I was totally impressed with the hotel decor in the check in area as I walked in. The hotel gives off a great atmosphere as you approach from the outside. The bar /restaurant amazing and the seating with fireplace was a plus. Excellent outdoor seating as well with warming accommodations. I will be back / thank you !

The hotel is very nice, staff was kind and there were several dining options nearby. Our room had a bit of a funky smell (sort of like feet), so that was a little bit annoying. The staff was very kind, however, they allowed parents of young children to drink alcohol and eat in the pool while the children were disrespectful of other guests. It would have been better if they had enforced their pool rules.

The subtle welcoming bar in the lobby was a nice surprise. The to go wine and beer options at the check in desk are very reasonably priced. Kids loved the opened concept lobby

The hotel & ppl who run the hotel were 100% awesome . Very nice helpful . General all around great staff. The only issues we had were the bed extremely hard . We had to go out & buy a soft mattress pad.

We weren't there very long. Bed was a little too firm, so we didn't get a very good night sleep and the sofa bed was below the standards that we've seen at other hotels. The sofa bed was not made, and there was only a fitted sheet, a blanket and one pillow to use on the pull-out.

All the hvac equipment was outside our window and it was very loud all night. Was told the sheets would be changed every other day we put a tiny little pen mark on all the bedding and it was not changed we even tipped the housekeeping person in the hallway. The hotel staff really didn’t believe me. After our first night I had to go ask for towels. And I was told I couldn’t use AAA or AARP discount because we booked third party. If that’s really a rule that’s stupid. Anyway for a Hilton and paying almost $200 a night we weren’t impressed. Will not be staying there again.

Front desk is great, room was a bit dated but clean and serviceable. Breakfast staff was a bit lax…you have to approach them for anything. They do not engage unless you talk to them. So it’s annoying when you have to wait for them to finish chatting before you can ask them a question. Location was great, since we had to be there for diver certification. The gentleman who checked us in (name began with A) was wonderful. He was so professional and personable. Overall great just don’t expect stellar service for breakfast.

A strange man walked into my room on my first morning there, which is terrifying as a solo female traveler. He did not knock, didn’t tell me who he was and I did not see identifying clothing or name tags on him. I went down to front desk to complain and they just shrugged their shoulders and said “yeah, that was probably maintenance, sorry” as if that makes it okay. I filled out a complaint form online and still haven’t heard back from management and it’s been two weeks now

We were there over Christmas and the hotel was clean and inviting and the staff was remarkable. Cheyanne was our server for breakfast all of our days and she was outstanding!!! Friendly, courteous and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed.

Smokers oasis was nice, land scaping was well kept. My only complaint is it's over priced, for what I paid at least breakfast should be included, and an error in booking caused me to pay for an additional day, which was costly.

Make note that there is no continental breakfast in the morning. There’s a restaurant in the hotel and the listing does say “breakfast available “ instead of “breakfast included”. Another buyer beware situation. I was traveling with a large group of students so this impacted our circumstances, if I’d been traveling alone it wouldn’t have been as big of a deal. Hotel was clean, but not worth the money for our situation.
