Good sized rooms at this price point are hard to come by. Big comfy bed, roomy shower with great pressure. Nothing is too much trouble for the team to help with. Very good variety breakfast buffet including pastries, cold meats, cereals etc as would be expected from a continental breakfast but with the addition of bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs and pancakes. Good drink variety as well, nice secure location with multiple EV charge points in the car park.

Great location, very close to Disney, 10 mins drive. Onsite car park. Good breakfast. New built property to everything was fresh. Only issue was USB socket and some of the plugs did not work. Reported twice, not done. So poor service. Otherwise great stay.

Prima hotel voor verblijf en bezoek aan Disneyland Parijs. Je kunt met twee buslijnen richting Disneyland Parijs dmv buslijn 2234 (minuut of 20 a 25 rijden, opstapplaats ligt om de hoek van hotel) of buslijn 95 (ligt op 10 minuten te voet en rijd er 15 minuten op). Verder heeft het hotel gratis parkeerplekken, ook plekken om je auto op te laden en sluit de parkeerplaats s'avonds vanaf half 12 af en is deze ook goed beveiligd met een rolpoort die dicht is, lampen en camerabeveiliging. Kamers zelf zijn basic maar netjes met extra koffie automaat, föhn, tv en dat soort dingen. Badkamer heeft spoelbak, wc en inloopdouche met alle gemakken. Ontbijt is netjes maar is wat rommelig als het druk is omdat vooraan de dienbladen staan, achterin de borden en broodjes en moet je daarna weer terug naar voren. Een logische looproute waarin je de gerechten en borden opbouwd handiger zijn.

We stayed two nights, one at the beginning of our holiday, and one night at the end. The first room wasn’t particularly clean, and the tv wasn’t working however the second room at the end of our holiday was a lot cleaner, and also had a working tv. Staff are pleasant enough..wouldn’t have fancied a long stay here but it was literally just a place to sleep on route to our destination.

The hotel was nice and new, very cosy. Staff at the reception was very friendly. Rooms were very comfy and soundproofed. The only negative comment: we have been there for 4 nights and apart from doing the bed, the room has never been cleaned. I must say that the ladies in charge of our rooms were very nice and friendly, that’s why we didn’t complain at the hotel.

L’entretien de la chambre laisse vraiment à désirer. La salle de bain semblait très sale, les joints de la douche sont oranges tellement ils sont encrassés. En plus, nous n’avons pas été mis au courant lors de notre arrivée qu’il fallait mettre un panneau sur la porte de notre chambre avant 7h30 pour espérer que quelqu’un vienne nettoyer la douche sale dans la journée (drôle de fonctionnement! Mis sur le dos de l’écologie, mais lorsqu’ils font les chambres, ils refont seulement les lits, aucun impact écologique!) Nous avons finalement passé nos 4 jours avec une douche sale et malodorante. A 200€ la nuit c’est excessivement cher, mais ils ne comptent pas sur la fidélité des clients puisque la plupart sont de passage uniquement pour Disney et ne reviendront certainement jamais. Je ne recommande pas et je ne reviendrai pas.

De kamer is de eerste dag niet schoongemaakt en na melden bij de receptie werd er geen oplossing geboden of excuses gemaakt. Het personeel bij de receptie is niet van hele hoge kwaliteit. De kamer zelf is wel prettig om in te verblijven.

We stayed in a family room and the pull out bed was slanted, so much so that the slope me at my husband and I felt like we were rolling into each other- into the middle. The mattress on this pull out bed was thin and uncomfortable. Breakfast was standard and as described- filled a whole for all of us. Staff we met were friendly.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très joliment décorées, l'hôtel est neuf et cela se voit, le réceptionniste était très sympathique et souriant. Cependant, la literie n'était pas très confortable, il faisait chaud dans la chambre, malgré une température ambiante réglée à 19°, le matin il s'est avéré qu'il faisait 22° sans avoir touché au boîtier et avec une température extérieure à 14°.. Dommage car la nuit ne fût pas très agréable du coup..Il était spécifié sur le site Hôtel.com que des bouteilles d'eau seraient offertes et ce n'était pas le cas. Dommage également pour l'insonorisation, on entend énormément les vas et viens du couloir, une porte intermédiaire dans la chambre aurait été parfait, car la lumière du couloir gêne aussi. Il manque une petite lumière discrète au niveau du miroir dans l'entrée car on est obligé d'allumer les lumières de presque toute la chambre pour y voir clair, pas pratique si on ne veut pas déranger les personnes qui dorment encore. Un dernier bémol sur le petit déjeuner, on a du mal à trouver la vaisselle, les verres, ect..et peu de choix , c'est dommage car l'hôtel en lui-même est agréable et propre , on en attend plus du coup, vu le prix des chambres.

The room was clean and inviting. The fan in the room worked great keeping us very comfortable. We enjoyed having the bus stops only a few minutes walk away. The breakfast included many delicious options, and the breakfast staff was very helpful. The front desk staff was very kind, and I watched the woman staff immediately, and happily, help another family with getting a crib for their child. My only disappointments were the bed seemed very hard, and the pillows were difficult to sleep on (of course, this is subjective), and when using the coffee maker to make hot water for tea, the coffee from a previous user was in the hot water (running hot water through the machine each time the room is cleaned would solve this). Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

The lift wasn't working throughout our stay. The breakfast was monotonous and nothing other than bread and cereals for vegetarians. I got our room on the 3rd floor and had to carry my luggage all the way up and down by myself. I requested to change the room to lower floor but it was difficult to reason with the staff to get it changed and at the end I gave up. This is definitely not the quality of service I expected from the hotel.

I’m writing this review for two reason; the Staff member lady is incredibly rude and assumes it’s okay to talk over a customer. Also, I stayed here twice I will not do so anymore due to this recent experience, I was told by the staff that I checked out with a lady that I would get refunded for the night that we did not stay. And they have dragged their feet. Just to tell me no now. Please be cautious that they do not clean their rooms thoroughly. If you lift up the sofa bed, you will notice that they don’t even vacuum the floor.

This hotel does not offer “Disney Paris Parks Shuttle” as listed on hotel description on the Expedia App; it is only public transportation buses that you have to pay for and walk a good distance from the hotel with limited schedules. When traveling and visiting this area for the sole purpose of parks visits, the “shuttle service” was the main reason of booing for ease of use and getting to and from the park efficiently. Also, the public buses are crazy packed like sardines especially upon return from Disney in evening at park closing. I hope that this review is helpful to someone planning a Disney visit. If these are not concerns the breakfast and room was good and as to be expected with Holiday InnExpress.

Our tween boys shared the sofa bed and did complain that it was a little sunken in the middle. Breakfast was plentiful, loved the fresh self-service pancakes! Bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurts and cereals, sausages, bacon and eggs. I would recommend going earlier than the last hour for breakfast as it was a bit manic and tables limited. Location is convenient (less than 15 minutes drive) for Disney and Cite de Europe for shopping and dining.

Very happy with stay, reception staff extremely kind and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed, but very little room to store clothing. Bathroom clean and everything in good working order. Breakfast lovely, the only criticism was that the milk for using with cereal was warm, even when a new container was brought out.
