We have stayed here before and return because they have a public bath (but alternate hours for men and women use). They also have a breakfast included that many hotels do not offer. We were able to get connecting rooms to be next to each other with our grandkids which is a plus. The hotel is very near transportation and there are a number and variety of restaurants nearby. The rooms are typical Japanese small but having bunks available is good.

Solid hotel in Akiba, rooms are a bit small for the price but are pleasant. All of the doors are code access instead of card though, which I found to be annoying. There is only one elevator, which did get very busy around checkout time.

Excellent hotel! Great breakfast and free evening drinks. The onsen was fantastic, and perfect after long days walking. Tattoo friendly. The location was great multiple subway stations within walking distance and JR rail. Staff were so lovely and so helpful. Can’t wait to come back with my family! Thank you!

Hotel is within walking distance to several Metro an JR lines. Breakfast offers also some 'Western' cuisine like bread, croissants, marmelade, egg, etc. Rooms are very small but clean, and the hotel offers an onsen to relax after a long day sightseeing. If you are on a budget and can't find a hotel with larger rooms (I'd recommend 20m² and up), I can definately recommend this hotel.

The Akihabara SuperHotel is located 3 minutes walk from 2 metro stations. Near it there are both Akihabara and Ameya Yokocho zone full of little places whith drink and food. the breakfast has a good choice (both western and japanese style). room clean and with free accessories available (disposable combs, razors ...). Rooms are small and only one receptionist speaks fluent english but it's very common in japan. So no negative note for these subjects. Great stay !!! I'll select it again in a my future stay in Tokyo

Good cheap spot to get to tourist attractions and public tranpsort. Very small room, notbsuitable for everyone. If restricted mobility do not stay. Only 1 lift for 14 floors. Great view from 14th floor. Breakfast options limited ofr vegetarians or vegans so wouldn't choose breakfast ifbyou have restricted diet. Onsen nice. Pillows awful but luckily they have an array of other pillow options at frint desk area but be quick. Helpful staff storing luggae and arranging to delivery onwards to next hotel in Osaka.

This hotel did what it it needed to do! Breakfast was nice, the beds were fine and the pillows were…. Interesting. The rooms were very small and we had some difficulty navigating them while our bags were in there with us. The AC was adequate in the summer. The location is right off the main Aki street, but maybe a few blocks farther from the train station that it would have to be before I’d say it’s ‘convinient’. It’s basically half way between Akihabara and Ueno stations, it seems. I’d stay here again if I needed to no problem but I will look for another place before I do.

Très facile de se déplacer vers Akihabara et la ligne de métro Ginza. Très bon déjeuner offert en plus des boissons le soir. La chambre et la salle de bain est très petite. Si vous êtes une personne de grande taille, il serait difficile pour vous de prendre une douche. Les lits sont confortables et je vous recommande de prendre un oreiller à l’arrivée car ceux dans la chambre sont fait avec des billes de bois on dirait. Tout de même satisfait. Il offrent le service de Kuro Neko pour les valises à réserver avant 15h pour une livraison le lendemain.

with an excellent location, but the best thing was the attention of the girl at the reception, always very friendly and accessible, we asked her to leave the suitcases safe after checking out and without any problem she kept them for us for a few hours during which we took the opportunity to see more stores. Comfortable (although the pillow was somewhat hard), very quiet, it is a very good option.

I like they had a little open bar that was completely free. Breakfast was pretty good too. The bottom bed was pretty spaceous. Room and bathroom were pretty small but functional.

It was very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had the full bed and the twin bed bunk on top. The room was quite small for three adults, but it wasn’t unexpected. They don’t have a storage area for luggage so they utilize the lobby. Breakfast ends at 0900 which is a bit early. The pillow we had was very hard and lumpy. I never got a chance to utilize the onsen. I wish I had! Overall I would stay there again, but not with three people. Lol

Good location, well located within a few minutes walk to Akihabara and/or the subway. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were helpful. But this place crossed the boundaries when it comes to reducing everything to a minimum. The bathroom was almost unusable as it was way too small even for a person my size (I’m 1.70 m or 5’7” tall) I can’t imagine anyone taller than me moving inside that tiny space.

This place is tiny! I know rooms in Japan generally run smaller but the bathroom was so small, your knees could practically hit the wall in front of you and the shower was so compact - I would not stay here if you are over 5'9 or you will not fit in the shower. We had a bunk bed, which was comfortable but the pillows are filled with some kind of rocks or wood pieces and are so hard. They do give you any option to grab small pillows at the front desk but they are small and flat. I'm glad we only booked this place for one night as I would not be able to be comfortable for more than that. The staff was very friendly and let us leave our luggage for the day after check out while we explored the area before heading to the airport. I the rooms were clean and had a small refrigerator. Only one elevator so you could wait a bit. The free breakfast and free drink upon arrival was a nice touch.

My main complaint is about the bed and staff. We stayed in a room with a bunk bed, and both beds had extremely hard pillows. While theoretically the hotel offers pillow "menu" at the lobby, the soft pillows are all gone quickly as there are very few of them. If they are so popular, how come the hotel doesn't get more of them? We ended up suffering for our two nights with the rock-hard pillows. Even worse - when trying to ask the staff about it, we realized that the hotel had several "baby" pillows in their storage, which were regular soft, but they refused to give 1 or 2 of them to us because of our age, even though nobody else used them. What a disappointing customer attendance.

For Tokyo hotel costs and as a tourist for 3 night stay found this very much interesting and value for money. The rooms are compact and we were 3 in a room with a bunk bed. Unusual when compared to Osaka and Kyoto which is logical. Walkable to Okarimachi and SueHerochou subway and short taxi ride from Keisei Ueno station if you are taking skyliner to Narita. Also walking distance to Anime street Akiahabara and food street/shooping street in Ueno. Last not the least they have free breakfast. What I didn't like - breakfast items have no labels (veg/non-veg, Pork/Beef etc). This can be improved.

Well kept hotel. As per most japanese hotels the facilities were great and we enjoyed use of the onsen. The breakfast service was varied and got us set up for a day walking round Tokyo. The location is good with easy access to various local eateries and metro lines to get around the city. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast offered by the hotel is very impressive. Both Japanese and western styles are available. Everything is perfectly cooked/toasted. I didn’t feel hungry until late afternoon everyday. It’s truly a budget stay without sacrificing quality.

This isn’t a luxury hotel. But for what it is, it is great! We loved the breakfast buffets and the drinks in the evenings. We would come back for these alone. Easy access to anything you would want. You won’t regret staying here.

Excellent hôtel très proche de Akihabara. Chambre au top en termes de services, juste un peu petite mais dans Tokyo et à ce prix-là, c'est normal. Petit-déjeuner très complet et même boissons offertes de 17 à 19h. On recommande fortement.
