Century Casino & Hotel Cripple Creek

All the staff was VERY FRIENDLY!! The food at the restaurant was amazing! The casino & rooms were very clean. Wish there was an elevator to our room that we didn't have to lug our luggage up steps. Other than that...HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!!

The elevator DOES NOT got all the way up to your floor. So you have to drag your suitcases up a flight!!!

Great casino, rooms are always very clean. Hotel is set up kind of wierd. There are elevators but depending on where your room is, you might have to walk up a flight of stairs.

Unique, very nicely updated. Couldn’t get to our room without navigating several steps. More outside noise than expected.

Quiet stay, in a nice room. Restaurant options in the hotel were limited, but walkable to other choices. Lots of stairs with luggage to access our room, no ramps.

This property is great. Since it's a casino, drinks are free and dinner was buy one get one free at the restaurant. Plus they gave mea veterans discount ! Our room was large and spotless. Only negative is that the parking is across the street and a little inconvenient when you have luggage

The hotel and casino were very good. Our only issue was carrying our luggage up stairs to our room. We know there is no other way to do this, but it is an issue for older folks. The check-in hostess did ask if we needed assistance but we declined. Our room was really nice, all the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great. We would definitely stay there again.

I wished it had been more handicapped friendly as too many stairs. Hard to get from one area of casino to another.

A beautiful job of renovating a historic building! Much appreciated free breakfast from the menu in the excellent restaurant and additional meal discounts on players cards. Room was nice, comfortable and generally clean, but some more attention may be given to dust in some areas (backs of doors, heating element in bathroom, etc. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our entire stay! It was one of the older hotels but everything was extremely clean. Every single staff member we interacted with was delightful! The bed was comfy too! Definitely will stay here again!

The staff was pleasent and room was clean. There was a slight odor in the room similar to dirty feet.

If it was supposed to be totally non-smoking, why did the entire floor reek of cigarette smoke? The beds were way too soft, and the pillows too hard. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to them.

Everything was wonderful and clean. When it was time for bed it was quiet. Really nice the room was comfy and nice and fresh. Overall stay was great.

We love staying here ! The only complaint I have is the amount of dust in the room. The blinds had so much dust as well as the vent in the bathroom.

You just never know what to expect when you stay at a private brand hotel. This was exceptional. Room was spotless. It's combined from several buildings. So, there are many steps. I'm a little older but managed. I would definitely return.

Room was so dirty, under the bed had an inch of thick dust, never has been vacuumed. The food was gross, plate full of grease. Horrible food didn't go back for our free breakfast.

I usually love the rooms at the Century, but interior queen room 211 was a big step down from previous stays in a king room. Not just in terms of space, but this room is in serious need of repairs and updating. It had many dings and chips in paint all over. Worst condition was the bathroom with peeling paint, chipped porcelain, and black spots on the ceiling over the tub.

The hotel was decent. Only downside is there is no shower door.So its chilly to take shower. Also the pillows were rock hard. So hard to sleep on.

The casino/hotel had a really big comfortable room. The bed was comforable though they had tall hard pillows, and the shower was strange as it was a glass wall to the bedroom side, though there was a curtain you could draw for privacy, but the walk-in opening side could have used a glass door or curtain as the cool air from the room was chilly comjng into the shower, as there wasn't a door to the bathroom, only to the toilet. They had mice scented shamproo, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast credit was more than enough, and signing up for the players card got an additional bogo meal. The reastaurant had good food, and our waitress was awesome. Everyone here was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We would like to thank Logan Sweeney for switching our room in the middle of the night. There weren’t any windows in our room that opened to the outside and it made us feel claustrophobic.

Everything was wonderful the only problem we had was the queen bed. It was a bit lumpy and caused a few minor back aches for myself and my husband. Still love Century Casino and will stay there again.

Room 211 is very small with different amenities. Room should not cost the same as a king size or larger room with walk-in shower.

Average/typical casino hotel. But loved the large room and the staff was very helpful. Our only complaint really is that the pillows were too large--could not sleep on them. When we called to get other ones, they said that size was all they had. Looked good on a bed, but not useful for sleeping. Would have liked to have a fitness center, but we knew they didn't have one when we booked it.

Room 205 is very loud due to the casino below they supply earplugs for those rooms. They moved us to a much quieter room(219) it was very quiet. They made sure to compensate us very and take care of us. After all of the issues I recommend this hotel.

The room and bathroom were large compared to typical hotel rooms. The beds were soft and comfy. The staff was friendly and extended extra information about the area.

I always get a kick out of historic-style buildings, and the Century Casino & Hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are all on the second floor, but the second floor has multiple levels so it was kind of fun walking around the floor. Our king suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a southern view from the bedroom. The living room had a comfortable couch and second TV, as well as a dorm style refrigerator and microwave. The shower was a little quirky – I wish they would put in a glass door so it wasn’t partially open. The property was a lot of fun with easy access to the main floor casino, and a complimentary soda and ice machine in the banquet room on the second floor. As a first time casino guest there were some nice perks, including a bogo entrée offer and a generous breakfast credit that more than covered a meal and beverage.

