Was a wonderful stay. We have a large dog and had no issues. Staff was very friendly and even eager to help. If we don't bring our camper next visit we will definitely be staying here again. Balcony was also a wonderful addition to the room. Lots of ducks and geese to watch.

Everything was clean! Staff was very nice! The rooms were quiet, water pressure was good. Bring a self lit makeup mirror if you want to do your make up easily. The free breakfast was comparable to other hotels in this price range. My only slight complaint is that there isn’t very much grass to take your dog potty at on site, but there is an open field across the street and and dog park a short walk away.

This hotel was incredibly nice! It was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in post Covid. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The view of the stream was very relaxing. There is also outdoor seating for breakfast along with a nice fire table. The pool was very enjoyable as well. If we return to PF, we will definitely stay here again!

First floor room with ramp to the parking lot made it easy to transfer luggage, plenty of space in the room with a beautiful view from our balcony overlooking the water. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast and parking were included. Everyone found something to eat, including a waffle with a bear image. Pool was well maintained. On a quiet street 3.3 miles from Dollywood. Pet friendly, but we didn't bring our dogs. What a gem!

Absolutely loved staying here. I could have sat outside on the balcony all day and watched the wildlife in the creek. And the views were amazing. Hotel was clean from the pool area to the room. Very well kept, very quiet. One of the best stays in my many travels. I will be staying there again.

The building/rooms are very outdated. The bathroom had paint bubbled up and flaking off. The faucets were just rusty and old. Floors were dirty and felt sticky. The balcony was full of spider webs and spiders. The bedding did not smell fresh. The staff was amazing! Overall, the hotel is in a great location but its not worth the money. Paid $565ish for 3 nights. There's newer hotels around at a lower rate. There's also very limited ride shares around so highly recommend to rent a car.

Twin Mountain is a nice, clean place to stay. I love that they have a view of the creek from the balcony and a gas fireplace in every room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the fireplace down by the pool. It was nice to sit out there in the cool of the evening and hear the creek in the background. The beds were not comfortable. We woke up with our backs hurting. And though they remodeled a few years ago, it's already starting to look worn. Our bathroom had paint peeling above the shower head and visible dirt in the corners. For the price, it was a decent stay.

The atmosphere was calm and quiet, sitting on the balcony listening to the river pass by was phenomenal. We could see the river just sitting in bed, it was gorgeous. The room was unique--modern but super cozy, very tasteful and calming. This is a great place to go to relax but also be close to the main street in Pigeon Forge. The pool isn't huge but it doesn't get a ton of use and it is warm--perfect! The only thing that was slightly problematic was the water pressure in the room--but with all of the other amazing things about this property, that wouldn't deter me from coming again. It was a great stay!

Room on the first floor was HUGE!!! The deck overlooking the river was fun to watch the ducks. Even though this may be an older lodge, it was perfect; close to every attraction on the main strip. Dolly Parton's Stampede arena is across the street, a very easy walk. Breakfast did not have too much variety, but the staff was very friendly. We will pick this option again.

The room was big and roomy. I just loved the fireplace! Being right on the river was a lot of fun because of bird watching. We were on the 5th floor and saw a bald eagle flying upriver below us. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was showing its age a little, but was clean as was the rest of the room. Breakfast included scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage links and waffles. There is very limited seating in the breakfast area. Plenty of parking though the spaces seemed small. The hotel was just off the main drag and near numerous attractions. Great location! Would absolutely stay here again!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Pigeon Forge! Will definitely stay again. There was construction outside the balcony. Sounded like someone was landing a plane, but we couldn't hear it until the door was opened. That was great and you didn't hear anyone walking around or in the next rooms! The room was spacious and the layout was very nice.

Nice are with a great view of river if your on that side. Clean rooms and breakfast was ok. Only suggestion would be change the shower curtain because it smelled horrible but bathroom was clean. Beds just ok. Felt lumpy so I had to move a lot to sleep. Also the walls are paper thin so you definitely hear anything and everything from the rooms on either side or outside. Over all nice place with a great view.

Our stay at Twin Mountain was great! Hotel is very clean. Staff was very nice. The balconies looking over the river were very nice and my favorite spot. Hotel is pet friendly, but well maintained and managed. We didn’t try the breakfast area, but it did look nice with several tables and chairs for sitting. Main note is only one vehicle space per room, but that didn’t affect us. Will certainly be there again.

Amazing staff, rooms and view! We throughly enjoyed our stay! Staff was very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Our room was very clean, the pool is great and so is the breakfast. From the friendly, helpful gentleman at check-in to the big, bright, shining smile of the young lady at checkout, everything we encountered was fantastic. The room was very spacious and CLEAN. The view of the Little Pigeon River was serene and relaxing with the geese and ducks playing and splashing in the water. The property was convenient to everything without being on “the strip” leaving you feeling strangled by traffic and other properties and businesses. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Enough options to suit myself, my daughter, and my 18-month old grandson. Everything was delicious. We will be going back in a few months are there’s no doubt where we’ll be staying. We just may have found “Our place.”

Twin Mountain Inn & Suites lived up to the great reviews! Quick check-in, clean, safe, and cozy all the way around. We interacted with two staff members (Robert at check-in and Mkayra (SO SORRY, I know I got that spelling wrong) at breakfast/check-out) and they were both amazing. Mkayra especially was so kind and courteous even as she was flying around the kitchen/dining area supporting breakfast hours. Our four-year-old daughter was amazed and commented how hard she was working :) Give that lady a raise! The breakfast itself was amazing as well (great sausage, biscuits and gravy, and bear-shaped waffles!) The hotel, lobby, room, and walkways are all safe, well-lit, clean, and comfortable. LOVED the private balcony overlooking the river and enjoyed watching the ducks in the morning. All this and only 5-10 minutes from Dollywood. Wins all the way around. We WILL be back!

Every time we come to Pigeon Forge we always stay here. We tell everybody about it. It is in the perfect location with easy access to everything. The cleanliness is great. We always have great service with your people. I would have liked a few more pillows personally. I really love the balconies in the rooms. Perfect spot to relax and unwind after being out all day.

May not be the most diverse options and the space is a little tight but it worked and it was a free breakfast and much appreciated. If you need conditioner for your hair, I would bring some. Thay was avout the only thing they didn't have. Cute place, great location, I will stay here again.

This hotel is wonderful! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Has a later checkin around 10pm, and front desk clerk was nice as could be. Breakfast seating area was limited, but there were a lot of hot options! Biscuits, gravy, sausage , scrambled eggs, waffles, seasoned taters, yogurt, cereal, muffins, and bagels. Pleasantly surprised by all the great options! Bedroom was a double queen with a balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon. LOVED the view and the room was very spacious with a fireplace, couch, 2 queens, and double vanity bathroom area. ABSOLUTELY would stay here again. Firepit by the pool was an added bonus and we definitely hung out there for several hours one evening talking to other hotel guests.
