Indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub was a bonus, kids loved it! This is right on the strip in pigeon forge and easy access to everything!!! Room was great very clean and bed was awesome

It was a great stay, free parking, perfect walking distance, the pool was a little crowded.

I love the feeling of this hotel. It’s clean, and the staff makes you feel welcomed. It has a great breakfast. The lady at the breakfast area was super nice and helpful. They have coffee all day. I like the water and ice machine in the lobby. I fill my large cup up before I head out for the day. The pool has a nice slide, and there’s a hot tub at the outdoor and indoor pools. The beds are also very comfortable.

The inside pool and hot tub need some attention other than that it was a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay, room was clean, daily service was great. No complaints with our room. Pool was nice, the kids really enjoyed it. Morning breakfast was above average, had lots to choose from. Parking was a breeze. Easy to get in and out. Reserved online and check in was fast. Overall would recommend this place especially if you have kids. We will be back.

Pool and hot tub wad amazing

Easy and informative check in. Room was nice with a clean smell and feel. Pool was nice and well kept. The hot tub had too much chemicals. I sat in it for less than 5 minutes and started to feel nauseous and my sinuses began getting irritated. Other than that we had an overall pleasant stay and will return.

Excellent place to stay! Very clean & easy to find, right on the strip & close to many places to eat. You could walk there faster than driving bc of the traffic. The kids loved the pool!

The property was nice and the rooms were clean. As a pool professional i checked the water chemistry of the pool and spa. The pool was good. As with most commercial spa the water chemistry was not good. The spa would benefit from an automated chemical control system

Property was fine. Was walking distance of quite a few things. The staff was absolutely wonderful and kind. The floors were dirty. You couldn't walk around in your bare feet or dirty or sock feet without getting black all over your feet or your socks

Beds were dirty in 2 different rooms

Our room was very clean, the bed were very comfortable, and our room location was the best ever!

I really would love to give a higher rating but I can’t. Pluses: Great location, nice staff, pretty grounds, nice breakfast selection. The outdoor pool/splash area is nice. My kids enjoyed it and we were surprised to find it open in October. The water was warm. The outdoor hot tub was perfect. We didn’t use the indoor pool. It looked a little cloudy. The room was pretty quiet. Negatives: Our room was fairly gross. Whatever cleaning was done was the bare minimum. The floors were dirty (the washcloth was black when I wiped it) There was a dental glosser, popcorn kernel, pen top, 3 plastic forks, a hair bow, and a toy left in the room. The baseboards and corners were dusty. There was a shiny hand print on the headboard, hairs on the counter and tub walls, etc. I did report it to the front desk at checkout and they apologized and said they would have moved us to another room but we didn’t request that because we had doubts the other rooms would be much better and we decided to tough it out for 2 nights. In hindsight maybe we should have to! The sink dripped. The furniture was stained. One mattress was decent but the other was very soft. The air was either broken or the thermostat was wrong. We were burning up all night. The air would cut right back off after it turned on and it smelled a little musty. This place has a lot of potential and if it were cleaned properly and mattresses updated, I would stay here again. If you stay here, just bring your own Lysol wipes and a fan.

Pool was clean and well kept. Rooms were very clean. We walked to dinner and other places.

The room was clean but very dated. The tub/shower was old which resulted in using a rubber bath mat so you wouldn’t slip. The room was very, very musty smelling. Bought a box of baking soda to try to help with the odor. The staff were friendly and actually changed our room twice due to the overwhelming musty odor of one room and chlorine odor from the indoor pool in the other. This hotel is old. The pictures do not really represent the actual condition of the room. The breakfast was okay. The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs. The oatmeal was good. They also had pineapple juice in the juice machine which you don’t usually see and was happy for that. The location was great. You can walk to many attractions if you so desire, which we did. Even though the location is great, I don’t think we would stay again.

I had an amazing stay at Willow Brook Lodge in Pigeon Forge! The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. One of the best parts is the location — it’s right on the Parkway strip, so you can easily walk to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. You don’t even have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to! Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you want convenience, comfort, and great service all in one spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

There was dirt in one of the beds and it was there before anyone laid down. There was hair that wasn’t mine or any of my families hair in the bathroom in the shower. The shower head looks like it was never cleaned.

