Everyone very Nices and helpful The place is very clean and well taken care of and I trust my in there parking lot

Everything was clean but I saw a caca roach getting in from the bottom of the rooms door but overall is good.

My recent stay at the hotel had a mix of positives and areas that could use improvement. Upon arrival, the check-in experience was not the most welcoming. The two ladies assisting at the front desk—who appeared to be a mother and daughter—came across as having an attitude that made the interaction feel uncomfortable and less professional than expected. That said, I do want to highlight that there was one staff member who stood out in a very positive way. She was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made a noticeable difference and helped improve the overall experience and rating. On a brighter note, the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, even for its age, which I truly appreciated. The pillows can have been softer as well. The crown jewel of this stay, however, was the surrounding area. The location offered an enjoyable environment that added significant value to the visit. With some improvement in customer service consistency, particularly at the front desk, this hotel has the potential to provide an excellent guest experience.
