. Loved the traditional Italian street location, especially close to the pantheon. And spectacular views from the rooftop bar! Ali was especially gifted with mixology!

This was an amazing hotel. Definitely a boutique hotel (no large lobby) but perfectly done. Old world charm leading up to our room and then modern amenities in our room (such as a large new bathroom). They still kept some charm of the old building though - such as the original high ceilings in the bedroom. To get to our room, we had to walk next door through a large old door that had a small door built into it! This was one of our favorite parts of coming and going into our room. We also passed though an old classic courtyard, up one flight of marble stairs and through another thick old door before we came to our room. It was a very fun experience for us every time. The breakfast was amazing! So friendly and accommodating were the staff. The rooftop deck was a “hidden” gem. Not great views, but a perfect place to have a cocktail and relax. We took advantage of it every night while the kids stayed in the room! I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure your stay was unforgettable! The rooms ate extremely comfortable and clean! The buffet breakfast was amazing. The rooftop terrace bar was a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and Ali was a skilled and friendly mixologist! I highly recommend this hotel in Rome!

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful! The location was also perfect - right in the middle of all major sites. The only very minor issue was the slightly inconsistent elevator, and having only a single bartender most times on the lovely rooftop bar. This hotel is highly recommended!

The desk staff was friendly and welcoming. They easily arranged a car for us to return to the airport. Rooftop bar is a lovely oasis - sunny, offering a view. Ali the bartender was attentive and he's a great mixologist. Try his mojito made with elderflower - stunning!

Location was great but it has limited acces to the terrace and I believe people also live there permanently and not friendly at all snobby area has a rooftop restaurant and club very noisy loud kept waking me up at all hours could still hear the people even with all windows closed also limited breakfast options at the this hotel and very expensive

I took my parents on a week long break to Rome and stayed at the Hotel Terrace Pantheon. The hotel was located in the middle of the city, and a short warm from Pantheon - it was brilliant. The place was clean, newly renovated, modern, and I was really impressed also with the service. Gly was always very quick to respond to any email queries pre-arrival and upon arrival Giorgio was also very helpful. I didn’t book breakfast because I wanted us to explore different restaurants but otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay and I’ll be sure to be back. The only downside was that the lift kept on playing up - which was no problem for me but I brought my two elderly parents who couldn’t walk, so not ideal when the doors wouldn’t open and we had to constantly go back up one floor to walk down again. Strange, but they brought someone in to fix the lift on our last day. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Everything and everyone were absolutely perfect! Hotel is in the perfect location, room is modern, cleaning service was on spot, staff were super kind and ready to support any request. Breakfast was fair and if anything to suggest as an improvement point would be making it available from earlier. Starting time at 7:30 am is kind of late.

El personal fue muy atento en todo momento. La localización del hotel con respecto a los puntos de interés más importantes es excelente. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias y muy bien decoradas y ambientabas. Todas las mañanas nos ofrecían café antes de salir a recorrer la ciudad y siempre nos ayudaran para conseguir transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto. En general me encantó hospedarme en este hotel y lo recomiendo por completo.

다른 층은 어땠는지 모르겠으나 3층 스위트룸에 숙박한 경험에 따르면 4층은 아파트인데 호텔을 지은 후 후에 새로 지은 건물인지 위층의 사람들이 걸어다닐 때마다 비정상적으로 삐그덕 대는 소리가 나서 새벽에도 몇번이고 잠을 깼습니다. 가끔 우지끈 소리가 나며 천장에서 무엇인가 떨어지는 경험도 했습니다. 분명 무엇인가 이상해보였습니다. 점검이 필요해보입니다. 또한 수건이 털이 빠져서 샤워 후 몸에서 자꾸 수건의 털이 묻어나왔습니다. 하지만 직원분들은 정말 너무나 친절하셨습니다. 잠도 설치고 불편한 점도 많았지만 직원들의 너무나도 친절한 응대에 더이상 불평할 수 없을 정도로 친절하셨습니다. 그것은 굉장히 즐거운 경험이었습니다.

