We stayed for 1 night before travelling to Busan the nest day. Hotel has a very convenient tunnel from Seoul station especially good during thunder showers. The room was high quality. Massive TV, bed, shower and bed high standard.

We were allocated a room by the train track. I assumed the hotel would have had some decent sound proofing but this was clearly not the case. The noise became more obvious once we were out for the day around 9pm. It was unbearable for us and we asked to move to a quieter room. At the time of the request there was nothing available. I asked to cancel the room so we would find another hotel. I was told we could not cancel but I insisted we had no choice as we would not be able to rest before our flight the next day. After about 10 minutes we were told there was another room away from the train track and this was much improved. The staff were generally kind and helpful.
