Room was nice and spacious. LOVE the kitchen and sense of ‘home’. The hot tub is big and clean. Breakfast could be better with a more spacious serving box. Trying to get food out of the “box” was difficult.

Hotel floors and elevators reeked of marijuana, staff was barely present at the front desk, pool was closed. When you're walking your dog around the property youre walking through 2 foot tall weeds(same thing as my last stay), evident they dont get the grass mowed very often. Just pretty poorly manged/taken care of. Room was clean though.

Excellent stay. We are Hilton people and have stayed at other Amarillo hotels but this stay was top notch. Wookie greeted us with a quick check in and the breakfast staff ladies were all smiles and very accommodating, as well as the sweet girl who checked us out. We utilized the large , clean indoor pool and loved our clean room.

The property is in need of a refresh and good steam clean. The big couch in the lobby is tattered. Our room smelled like wet socks and the couch smelled like a dog's bed. The headboard over the bed had numerous stains including what looked like blood, scattered across its length. Not sure I would ever go back which is a shame since it has been our tradition to stop there on our way home each summer.

The room smelled strongly like dogs. Stains on the floors in hallways and room... and headboard of the bed. Lamp dangling off wall. Edges of shower floor needed cleaning. Sheets were clean and it was late so we stayed. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. They need to clean better and do some maintenance. Breakfast was sparse and apparently they stop refilling anything after about 9 so we left to get something to eat on our way out of town. Disappointing because I've stayed at other Home 2 Suites and they were ok. Won't be back to this one.

Nice hotel, quick and easy check in. Clean room, but strong laundry detergent smell on bedding that made my arms break out. Mattress not that comfy, but doable. Nice fridge/freezer, roomy bedroom. Bathroom door difficult to use and toilet paper hard to reach. Nice in-room coffee selection. Loved the saltwater pool and breakfast selections!

Amazing room! I staying in a King suite which was larger than my 700 sf apartment at home! The room provided everything you could possibly imagine, including a sofa, dining room table, and a well appointed small kitchen. The bed was uper comfy and the shower had an awesome adjustable hand-held sprayer. The bedroom and bathroom were separated completely from the living room/kitchen area. The area is slightly noisy, due to traffic, but the location is conveniently situated and there are several restaurants nearby.

When they put us in room 303 by the elevator I knew that would be an issue but I didn't know how big of an issue that it would be. They started playing the music loudly by the elevator I would say around 7:30 am but before that happened there was a constant screeching beeping noise that I thought was someones alarm. When I opened my door to see what it was it appeared to be the fire/smoke detector by the elevator. As the noise continued, I went to check it several times I found that it was the tag on the luggage rack continuosly screeching. Now mind you, these are probably normal noises, but not for 7:30 AM when our alarm was set to go off at 8 AM. We were pretty exhausted from listening to the neighbor's TV through the wall all night. But other than that, it was nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Had the front desk lady ask how our stay was, i would have informed her of the issue. However, she did not ask.

The AC was very loud, it came on periodically when set to auto and would always wake me up because it was so loud. It wasn’t just loud, due to the close proximity to the bed, you can actually feel the vibration from it. The bed sheets were not cotton, if you’re a hot sleeper and have to stay here, bring your own sheets. We got a room close to the breakfast area, at 5am the staff started preparing breakfast while chatting loudly. Needless to say, I got just about 3 hours of sleep all night. Will not return.

The breakfast was so good and with many options. It was mostly the usual hot breakfast items with a few extras to make it excellent. A flavored water option, biscuit sandwiches could be created, fresh yogurt, and even a fun Texas shaped waffle for the kids. I especially enjoyed the bedroom. The dividing curtain was a nice touch to give the feeling of privacy, separating the King bed from the sofa bed where my kids slept. The small kitchenette was stocked well and the fridge was a great size!

Check in was easy and the service was friendly. The main reason for a score downgrade was because of a broken bathroom door and door latch. We are a family of five and it’s not great when you can’t close the bathroom door for privacy. Besides having super noisy neighbors above (something the hotel really can’t control) there were no other issues and the room was satisfactory.

I didn’t not get a good night sleep because of the staff being loud in the lobby. When I mentioned the issue the next morning not only was no apology issued but instead I was verbally attacked. I was supposed to get a call from the manager but no call was ever received.

Our first time staying in Amarillo. Cassie helped us check in. She was amazing and really nice. She made us feel at home. Our room was fantastic and very spacious. I wished we could stay longer. We will definitely visit here again next time we are in Amarillo. I wish all customer service was like Cassie!

Hotel itself was great, clean, comfortable but we had issues at check in. I used my hotels rewards so the room was free & already taken care of, but they were trying to charge me anyways. Had to wait over an hour for them to figure it out. This has never happened before & was frustrating. They did finally figure it out thankfully

In general, great stay. But as one review I saw online stated, some of the updates are already showing signs of wear. I couldn't get past the rust around the drain in the bathroom sink, easily and inexpensively remedied. Aside from that, everything was good, including access to nearby restaurants.

The hotel was nice. We just stopped through for one night after traveling all day. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It had a little bit of a weird smell but it wasn’t overwhelming. We couldn’t get the AC to go lower than 75 but overall everything was good. The area felt safe as well.

This was the first time we had booked a Home2Suites room. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We had booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed to accommodate 5 of us. The room had good facilities including dishes, cutlery, fridge, dish washer etc. Room was spacious and all facilities were very good. We as a family were happy about the accommodation. The morning breakfast was very good. Lot of good food options. The gym was very well equipped. The pool was nice. The staff were friendly and nice. Overall very happy with our stay at this Home2Suites location.