Very happy with our stay and experience at the Pantheon Relais. The room was just the right size with high ceilings for a spacious feeling, the bathrooms were clean and worked perfectly. The breakfast cafe had the essentials to get our day started, and the rooftop bar/lounge was simple but a nice way to finish the day with a glass of wine. And best of all was the staff, all staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and they take care of your needs before you even have to ask, plus they all seem to speak many languages, so all of us international guests get the same great service. We were very happy with the Terrance Pantheon Relais, and would highly recomend it.

The room was amazingly pretty with high ceilings. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of room for three people with 3 large luggages. The air conditioning was strong and adjustable. Bathroom was modern and had great water pressure. Best part was the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful with our luggage, transportation and dining recommendations. Their email communication prior to our arrival were timely and fast responses to any inquiries. We walked everywhere for the short time we were there prior to our cruise trip. The location can’t be beat!

Hotel is very good with a great location. Rooms are nice but the biggest issue is that there is absolutely no storage area - no drawers, no shelves. Nothing to even keep your toiletries in the bathroom. In that sense it was inconvenient. But otherwise good hotel, very convenient & in a safe location. Central to all attractions.

Excelente opção em Roma. Há menos de 10 minutos a pé do Pantheon, muito próximo da Fontana de Trevi. Staff muito prestativo e simpático, quartos limpos, espaçosos, banheiros excelentes, chuveiro não é dentro da banheira.

We booked their suites and loved the amount of space they provided. Rooms were clean on arrival, and the help provided to take our bags upstairs on check in and back downstairs to our awaiting transportation at check out was truly appreciated. The staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked through the doors. They went above and beyond to fulfill our requests throughout our stay. The location is safe, convenient, and just a walk of a few minutes from the Pantheon. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this great property. We would definitely stay here again should the opportunity arise.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is SO helpful and nice. They arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, called restaurants on our behalf, and delivered things to our room within minutes of the request. It is in a great location on a quiet side street. I can't say enough good things about the staff and this hotel. My kids kept commenting on how nice everyone was. I would definitely stay here again -- They go above and beyond!

It is in a great location on a quiet side street. I can't say enough good things about the staff and this hotel. My kids kept commenting on how nice everyone was. I would first like to mention the breakfast staffs are incredibly welcoming and helpful!!! Mark, Kiko, along with other staffs provided outstanding service during our 6 day stay in Rome! This breakfast crew went beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care! We really appreciate the genuine customer service from Mark and all the staffs from the breakfast crew. The greet us with enthusiasm when we wakeup, they also welcome us back with warm greeting after a long day exploring Rome. We are all humans at the end of the day, and they the staffs made us feel like home! Besides the breakfast crew, Marco and Glyde from the reception are also very helpful and friendly! If we ever come back to visit Rome, we will stay here again for the incredible service from the staffs! Hotel room is spotless and clean! Location is central to everywhere. On the improvement side, sound insulation isn't very good. We could hear the noises from the streets outside and from other rooms. We were still able to sleep though. Room is a bit small but we booked the smallest room so no complain here.

From the moment they see you arriving out on the street entrance, someone is helping you with luggage. This place goes out of their way to wait on you! A janitor walked in my room at 9:20am on my last day of staying without knocking the door. I said “excuse me?”, she said she was cleaning. In fact, I haven’t checked out yet. No apologized from this incident. When I told front desk this incident, the first thing they asked me was “was it male or female”, I said female. They seemed didn’t care about it as they should be. I was stucked in the elevator for over 40 minutes. When I tried to get clarification on what’s going on at front desk, they said they posted a paper in the elevator to expect electricity shortage. I entered the elevator on my own risk. Then my questions will be if you knew there will be electricity shortage to affect elevator, why you did not talk to us, email, text us or leave a note in the rooms or locked the elevator preventing anyone using? They didn’t think they did anything inappropriate and I was in traumatized and had a flight to catch, so I just left.

our stay at the hotel was nothing but exceptional. the hotel staff was super nice and helpful. the only reason i gave the hotel a 1 star is because of the one man at the reception. when we were checking out, he insisted to charge us €72 for city tax, which he claims that it was not included in my prepayment. but the invoice from expedia clearly stated that city tax in included in but need to be paid at the property, which is cnd$38. we were in the rush to leave and he is holding our credit card, leave us no choice to pay. he seems an experienced employee to us, and seems he has been doing this all along. if the case, i am not sure how many customers he has over-charged, who hadn’t paid attention to what their invoice stated or just like us, who has no choice but to pay in order to be able to leave on time. i will be disputing this charge once i get home for sure. would i stay in this hotel again? before the check-out, we were positive that if we ever come to rome again, this is where we will stay. but now, i guess it depends on the result of the dispute.

