Hotel was fine for a short stay. Bed clean , shower and toilet clean. Quite old furniture but all worked ok. Steep stairs. Staff helpful and friendly. Windows could do with a good clean! Would stay again but only for 1 / 2 night stay.

The location is fantastic. The price was decent and we were prepared for the stairs (mostly they were steep but we had heard that too). However, the rooms were not nice and although the staff said nice things, nothing was addressed. We had multiple lights out and they said they would be fixed but they were not. The maintenance staff came while we were out and then left our room door open. We were missing at least one item so that was obviously concerning. I will not return.

Bed bugs... First hour we were there we killed 6 bed bugs in room 301 for hotel belle vue (yes they are the same hotel ran by the same people) -got bit 7 times in the new room somehow -stayed up a few nights thinking about it -complained to management and they offered to move us rooms only and we still got bit - they wanted us to bring them a live one as proof.. seriously??? Sheets in our first room were disgusting because I found at least 8 different hairs in the sheets, they covered what has to be the grossest mattress I've ever seen with 1 clean sheet.. No hair dryer (wanted you to pay 10 euros to borrow, but would return it when you return the dryer), how does a hotel only have 3 hair dryers for guests to use for the entire building? Mildew smell in bathroom because no bathroom ventilation No tissue the entire stay (we stayed 9 days) really? Stairs unsafe to use for older people or people with suitcases (just to add) They're so cheap they wouldn't even give us 1 trash bag to cover our suitcase when it was pouring outside when we were leaving because it was for the maids only. Exposed hot pipes. I recommend staying far away from this hotel if you're remotely considering it.. $40/night more for a room with piece of mind is more worth it. Room in pictures is not a true representation of how the rooms actually look

Nice place , good price and good location, the only problem is the heat, we did not have air conditioned nor a ventilator. A ventilator would be great. The stairs are a bit difficult for people with problems of movement. But I recommend.

Disgusting. Room was dirty. Bathroom had mold and the smell was unbearable. Bed was uncomfortable. There’s a coffee machine with no coffee pots. Walls stained. Shower was small and the shower head kept falling. The hallways smelled and the pictures do not show the real rooms.
