Our room was comfortable and clean. The lobby area is being remodeled so no access to the lobby or staff and no breakfast provided which probably accounts for the discounted price of the room. So overall the discounted cost compensates for the limited services provided during remodeling which seemed like a fair deal for our one night stay.

In all honesty if you’re looking for an affordable hotel this is the place to stay, but you won’t get any perks like breakfast or anything because they don’t have a lobby at all. As I’ll put it, you get what you pay for.

Had to get a room overnight pulling a car on a trailer. They came out to show me where to park it so it was visible from my room. Check in was easy. Pet friendly. Subway, McDonald's, and Loves right beside the hotel. Quick on and off the highway. Room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Not far from local restaurants in the area.

This hotel should not have been listed with the current pictures. We were greeted by a receptionist who was behind a “secured teller window”!!! Made me really uncomfortable about the place and the area. There was no beautiful reception like in the picture, no breakfast room at all either. I read in other previews that they were renovating. Didn’t see any construction work going on. It looked more like the place was falling appart, and that they went the “cheap” way. Big disappointment. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean. Mattress was good.

The overwhelming smell of marijuana and cigarettes cause my son to have several seizures and had to leave after 3-5 minutes in room. It caused us to have to leave Request refund. Took 30 plus minutes Not sure if we will receive refund We drove one hour till he got under control and found a different one

We took a chance & I was very pleased. Nothing fancy but just exactly what was promised, a comfortable clean place to shower & sleep. We stopped for the night on the way to Florida. It’s nothing special but it’s a good motel. Good water pressure in the bathroom and clean beds. It is really close to a truck stop and the highway so it’s not the most quiet but overall it was exactly what we needed.

We requested a 1st floor room since my husband and I have difficulty climbing stairs. The manager refused to even check the 1st floor rooms for availability. We noted several rooms were empty on the 1st floor when we checked out early the next morning. We traveled on this vacation for over 3 weeks. This is the only hotel to refuse our request. The bed was so uncomfortable both my husband and I were unable to sleep more than a few hours. Checking in was very strange. A small window was the only way to communicate with the front desk. The wi fi had an extremely weak unsecure signal. It was directly next to a truck stop so getting in and out was challenging. Driveway was full of ruts and potholes. I do not recommend this hotel.

This is without a doubt the best hotel that i have stayed on my three week motorcycle tour across the United States. The staff was exceptional. The room was large. The bed and covers were 10 for 10. Shower was perfect and the bath very clean.

Front desk lady was very rude when I checked in. She said I had to wait 30 minutes before I could check in and so I had to wait until 12 am to check in. When I checked out I was questioned by her husband why my service dog was not with me. He had to know every detail. Which is against the law for him to ask.

Too long to check in,desk clerk takes your driver's license and credit card, disappears and returns in 5-20 minutes Stayed there over 10 times. Like location and smoking room,but check in needs to improve.

So for a one night stop this place is great. It was very clean, had everything needed in the room, was pet friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is there were limited eating options nearby and the area just felt alittle sketchy. Thankfully I was traveling with my young adult son, but would not have stayed there if I had been alone as a woman.

The location is great. It's close enough to anything we need in Tupelo but still far enough away from the busiest part of the city. The room looked, smelled and felt clean. The water pressure in the room we stayed in was amazing! The bed could have been a little softer but that's probably just a preference thing. The staff was friendly and helpful.
