This was a great hotel close to transit and dining and convenient stores also the room came with a washer and dryer, which was very helpful. Did not have to bring lots of clothes. could wash every day. Had a ice machine and vending machines in ground lobby.

There are plenty of places to very close by, as well as a 7-11 and Family Mart. Although there is lots of activity in the surrounding streets, the hotel is very quiet. Free coffee in the lobby from 6am - 12midnight. Walking distance to all of the heavy activities (ie Omoide Yokocho, Kabukicho) and train stations. Rented a room with a washer/dryer which worked well. However, it takes about 4.5 hours to complete on load. So do laundry during bedtime. overall a very nice, safe, quiet hotel and would stay here again.

A nice and clean hotel in an extremely nice part of Tokyo. Thousands of restaurants nearby, and easy access to public transportation. You could grab a free coffe in the reception, and the room had both a fridge and a washing machine. Staff were lovely and helped us with storing our luggage. A solid hotel recommendation.

This was our second Tokyu Stay experience. They provide a small room with the basics. One feature we enjoy, which isn’t available at many other hotels, is a combination washer/dryer. It won’t dry large loads quickly, but a few items at a time are fine.

The hotel staff was fluent in English. The rooms were not too clean as there were definitely stains on the walls. Overall it wasn’t a bad place because of location. Will consider coming back here next time.

Super convenient location and friendly staff. However, even though the washroom and bed looked clean, the rest of the room didn’t necessarily feel clean. The room had a stale/wet smell that bothered us for the first few days that we eventually got used to. The smell was worse when the warm air conditioning was turned on (which was easily avoidable since we didn’t need it after using it once). This isn’t to say I wouldn’t recommend this property; the location is very convenient and is overall not a bad place to stay. The washer is a huge bonus. We wished they had a water dispenser in the lobby but not the most important. If you’re looking for modern and/or a bit of luxury, this isn’t it, but definitely a great option for convenience.

This hotel looks very different than the photos, the room smelled like old feet, it was dated and even the walls were dirty. The worst part was the air conditioner had constant water pouring from it causing the entire floor and carpet to be wet.

Staff was very friendly upon check in. Our room was on the small side, but this was as expected for Tokyo. In future I would probably try to get a larger room than the semi-double for a couple of tall adults. Location was very convenient. Close to Shinjuku station and withing walking distance of many good restaurants. The room was fairly comfortable, though the mattress was on the very firm side and there were some scuffs on the walls that showed a bit of age. However, having a washer/dryer in the room was very convenient. Towels and garbage are changed upon request, and it was easy to do so.

Was a great location great staff always lovely and helpful. Nice little room the only thing wrong was the aircon didn’t work . But we also didn’t complain about it either so it probably could’ve been fix it we did but only had 3 nights and still really enjoyed our stay. End of October great time to visit so convenient. Will recommend it to friends and family

Amazing location for Tokyo right next to a train/metro station which is a must but sadly the rooms are tiny. If you’re staying in Tokyo for a while the economy rooms are too small for 2 people, so worth booking a twin room for the extra space.

Steps from the Shinjuku san-chrome subway stop, well located a block behind the Main Street behind Isetan department store. Lots to see, do, eat within a few blocks. Room was very small and impossible to open a clamshell suitcase except on the bed. Window looked out on a wall of pipes only a foot or so away from the window, making the room dark even in daylight. Step up into the bathroom was high, so be careful not to stub your toes getting up into bathroom at night. English communication depended on who was on duty; Japanese communication was good. Breakfast buffet next door at cafe.

Shinjuku Sanchome station is about 1 min walk to C3 entrance and less than 10 mins walk to Shinjuku station. The room is descent size and can accommodate multiple luggage. Great location right by a bunch of good restaurants, a few mins walk to Shinjuku station, shopping, golden gai and the stunning national garden. Solid 3 star hotel experience. I stayed twice, in a smaller single room and a larger double (with washer). The bed was comfortable and bathroom fine, even in the smaller single room. I never got the air conditioning to get cool enough though in either room, even after grabbing the instructions in English from the lobby (I don’t see why these aren’t in the room…) and resorted to opening the window. The furniture/fittings are a little tired/worn. On balance worth the money for the location. Note if you don’t have a washer in your room there are no shared laundry facilities.

This plain room was just what we needed for our Tokyo stay. Lots of shopping and dining in the area. The twin room was just big enough for us as a couple, and the AC worked well in the hot weather. Loved being very close to transit. Only downside was the window was frosted glass. It was good for privacy, but would have been nice to see out, and that was a very minor thing. We would stay here again.

The hotel’s location is excellent — just a minute’s walk to Shinjuku Sanchome Station, with plenty of restaurants all around. Everything you need is within walking distance: Shinjuku main station, the express airport bus stop, and even a Family Mart just a few meters away. The room had a good-sized window and even a washer-dryer, which was super convenient. Breakfast featured great Japanese dishes, although there were no alternative milk options like soy — but Starbucks was just a minute away, so it wasn’t a big issue. Now for the downsides: After a long flight, we arrived early and asked to check in at 2 PM instead of 3 PM. The room was ready, but they still charged about $20 for the extra hour. Understandable, but a little disappointing considering the room was available. The biggest issue, however, was the bed — the mattress felt very cheap and springy, and we couldn’t sleep well at all. Also, the room walls had visible marks, likely from luggage. And just a heads-up: like many hotels in Japan, there were no night pajamas or complimentary skincare products provided. Overall, it was okay for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer because of the bed.

I heard staff speaking english and chinese very well. Location is very close to the train station. They helped shipped our luggages to our next hotel. Room is reasonably sized and bathroom was nice. I would stay here again!

This hotel relies to heavily on its convenient location and larger western style rooms. This hotel lacks the Japanese hospitality that we got used to during our stay which was 3 weeks and this was our 8th and last hotel of our trip. We found our front desk checkin person was very short with us, housekeeping only would change towels and garbage for our entire stay upon being requested-which was 4 nights. The part that really got me was we asked for a later check out (by an hour) and then we were told if we wanted an extra hour we would have to pay 50% of one nights stay to do so. One night we accidentally forgot a room key to get back in and front desk staff informed us we would need to pay $20 cash if we didn’t return both keys at check out. There’s too many hotels conveniently located near train stations this isn’t the only one in all of Tokyo so I’d give another hotel a try first before booking here again.

Convenient location! Just around the corner from an entrance to the Shinjuku Sanchome station. We walked from our hotel to everything we wanted to see in Shinjuku as well as down to the Meiji Shrine. Loved that in this particular area there were smaller restaurants and we found some of the best food right next to the hotel.

Easy check-in and out and gorgeous views from the top floor. Really enjoyed our stay here! In-room laundry was our decision point, was super helpful for us but the standard load time is 4 hours FYI. Spacious room and bathroom, free coffee but expensive breakfast which we skipped. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. Area seemed great for restaurants as well, although we had dinner plans in another neighborhood. Very convenient to Shinjuku station and easy to get around to all of Tokyo from there.

Excellent location, great for transport to anywhere, close to lots of dining options. In a quiet area away from the lively part but close enough to walk into in about 5 minutes. Very clean, good facilities very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is in restaurant opposite with great selection and quality food and drink choices. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
