We rented a room with a balcony, and were delighted with the accommodations. Plenty of room for our family, great location (close to the Spanish Steps), and the apartment was equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator & washing machine. It was like having an actual home in Rome, and the staff were very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return!

I stayed here with my family and the only problem we had was that there is no elevator, we got the room on the top floor and going up with luggage was quite complicated.

Lovely hotel, room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Fabulous view, we were on the 4th floor which is a lot of steps! ( No lifts in the building) The staff were very friendly and all spoke English. Beautiful little roof top terrace if you can climb another flight of stairs. Location was excellent, literally 2mins walk to the Spanish steps and Metro station. Road outside can be a little noisy, but overall had a great stay.

Please pay attention that the room location is not the location of the hotel "Tritone Top House". The room is around 500 meters away from "Tritone Top House". But the room was still a few minute-walk away from famous "Spanish Steps". Also, the pictures on the site are much much better than the reality. Parking is not free. You have to park your car in a car park (20Euro per day) which is 15 minute-walk away from your room. Our room was on the 4th floor, no elevator which was not mentioned in the web site. We had 2 big luggages and 1 small luggage. Luckily, the staff helped us to take them to the 4th floor. However, when check-out, there was no staff around, we needed to bring them down to ground floor. After all, the room was clean and the shower was good. I would feel much better if the web site could mention all the things above in advance.

Triton top house is an assortment of properties around the 70 via crispi in Rome. Ours was a top floor property with convenient washer, kitchen, a sofa bed, a single bed and a twin bed with a bathroom. Pros: conveniently located in near the Spanish Steps, has everything you need to cook and eat in, do your laundry and sleep, has good AC, friendly staff. Cons: hidden fees (100 euros for cleaning and tourist tax), some water damage on the ceiling causing the plaster to fall off, only 2 butter knifes, only one set of keys, you have to contact them to get checkin instructions but after 25 calls, no one answered. I would do it again. I had a great time in Rome with my 3 kids and partner, and it was thanks to the convenient location of the property.

The apartment was lovely and well stocked with essentials, even a washing machine. The location was within easy walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and great restaurants, a great little Italian market and close to a metro subway station.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But too many stairs to climb amd no elevator at Via del Babuino 70 Comfort Rooms. 75 stairs to climb at the end of every day after sightseeing in Rome is a lot. Fortunately we have no knee problems. But if your knees are not strong, or you have any heart condition or are over age 65, make sure your room is on the 2nd floor!

Cons:Description deceiving. Looked beautiful and clean in photos. They put us in a different building than we booked. Had to walk a half mile through streets w our bags. Filthy, smelly bathroom and entry. The whole building had a bad smell. No elevator, tons of steps. Tiny entry off of street, narrow stairs to a part time office on 2nd floor. Pros: Nice person in office. Good location Verdict: Would never stay again

3 adults, one teenager stayed in this apartment. We stayed in the Executive room at Via de Babuino. The flight of stairs were a nightmare but to be expected in Europe. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The host was very responsive and friendly. A couple of items of note, one of the bathrooms had a terrible, ongoing smell of mold along with a small leak alongside the bidet. The WIFI was not working and we continued to have rolling blackouts for a small part of our stay. However, the location is outstanding. I would stay here again but request a first floor room.

Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email.

The internet/wifi was terrible and couldn’t connect, we were expected to sign into our own Netflix, and the rooms aren’t soundproof at all you can hear thumping and voices at night. The locks on the doors are also odd in that if you lock it anyone inside can’t get out. However, the cleaning services were excellent. Also there are many flights of stairs with no elevator so if you plan on taking a lot of luggage it will be very difficult to travel with.

Communication with the property was excellent as long as it was done through the messaging system within the Expedia App. Could not get ahold of the property if it was done outside of the Expedia App. Friendly staff that allowed us to store our bags at the property early while it was cleaned. Used them to help arrange reliable transportation to and from the airport/cruise port.

The driver that met us at the airport was great! He was right where we were told he would be. Friendly, helped with bags and felt safe for transport. Excellent service! Likewise for the check in process at the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not sure if its just an advantageous "tourist" fee or what, but we were charged a hidden and unexpected additional fee (not cheap) for standard service like towels and linens. Hidden fees are not ok and when you are checking in late and after a long day of travel you feel as if you have no other choice but to cough it up. This felt very opportunistic. We feel taken advatage of. On top of that, our room was never serviced, cleaned, beds made, or anything to warrant a fee of this nature. Our power also went out one night and there was no one around to help, the "office" is a few blocks down from the apartments and has limited hours. The "repair man" was going to take one hour to arrive. Overall, there are much better places to go for hospitality, experience, location, and treatment.

We have no kitchen, the AC was turned off when we went out during the day. The service horrible, they didn't clean the room and they didn't provide toilet paper or new towels daily. No person in the reception to talk to. Horrible place to stay. The only thing good was the surroundings.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Hotel gave excellent restaurant recommendations - I ate at several of the places they mentioned and they were all tasty and welcoming to English speaking travelers. Staff was helpful. Room was great for the price.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our visit truly memorable. Plus, the location is exceptional, being very close to many landmarks, architectural sites, markets, numerous restaurants around the corner, and souvenir shops. Additionally, the pickup and drop-off service to the airport was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever return, I will definitely stay at Triton Top House again

Lovely apartment, well decorated and in a cute courtyard. Check in is in a building down the road but then the lady who checked us in walked us to the property, pointing out on the way nearby shops, ATMs and landmarks. So close to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Everywhere is easily walkable from here, we walked to coleseum and to Vatican City. Good recommendations for restaurants in the information pack. Some traffic noise as expected in a city centre but nothing that stopped us sleeping. Overall had a brilliant stay!

Immaculate and spacious for our party of four. This unit can easily fit a party double our size but this was the last part of our trip and we all wanted privacy. This location offered more than enough space for us and was within walking distance to many attractions. It is an overall quiet and peaceful area. There is a market downstairs for all of your needs and lots of restaurants nearby.

Excellent home, very close to Trevi and the . Pantheon. We loved the restaurant righr outside our door called DeRoma, great breakfasts and dinner at their other location just meters up the street.