We booked their suites and loved the amount of space they provided. Rooms were clean on arrival, and the help provided to take our bags upstairs on check in and back downstairs to our awaiting transportation at check out was truly appreciated. The staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked through the doors. They went above and beyond to fulfill our requests throughout our stay. The location is safe, convenient, and just a walk of a few minutes from the Pantheon. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this great property. We would definitely stay here again should the opportunity arise.

We stayed here with our family of 4. Room was comfortable, staff was nice, and location was excellent. We were able to walk to many tourist locations throughout Rome including Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, etc. There was also a super convenient taxi stand that came in handy and taxi rides were quite economical for the four of us together. And, while convenient, hotel was also quiet and peaceful.

Everything and everyone were absolutely perfect! Hotel is in the perfect location, room is modern, cleaning service was on spot, staff were super kind and ready to support any request. Breakfast was fair and if anything to suggest as an improvement point would be making it available from earlier. Starting time at 7:30 am is kind of late.

Great location. Walkable to the Colosseum, Pantheon and many dining options. Roof top bar is a must with awesome drinks by Ali. Staff is friendly and very helpful. We did have a minor issue with our toilet that needed attention but not a deal breaker.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, room is very comfortable. 5 minute walk from Piazza Novona, 30 minute walk to Vatican City and the Colleseum. Pasta and pizza restaurants everywhere around the hotel, and the pasta was excellent. Also a very short walk to a supermarket. There is a bus stop across the street. Several churches nearby with free access and the interiors are amazing.

The breakfast staff was super friendly and happy! The front desk girl that checked us in was very helpful with tips around city and very friendly. The roof top bar is beautiful. Unfortunately the bar tender told us there wasn’t any menus as they were being printed so we went ahead and ordered 2 mojitos a beer and a red wine. He didn’t seem very confident in his skills and took about 15 mins to make 2 mojitos. He also brought a red wine that tasted like it was opened a week before. We received our bill and it was around $50 euro. This is the highest we’ve paid in the whole city! My husband then went and chatted with the front desk man and told him that they need to have menus upstairs as we would never have ordered drinks knowing their price we could have walked 20 steps and found another beverage. The front desk staff was very rude and short with him. Stating that’s the price and there’s a menu. The room was great and clean. A little small but that’s ok. The only downfall of the room was that the bed has a plastic mattress cover under the sheet. It made the uncomfortable bed even more uncomfortable. New beds would be good idea. Other than that the hotel is nice and in a perfect location. Carrie & Richard james.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure your stay was unforgettable! The rooms ate extremely comfortable and clean! This is a wonderful hotel with the most hospitable staff. So much consideration that you really do feel taken care of. First, the rooms are spacious and clean. We felt that the beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were easy to use. Housekeeping was so kind in keeping us updated everyday with sufficient towels, toilet paper, and clean beds. Second, the breakfast was wonderful. You can choose from various savory or sweet options, and the bar staff will ensure that you get your coffee(s) or whatever other drink the way you like. Third and finally is the location. I argue that this area (literally a straight and close walk to the Pantheon) is the best center location for all of Rome. You can easily find a clear route to the Vatican, Trastevere, colosseum, or Trevi and Spanish steps. If you ever need a taxi, just ask the front desk to call one for you and they arrive in minutes. Overall 10/10.

Very happy with our stay and experience at the Pantheon Relais. The room was just the right size with high ceilings for a spacious feeling, the bathrooms were clean and worked perfectly. The breakfast cafe had the essentials to get our day started, and the rooftop bar/lounge was simple but a nice way to finish the day with a glass of wine. And best of all was the staff, all staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and they take care of your needs before you even have to ask, plus they all seem to speak many languages, so all of us international guests get the same great service. We were very happy with the Terrance Pantheon Relais, and would highly recomend it.