We nearly didn’t even stay the first night bc of the musty, cigarette/ animal smell that hit us as soon as we entered the room. The room itself can only be described as filthy with pet hair in the corners and floors so dirty that you couldn’t walk through the room without your feet being completely black. I wouldn’t even sleep beneath the covers, but my wife reported feeling dirty afterwards. Needless to say we will never stay at this dated and filthy property again.

The indoor pool and hot tub was fantastic, my daughter could not get enough. Just was a little cold walking back to room from pool. The tile floors could be cleaned better. I went barefoot and my foot was a little dirty after walking to bed and bathroom. Nice staff very accommodating. Great location, very pretty hotel. Would go back.

This property is as advertised. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained. I would stay there again possibly, the only concern was the bed. It was lacking. The mattress was too hard and could have used a topper or something. House keepers were excellent and room was always super clean, well stocked towels and linen! Honestly if the bed was better I would say 5 stars!

Overall the property seems in good condition except for the bed mattresses which seem old and in por condition.

Premium room with hard mattress, and worn accommodations. Noisey as well. Not relaxing place to stay. Employees were very nice.

Willow Brook is nice enough! The doors open outwards, which means you can hear all the cars coming and going and any conversation that your neighbors choose to have from their rooms down to the parking lot! The upgraded rooms looked great! And the breakfast is really good.

Loved the jacuzzi tub in the room!!

Room on 5th floor had view of mountains & pool. Liked the wood look flooring and comfortable two king beds. Will stay again if in the area.

Property is in a great location close to everything. Great for a short stay. Room was clean, but small. I stayed in a standard room with no balcony and no views. Felt like a motel. River in the back is not easily accessible (not as expected). Pool is smaller than expected.

The Staff were Very Friendly and very helpful when needed. The Breakfast was excellent, pools were refreshing, and rooms were great.

Staff was professional and courteous. Property was very clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was good and had great options.

If you're coming to Pigeon Forge, you have to book this hotel. The staff is friendly and loves to talk to those staying there. My wife left her 2 pillows in the room on the day we were leaving. The woman cleaning the room ran down 4 flights of stairs to tell me we forgot the pillows. And the location is right in the middle of the action.

The 3rd shift lady was very rude which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome

The service from check in to check out and everything in between was awesome. Our refrigerator was leaking when we gotin the room because it was defrosting and i called the front desk. They got maintenance to the room within minutes and he fixed it. He even cleaned the floor after he finished. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Mattresses were ok. Pillows were hard. TV was blurry. Housekeeping walked right into our room at 9am and then again at 10am. 2nd time here. Most likely won't be back.

Arrived around 11 and the security guard was working the window. He couldn’t find my reservation and then told me to rebook with him. I told him it was nonrefundable. He ended up having to call someone to come in and I sat outside for 20 minutes waiting. I eventually got in and it was a decent stay. The check in process put a bad taste in my mouth

Willow Brook Lodge is perfectly situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our room was ready early and check in was a breeze. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and as always the hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly!

The Willow Brook Lodge is great. The room was very clean. It is an older hotel but has been renovated. Our balcony overlook the pool. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There were restaurants, miniature golf, and shops in walking distance. We even walked to the Island to look around.

Location was perfect for anything and everything you wanted to do. It was quiet and clean. It was outdated. Tv very old. Mattress needs to be replaced. Had a towel that was thread bare. Breakfast was not good. Definitely could be better.

Could add a couple more options like yogurt or bacon to breakfast, but overall it’s very good! The two hot tubs and pools are very nice!!!

We enjoyed 2 nights and were happy with the accommodations. Room service came in and tidied up which is becoming less and less common during a 2 night stay. Breakfast was nice (other than the eggs) with plenty of seating and both breakfast and pool times were very accommodating. Staff was very friendly.

Had 3 night stay with great friends we met in Florida decided to meet and stay here because we have stayed multiple times with this hotel and know what to expect each time. Great walking distance to many attractions. They also have great pool area for the kids and great breakfast buffet options for free. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Will continue staying here in the future.

Property was very well kept. Location was perfect for what we wanted. Easy check in and out. Was disappointed with the continental breakfast. Was the same every day. Would suggest adding more fruit options and some muffin choices and maybe even donut choices throughout the week. I did think the pancake maker was convenient, would recommend getting a couple more of those machines to keep up with the busier times.