Clean room, comfortable, coffee maker & fridge in room, iron & iron board too. Plenty of pillows (hard & soft for you to choose your preference). Easy to check out by phone from the room. Good customer service, I noticed an inconsistency between the room number on the bill receipt & the room we’d been given. The chap who came out to sort this when the hotel desk was closed was friendly & efficient. All got sorted quickly & easily.

Check in was good, breakfast the first day was good Luna or waitess was great, dinner was good the coleslaw wasn’t good Josh took it off the bill,the next morning breakfast food was good but the attitude of the staff was not good one young man working the front desk was complaining about working in the restaurant were everyone could hear his conversation, check out the person working front desk was not friendly after in checked out he didn’t say “ thank you for staying, did you enjoy your stay” nothing

We always LOVE our stays at Century. It is always our preferred place to stay over in Cripple Creek. Jaime at the front check desk is always stellar! MidCity Grill never disappoints! Thanks for yet again another wonderful overnight experience.

Suite was nice. Dining was terrible.Ordered steak and was over done. Over priced. Breakfast was even worse. Biscuit and gravy was just bad. Biscuits were hockey pucks. Rocks. Pancakes were dry and tough. Desk manager was just as bad. Long story I made reservations for a room with king bed and view over parking. I called back a week before trip and was told we had a reservation but no room. I explained we did have room and what room it was. Well the reservation person never reserved a room. So after some work we were offered a suite for same price. Also we thought we were offered a free dinner for the both of us. We drove from CA to hotel but got there later than we were expecting. So moved our dinner to the next evening. This led to thinking we were going to have it free for both. We received the bill for dinner and noticed that we were charged 27.00 something. Service people (waitresses were all talking and couldn't get their attention so we Left figuring the 27 would be changed to our room as they had my Visa card number. We went to bed and about an hour later there was a loud banging on the door. I answered it and found manager with a security guard there and accusing us of skipping out on our bill. I explained it to him and he told me no just I got a free meal and they wanted the 27.00. I paid him and went back to bed. I had a visa on account and even if they could not do it that way and needed me to pay you don't bang on door with security. What if I hadn't called?

When we first arrived a very nice gentleman helped us get checked in and was super helpful. The room was so nice and the bed was so comfortable. We will stay here again.

Check-in was completely corrupted. The agent couldn’t find the res, someone else, second agent, found it and handed it back to first agent. THEN, all caps on purpose, agent#1 booked us into the wrong room, 201, under someone else res!!??!! How stupid!! As we returned with our luggage 2nd agent flagged us down and stated the mess-up. So we stood there waiting for incompetent agent #1 to fix all her mistakes!! Yea, this is not gong well !! What a company.

My husband and I missed check-in time, but I had called ahead to alert the front desk. Check in was very smooth as a result and we had an upgraded room which was fantastic, especially given this was our honeymoon. The fireplace was a lovely touch that made the evening extra romantic. The shower in the suite was a double shower that came in very handy as well. The property was very clean and the included breakfast was a very pleasant surprise as it wasn't continental. We would definitely consider another stay at this hotel.

This was first time in the area. We heard loud noise from downstairs. Earplugs were on table. To get free breakfast, we had to make player’s card. We don’t gamble. Hotel is old and never renovated. There are some stained in bath tub and bed‘s quality are like cheap motel. I doubt this 3 star hotel? Area is isolated and shabby.

The hotel and casino is located in a historic building in an iconic town surrounded by the rocky mountains. The drive to Cripple Creek fron Colorado Springs is beautiful!

This hotel is right on the main strip in cripple creek. You can walk to all the other casinos and restaurants. It has a very historic feel to the rooms and hotel.

The area in the mountains is beautiful. We were there in the summer so it was comfortable yet the crowd was light and a lot of table games weren't open. I grew up near there and was sad that Cripple Creek has a lot of empty buildings - the architecture is old and unique and now being eclipsed by a gawdy new building that has taken over the skyline. I'd pick a smaller hotel/casino like yours any day over that.

Parking was great and the staff was friendly. Only complaint was water pressure/volume for the shower was weak and they could of splurged for 2 ply toilet paper. The in house grill was good and gave us a great deal on our meal because it being my spouse's birthday.

Great hotel. Room was fantastic. Staff excellent. Resturant was great. Very nice menue. Waitress and other staff in resturant exceptional. Price, free breakfast, resturant, room and casino gets a 5 rating. Will return in the future.

The breakfast was amazing! We enjoyed our meals and they were part of the cost of the stay. Our lunch was delicious and buy one get one free. My friend requested extra coffees for the room, and we had barely made it to our room when the coffees arrived. Plenty of room, clean and nicely arranged

They served me raw chicken. I gave it back to the waitress and she took it back to the kitchen where they admitted it was raw. She was fantastic, but most likely another bite would have laid me up for my vacation. Get your stuff together in the kitchen and you will be perfect. The food comps were great, free full restaurant breakfast each day and buy one, get one prime rib dinners. I would like to add a special shout out to the wait staff at the restaurant!

The rooms are so beautiful and have all the amenities. Love having a refrigerator and microwave. The food at the restaurant was great! We loved our breakfast this morning that was included. We like this hotel best of all in Cripple Creek.
