This was a nice property and rates were very good. I was surprised at the $10 per night parking charge. There was plenty of parking spaces, and should just be built into the room price. I was pleased with the stay and would return in the future.

We had a nice stay, courteous staff, nice bar/restaurant. Room was clean and nice and well appointed, elevators worked well. The pool was nice but it really could use a pool vac, the inside pool surface was really dirty.

I was very disappointed with this hotel expected a better from the Marriott brand bathroom and rooom was not clean AC was not cooling down and people at hotel did nothing pool was dirty my and my daughter got cut on chair by pool no one at hotel didnt do anything about it

Everything was great until we got into our room. There was a odor of cigarettes and smelled like someone had just smoked 2 packs of cigarettes. Then periodically noticed ants, bed bugs, etc on the walls and near the bed

The room was clean always had fresh towels. Not all the plugs worked no shower curtain in the bathroom just a piece of glass. That was odd. And other than noisy neighbors the first night it was a good stay.

Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. Safe very friendly. Shower is open walk through shower. It doesn’t have a door on shower and water got all over the bathroom floor. Other than that, great experience.

Room was dated, bathroom had a mold smell and ac in the room didnt work priperly. I complained twice about the ac and they sent a twch right away who couldnt do much about it, other than tell me the ac had a sensor that was keepijg the compressor off. I dont recommend this Courtyard.

We arrived at 4pm to check in, the front desk lady was not friendly at all and very frustrated told me that there were no rooms cleaned. We left and came back after 10 pm, the same lady with her same unfriendly and frustrated attitude told us that she only had rooms in the first floor and continued complaining about the horrible day she was having in the hotel. Dreadful service, the only reason I don't give a 1 star is because on Saturday for breakfast, the lady was very friendly and happy, our breakfast at the hotel was great, then on Sunday for our check out, the 2 ladies that assisted me with questions on my bill were also very friendly and even though they couldn't give me a good explanation for the problem, they were still nice and friendly.

People screamed in hallway 4 am front desk didn't do anything and in morning when i check out i told them about they say i should of call them tell them that and all that was happening 20 ft away from front desk ? I heard stupid answers before but that was another level of stupidity

I called Marriot Bonvoy to help me with my check in due to the fact that Raymond at the front desk was horrible and despicable. The young lady from Bonvoy customer service I spoke with was very polite, kind, and tried to help me with Raymond. His attitude toward her was pathetic and disrespectful also. She apologized profusely, and mentioned she never had an experience like the one we were having with Raymond.

Just a note to say there are no places for shopping or eating within walking distance. The food at their restaurant is delicious but they are closed from 10 AM to 5 PM. Also, don’t sleep on the first floor because of noise from the staff all night long. They gave us a room on another floor after the first night.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was updated but unfortunately the bathroom fan in our room didn’t work. It wasn’t a big deal as we were using cold water to shower since it was so hot. The hotel was nice but it was a bit far from entertainment options. I was pleased with the parking. There was plenty of space to park. The hotel does charge for self parking. The area was safe and quiet. If you have a rental car I would say this is the perfect hotel since many attractions are a 10-15 minute drive. The dining selections were few around this areas, so plan ahead if you don’t have a vehicle.

This was just a quick one-night stay with my fiancé before heading to Disney. This hotel is in a nice location, situated right between MCO and Walt Disney World Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and clean. I did find it odd that there were two shampoos and no body washes in our shower, but that just may have been a fluke, and I’m sure I could have asked the front desk for a bottle. I also noticed that the water pressure is very light, which could be a bit of a challenge if you have thicker hair and are used to a heavier water pressure. Overall, this was a great stay for the price, and if we need something in a pinch, we’d definitely consider staying again.

Easy Check In friendly staff. Snacks available for purchase which is great. Clean rooms and quiet. Will consider staying in the future only down fall not that many options close by to get food you would need to drive out but it does help there’s a Wawa close by and Publix and Dunkin’ Donuts about 10 min away

I got a list. Shower is unsafe and messy, the shower head spill water out of the pan. Not towel hangers for dry the towers during the night so wet towels the next morning. No buffet breakfast, do not include the breakfast is a cheap and limited version of the full menu for the same price choose the food in the lobby

The hotel was very clean and modern. Though advertised as free parking, I was charged $10 per night for parking. I also could not get my AARP discount because I booked with Hotels.com. The shower in my room only allowed half of the water coming out the bottom faucet to make it to the shower head. The shower drain was also slow leaving you to stand in ankle deep water while you showered. I ordered wings for from the lobby bar and had to return them because they were ice cold at the bone. So, very clean and updated hotel with very comfortable beds and pillows.
