View is outstanding. But when we returned from our trip we found the shower had flooded from the toilet, plumbing issue. We also found a silverfish insect crawling around the plug sockets. When we spoke to reception they offered us new rooms to split us up. Which we didn’t want and that the silverfish is common and comes out of the plug sockets. We took a spare room to use the toilet and shower. And plugged everything into sockets. To enter the hotel you go up to the 8th floor. Then you go down a different lift to your room. The hotel is nice. Just the room we was in was not looked after. We used the tram to get into Amsterdam and it was perfect. Family 24 hour pass was €27. We went in the evening and the next morning. We parked in the supermarket which is less than 3 minute walk and only €7.50 for 24 hours.

On the first day, the room was uninhabitable due to a massive number of fruit flies, and the refrigerator was not working. Furthermore, we did not receive a baby cot for 3 out of the 5 days. The staff are friendly, but guests must stay outside during cleaning and wait for a response before entering—entry is not allowed immediately without permission. The air conditioning in the first room was not working, which forced us to change rooms. The other room was better, but it came without a refrigerator. The hotel deserves a maximum of 2 stars, not 4."

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.
