Easy check in. Clean room. Convenient location. Free breakfast. There’s also WiFi and laundry facilities. I had a private room with my own bathroom so that was great. Reasonably priced. Cons for me is that the bed was a bunk bed. I realize it’s to allow for more space, but the ladder to climb up could be better positioned. Also, they need more dryers.

明洞のど真ん中にあるのでとても便利です。朝早くから夜遅くまで出かけて途中荷物置きに帰って来るにも本当に便利。シャワー室もトイレも皆さん綺麗に使っていて、困ることはありませんでした。朝食もハム、チーズ、卵、パン、コーヒー、スープ、紅茶、オレンジジュースもあったと思います。コインランドリーも完備。タオルもあります。シャワー室は更衣室が無いので少したいへんですが、衣類を入れる袋を持って行けば、大丈夫でした。

便利な場所にあり、価格もお手頃で助かりました。はじめての韓国でしたが、土曜日のホテルがあまり残っておらず、価格も高騰しており、おそらく直前でキャンセルが出た4ベッドの部屋にひとりで1泊しました。見知らぬ人たちと同じ部屋で一晩泊まるのは不安でしたが、みんなあまり部屋におらず、ほとんど顔を合わせることがなかったです。ただ、いびきがすごい人がいて、あまり寝れませんでした。部屋は狭いですが綺麗でした。2段ベッドにそれぞれ遮光カーテンがついており（わたしは平気でしたが、隙間から外の光は漏れます）、部屋全体の電気はだれも消さなかったのでずっとついたままでした。空調の音がちょっとうるさかったのと、乾燥してましたが、許容範囲だと思います。洗濯機と乾燥機があります。各階の小さな洗濯機が確か500W硬化2枚、15階だったかにある大きな洗濯機と乾燥機が3,000Wだったと思います。受付で細かいお金に両替してくれました。粉の洗剤が置いてあり、自由に使えます。チェックアウト後、荷物を預かってくれるのですが、フロントの奥ではなく、受付前のロビーのようなスペースや横の通路に、スーツケースをただ置いておくだけ、とのことでした。（やろうと思えば、だれでも持ち出せてしまう…）ちょっと抵抗があったので、明洞の新世界百貨店の地下１階にある無料のコインロッカーに荷物を入れてから、街に繰り出しました。受付のスタッフさんは、英語が流暢で、日本語も少し話せる方もいて、感じが良かったです。便利な場所にあり、設備も綺麗なので、次回空きがあればドミトリーではなく、同行者と一緒に貸し切れる部屋にぜひ泊まりたいな、と思いました。

It’s more like a hostel than a hotel or inn. You could find some dust, hair and dirt by the window and on the bed linen. We got our own washroom in the room, but it's actually an open space for wheelchair, and the shower is right above the sink without curtain separating the space from the toilet. Wifi is not password protected so everyone can use your room’s wifi. We didn't use their free breakfast. You can leave your luggage there but unattended - you can leave them in the corridor or under the breakfast tables and no one cares what you put or took away. A good cheap choice if you don’t mind too much.

This budget hotel is in a great location in central Seoul in the middle of a popular shopping district with street food blenders in the evening and many restaurants. Easy access to multiple subway lines and buses. The staff is friendly and helpful (we used English). The reception and dining area are on the 15th floor of a small highrise with rooms on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors. We had a great view of Seoul Tower. They proved a simple continental breakfast (bread, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, milk). This is a no frills hotel, the hallways are a bit narrow, cluttered, and underlit. The rooms are exactly alas shown in photos--small, clean, the beds very hard, some minor maintenance issues in bathroom (broken tiles on floor, sink slow to drain).

The room was clean on the surface but if you look closely it was kind of gross. The staff was pretty friendly for the most part and the location was great. I probably would look for another place to stay next time around.

The place is super hard to find it. Front desk personnel super helpful and friendly. The place is little dirty with piles of trash next to elevator. Room is ok. Towels are super comfortable. Ac unit is loud. Breakfast area little dirty. No many options. They can improve a lot with just little effort. Location is amazing next to everything.

