I stayed for three weeks and I think this place is good for the price. The location is pretty good and the unit I was in felt safe. The AC worked and I was not bothered by the noise, it was normal for an air conditioner. The washing machine and dryer were functional but kind of awkward. The shower floor is dated and felt a little gross due to standing water between the tiles. The shower drain was a little smelly and drain flies were a constant nuisance. There was also a leak in the roof during my stay but only during the rain. Fixed that with a trash can and informed them, no big deal. The communication with customer service/ maintenance was great. In summary, I didn't come with the expectation of luxury so I think this place is fair for singles or couples who just need a place to stay.

I was a little confused when I arrived as there was no office for me to check in, but then I realized I had an email from the property stating that there is no office, there is a code for the room and that's all you need. The room was small but it was perfect for me and my wife as we were only planning on sleeping there and exploring Miami. The bathroom curtain was a little short so water splashed out of the shower and I wish there was a window or some kind of ventilation in the bathroom. Parking was very tight as it is a small lot that can fit maybe 5 cars.

It wasn't nothing like the photos online and i mean nothing. It had a mold smell in the room that set off my wifes asthma bad. We were there to to to to university of Miami medical center for a serious life surgery for my wife which i explained to someone on a chat line because i couldn't get a hold of a human being. Not happy overall.

By far the most filthy hotel I have EVER seen (and I've stayed in 1000's of place across the world). The ceiling has a giant hole, drywall falling down from water damage, the shower is filled with black mold and tiles are falling off the wall. Show-stopper—I found a bug in the bed. Oh, then there's the overflowing dumpster at the entrance and dead cat on the sidewalk. I had to leave and stay on a friend's couch until I could get a new place, and Rocketstay refuses to consider any type of refund, saying that they have since sent maintenance to address the problem. I saw how they 'addressed' these problems in the past (previous mold painted over in the shower. This place should be condemned. Not as advertised!!

There was mold growing from the air conditioner. You could smell the mold the second you entered the room. Ended up staying with a friend - i would not recommend saying here

Overall, I really enjoyed my birthday in Miami and staying at the Krym was very convenient. It eventually began to feel like a little home away from home. There are a few improvements that could be made such as a trash can for the kitchen and extra towels and sheets. The room tends to get sweaty when it’s humid and several times our clothes and the bed felt wet. I had 2 chargers plugged into the wall but they didn’t work afterwards, not sure if it was due to the wet walls. However, there is an air conditioner! We also saw a few cockroaches. One in the bed and one on the floor, but they were the only 2 we saw check in day. Overall, I would stay again. The host was super friendly and accommodating! Even checked on us during our stay. The room looks exactly like the pictures.

Old building the room was clean with some facilities, canot expect much for what paid. The AC should be change is very old and noisy is place directly on top of bed. They ask to fill a form with a lot things as $500 fee if there smoke smell in room, and many other charges they dont accept responsability even if toilet does not flus

I never rate anything, but after reading all the comments on this property and experiencing it myself, I felt that I needed to write this. It is an excellent stay considering the price-value, do not expect luxury but you sure can expect, a comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom and functional appliances. Is not a resort but it is a great option to those who only use the hotel to rest and shower. It is in the heart of de design, art and fashion district so there’s a lot of culture, shops and restaurants at walking distance.

Great location, literally a short walk to wyndwood walls. Easy to get in and out of the studio with the coded lock. Nice cozy and clean. It was great for two people. There is an iron and hair dryer within the unit - a plus. There is also a fridge and a small electric stove that you plug in where we were able to boil some pasta. Hosts were great and was in constant communication asking how we’re doing and giving recommendations as well. Overall nice stay

The picture was extremely flattering. It’s actually rather dirty and in a not very nice neighborhood. It didn’t matter because our door code didn’t work and there was no one on property, so we went to another hotel. I contacted the hotel, they told me the code worked. They kept our deposit. My question is why ask for a review when you made no effort to rectify the situation.?

Their idea of customer service is messaging you daily to check in, promising to solve things, and doing nothing. Thursday morning reported that I was having issues with the light. It wasn't fixed by checkout on Saturday. All they had to do was send someone to replace a lightbulb. Seriously, a lightbulb. By itself, not enough for me to leave a review. But then they promised to email me two free nights since they never took care of the light. Surprise, they did not. Also, unrelated, I had to use a bottle labeled as dish soap to wash my hands. Didn't see any hand soap in the room.

I loved the beautiful artwork on the building. When I entered my room everything was clean. There were a couple of small issues with the shower handle coming off. But the matter was quickly addressed by the handyman. It was fixed within the hour. That was fast! The customer service was stellar! Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed. I will definitely book with this location again!

Lost reservation because my card declined, and I didn’t know anything until I got there around 10pm and traveling from 5 hours away. Not one contacted me to tell me this and latter I was very difficult to contact anyone to find out what happened. I had to go through Expedia. By the time I found a place to sleep I was 1 am. Not acceptable

The property was central to Wynwood and Midtown which were all the places I needed to be. Normally I would stay at the AC Marriot but decided to explore a new neighborhood. Don’t be turned off by the empty lots because they’re really starting to build up the area. Also don’t be turned off by the construction because it’s not loud at all. 5-10 min walk to get into the middle of the Wynwood neighborhood which is awesome within itself. The property was clean and email communication was instant. Nothing else I could ask for. It was perfect for me.
