I liked the location of the Loft and the size of the room I chose. With my being there late Sat evening and Sun, no businesses were open which made it really boring. My bathroom shower had not been cleaned and the milk left for guests in the fridge was sour so we were not able to eat the cereal provided. Because there are so few guests, it's really peaceful. If you cannot climb stairs, don't stay here. I would stay here again and I do recommend it .

The directions sent by email were very precise; we were very impressed by the home atmosphere; accessibility to condiments and the kitchen area was very helpful. We were also very impressed by the little things; the key to the door with our name; we will definitely come again!

The Loft is a great place to stay in Magnolia Ar! The owners sent a text to help with check in! Very clean room, great location shopping and a bar and grill within walking distance! Will definitely try to stay there again when visiting my son at SAU!

The good: it’s a beautiful property. Very clean and comfortable, located close to everything in Magnolia. The bad: when we arrived our door code didn’t work, so we called the number provided. It went straight to voicemail. So we were left sitting outside in the dark in Magnolia hoping we’d get a callback sooner than later. Luckily, another guest came and let us in. About 20 minutes later, we did get a callback from Jeff. He was very friendly and apologetic and gave us another code. When we did get in, the air conditioning was off. Mind you, this is August in south Arkansas, so it was pretty brutal for the first few hours as a couple of window units worked to cool down the whole 2 bedroom suite with its 12’ ceilings. I’d probably book again if I needed the space, but I’d definitely be proactive in calling about the A/C ahead of time and I wish it was a little easier to get in touch with someone when the door code doesn’t work.

Cute and nostalgic place. Bedroom was great. Comfy bed and pillows. Room temp great but a/c unit outside window a little loud. Bathroom was fair. I prefer a sink with countertop. The pedestal sinks are quaint but not very practical.

We particularly enjoyed it as it had a homey feeling. And love the town square as it brought back memories of when I was a little girl and my mother would take me shopping or we would go to the movies. I hope to return to spend a weekend. Thank you. Debra McKeever

The Loft is a great place to stay in Magnolia Ar! The owners sent a text to help with check in! Very clean room, great location shopping and a bar and grill within walking distance! Will definitely try to stay there again when visiting my son at SAU!

First time to stay here, but not my last! What a quaint and wonderful place to stay. Extremely comfortable bed and very homey space. Coffee maker in the hallway and water and juice in the kitchen fridge. Very quiet too.

Highly recommend! Clean property close to dining and shops. I locked myself out of the room and they were quick to respond and help. I will be back!

I liked the location of the Loft and the size of the room I chose. With my being there late Sat evening and Sun, no businesses were open which made it really boring. My bathroom shower had not been cleaned and the milk left for guests in the fridge was sour so we were not able to eat the cereal provided. Because there are so few guests, it's really peaceful. If you cannot climb stairs, don't stay here. I would stay here again and I do recommend it .

The directions sent by email were very precise; we were very impressed by the home atmosphere; accessibility to condiments and the kitchen area was very helpful. We were also very impressed by the little things; the key to the door with our name; we will definitely come again!

Located in the downtown square (hence the name), very charming and comfortable. We stayed in the family suite for one night. Great communication from the hotel, snacks included with stay which made my teenage son happy. Downsides were few - mainly just the traffic noise from being downtown right off the road. Other suites there may be quieter bc they are deeper in the building.

The property was quaint and “homey”. I appreciated the communal kitchen and provided amenities, such as coffee, bottled water, and “emergency” toiletries. My only criticism is the bathroom. I bought some command hooks for the shower as there was only one hook for the towel, nowhere to store washcloths. Also, a small table next to the sink would’ve been nice as my wife struggled to apply her makeup each morning.