The room smelled like bleach which should have meant that it was cleaned. But there were still balls of hair in the bathroom and the floor was sticky. Lot of flying fruit/flea bugs in the room. Got a headache from the bleach smell. The noise from other guests is obviously uncontrollably, but you can hear people talking in the other adjacent rooms. During my stay, some guests got back to the room around 2:30 am and were talking loudly so I was awaken by them. At first I thought they were talking in the hallway because it was so loud, so I checked and they were just talking in their room. The price for the room was cheap with sale discount, but it was initially listed as over a hundred dollars a night. Even with the sale discount, I don't think the room is worth staying in unless it's a last resort.

Room was really small, we booked a double room, we could barely fit inside. The cleanliness was subpar, the bed was really bad, the AC and the TV didn’t work. The only good thing was that the location was excellent. It was a part of a longer trip so if you’re not traveling with a backpack and staying for only one night I would recommend avoiding this place.

The staff were very helpful and kind. However the value for money was not there in our opinion. The first room we were in was a very small double with no windows and we paid nearly $400 AUD for that night. We were not expecting fancy accommodation but certainly expected more for that price. The booking did not mention no windows, in fact we recall it showing windows in the photos. The second room that they moved us too on night two at least had a nice outlook and was a little more private. The laundry facilities were very good. Commercial grade and fast and 24/7 access. The accommodation is very dated and there is no security or card swipes to come in other than your room. The location was right in amongst the hustle Myeongdong, which is what we wanted, but for the amount we paid, we would choose somewhere else next time.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. If you want to be near public transportation and shopping as well as tons of restaurants, this is an excellent choice especially for the price. However, there are some quirks about this hotel. Initially the staff was very kind and helpful. On our last day, we had one rude staff as we waited for our airport transportation. We had two triple rooms. One room had a VERY loud air conditioner and lights as well as outlets that didn’t work properly. The rooms were clean, but the beds are extremely hard (mattresses on plywood basically). The free breakfast is also a bit different but not a big deal since there are plenty of other options nearby. For the price paid, we were satisfied and would have rated it higher if the one room didn’t have so many things not working properly and if we didn’t have the rude staff encounter as we prepared to leave.

At the USD $50 or so price point, then very good value. But not so much if the walk-in price is $75 or above. Very clean rooms although common areas are shabbier. Good breakfast included. Very hard to find so be sure to get a diagram showing which small streets to walk down from after getting off subway exit 8. Next to Royal Hotel for frame of reference. Great location once hotel is found.

We missed the hotel the first time around as Myeongdong is very crowded after 5pm and this hotel is lodged in a little no exit alley between an Olive Young and the big Royal hotel, on the 15 floor of the building, near the cathedral. The room was very tiny, looking like the picture on Expedia with a TV and a fridge. We had a private bathroom with towels, toilet, sink and shower but the whole bathroom was the shower. There is no enclosure for that. Self serve breakfast (boiled egg, cherry tomatoe, ham, cheese, bread, butter, strawberry jam, cereal, orange juice, coffee and tea) is available at 7am but you cannot help yourself before even if it is ready. And you need to wash the dishes you used afterwards. Overall, it was a nice one night stay.

Super helpful staff!! Thank you for everything!! This was a great base to explore Seoul. I was hoping that they would have traditional Korean breakfast instead of continental style breakfast (eggs, bread, cereal), but this is just a personal preference and not a complaint. They did have great sauna eggs every day. Loved them!!

Breakfast was okay . Bread jam, peanut better , cereal, eggs. Coffee juice milk . The room was a bunk bed and was small. I personally would book the double beds ..I definitely need more space. The bathroom had mold but it makes sense because there’s no vent/ circulation and don’t leave the door open because then the room would be musty and damp . Area around was great but I would try another hotel in the area to see if they maybe they are better . I’m a little boujee so I could be a little to hard
