El hotel es un poco mas antiguo de lo que las fotos o al menos la habitacion que nos toco. Todo bien en general unicamente nuestro baño tenia la parte de arriba abierta entonces se escucha todo y como si la gente esta ahi contigo. Deben tomar en cuenta que no tiene estacionamiento y pagas 50 pesos la noche y de 8am a 8pm el estacionamiento es de 20 pesos. Entonces si quieres dejar tu auto terminas pagando casi una noche solo por estacionarte. Si no tienes auto es buena opcion ya que todo esta cerca.

Hotel muy centrico cómodo y bonito, clima jalando al 100, limpieza muy bien, solo le falta a la habitación una mesa y una silla, tambien les falta poner cortinas o persianas en las ventanas para qe no pase la luz, ya qe amanece muy temprano. Resto excelente, Personal muy Amable.

No cuenta con estacionamiento, te dan un pase la cual pagas 18 pesos pero solo se puede usar una vez si sales en mas ocasiones en ese dia tienes que pagar la tarifa ya que es un establecimiento publico los baños no cuentan con agua caliente y esta abierto la parte del techo que da a al cuarto asi que si haces popis todo se impregna en la habitacion, para dormir esta exelente camas comoda, buena señal de wifi y de tv, aires acondicionados funcionan bien

En cuanto a calidad y precio cumple perfectamente, la habitación fue cómoda, limpia, había aire acondicionado y ventilador, lo que me pareció maravilloso por el calor que se siente, y está súper céntrico de todo, es fácil de moverse caminando y a la vuelta pasa el "va y ven" que lleva al aeropuerto

This hotel is affordable, had a little pool, and is close to a lot of places to eat, convenience stores, shops, and more. This part of town feels safe to walk around. The person at the front desk was very friendly. The only negative things I have is that my sink was leaking, so the bathroom floor was almost always covered in puddles, and the window/walls of the room make it so you can hear everything that's going on in the hotel. But I still liked my stay here.

We are a family of five who stayed there during our visit to Merida. On the positive side the placement is very nice in the old city. It felt safe.The area is very walkable and has lots of shops and restaurants. However, the standard of the room is very bare, to the point where our room did not even have a chair or a nightstand. The bathroom was very old and shabby. To be honest, not very nice. It was not very clean neither.

Lo único que no me gustó es que mi habitación no tenía ni una ventana, pero me encantó que aún conservan su estilo colonial, al igual que la alberca, la limpieza, la tranquilidad y sobre todo la ubicación, que sin saberlo el vayven ruta aeropuerto me dejó justo en la puerta del hotel.

El único detalle que yo vi es que por las noches hay mucho ruido porque está a lado de un bar supongo, en lo personal no me afectó, pero si a ti te molesta el ruido no te lo recomiendo. La recámara estaba muy bien, muy cómoda, el único detalle estaba en el baño que la regadera no tenía buena salida de agua y el inodoro también tenía el mismo problema. El personal muy amable, incluso me apoyaron a conservar un medicamento aunque no contaban con enfriador en el hotel. El servicio de limpieza excelente. Sin duda regresaría

El hotel es un lugar viejo, por el precio que tiene esperaría algo más remodelado, ya que está en el estándar que otros más nuevos. La ubicación aunque es céntrica, es terrible por las noches porque está detrás de un antro y la música se oye excesivamente alta toda la noche. Es casi imposible dormir.

Es una propiedad segura y muy conveniente si vas por pocas noches. Desafortunadamente las condiciones de las habitaciones no son óptimas ya que están un poco descuidadas. En nuestro caso tuvimos la mala fortuna de estar en una habitación que estaba cerca de la calle de atrás (justo donde hay un bar) entonces ya se imaginarán el ruido y lo dificil para poder descansar. Sin embargo los empleados son súper amables y atentos, mi felicitación va para ellos.

Es una propiedad segura y muy conveniente si vas por pocas noches. Desafortunadamente las condiciones de las habitaciones no son óptimas ya que están un poco descuidadas. En nuestro caso tuvimos la mala fortuna de estar en una habitación que estaba cerca de la calle de atrás (justo donde hay un bar) entonces ya se imaginarán el ruido y lo dificil para poder descansar. Sin embargo los empleados son súper amables y atentos, mi felicitación va para ellos.

Hotel in the middle of el Centro, blocks off the Plaza on St Lucia Park. Would have been a great stay except for one huge problem. The hotel is next to a club that blares music from 9pm till 2:30am. This noise permeates the hotel rooms,making it impossible to sleep. Kavia is big enough to constrain the club or sound proof the walls between them. I have stayed in places with music in the hotel or near by but this was the worst. Staff was great, it's clean. But it was not enough to overcome the noise.

En cuanto a calidad y precio cumple perfectamente, la habitación fue cómoda, limpia, había aire acondicionado y ventilador, lo que me pareció maravilloso por el calor que se siente, y está súper céntrico de todo, es fácil de moverse caminando y a la vuelta pasa el "va y ven" que lleva al aeropuerto

This hotel is affordable, had a little pool, and is close to a lot of places to eat, convenience stores, shops, and more. This part of town feels safe to walk around. The person at the front desk was very friendly. The only negative things I have is that my sink was leaking, so the bathroom floor was almost always covered in puddles, and the window/walls of the room make it so you can hear everything that's going on in the hotel. But I still liked my stay here.

El hotel es un lugar viejo, por el precio que tiene esperaría algo más remodelado, ya que está en el estándar que otros más nuevos. La ubicación aunque es céntrica, es terrible por las noches porque está detrás de un antro y la música se oye excesivamente alta toda la noche. Es casi imposible dormir.

We are a family of five who stayed there during our visit to Merida. On the positive side the placement is very nice in the old city. It felt safe.The area is very walkable and has lots of shops and restaurants. However, the standard of the room is very bare, to the point where our room did not even have a chair or a nightstand. The bathroom was very old and shabby. To be honest, not very nice. It was not very clean neither.
